Edited: The app is easy to navigate and should be easy to use but I'm constantly hit with errors when trying to log in or arm/disarm. A short ping notification when the alarm is going off is pretty useless. An alarm that needs to be turned off would make more sense. I'd also like to be able to view more history. ARC call or PC dialled panel fill up my history when I really want &need to know what time someone went in/out yesterday. So many improvements need to be made to this app.

App has changed recently and both me and my husband can no longer access it (log in), it just does nothing, so we're unable to set our alarm! We're paying for this service, sort it out. EDIT, I've uninstall and reinstalled as per the advice given but it still won't let me log in. Details are correct but still can't use the system we are paying for!

Simply didn't work. Can't log in any more. Useless, can't believe this service costs money?! Would be fine if I could access the system myself with a local API or Home Assistant, but I'm stuck using this dumb cloud app. Waste of money. EDIT: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the previous version and now this works again. Leaving it at 1 star because it fails the very low bar of "doesn't randomly stop working". I might tolerate this from a free app, but not a paid subscription service!!!!!

Changed over from old blue Control+ app which had no issues for past 3 years. Installed this app and worked OK (a lot slower) for 3 months, but the past 3/4 it is constantly 'not polling' not connected or goes to connect then crashes. The panel is connected, I tried restarting etc. Also uninstalled app a few times. No resolved the issue. It's absolutely shocking, especially for the prescription fee. I miss the old app, it was basic but reliable & that's all you need, if only developers knew

Update worse than before. As other users have said, voice alerts no longer work! That's was one of the main features of this app. They are now little silent notifications to let me know my alarm triggered, useless if they aren't real time. Connecting to the alarm keeps showing a polling issue error. Besides ramming my router in the panel I'm not sure how much closer they need to be?! Definitely not a WiFi issue, just a poor app issue. Previous version worked great, update ruined it!

This app used to be great but after having to reinstall it nothing works any more. I used to get push notifications when my house alarm was set or unset, when there was an alarm activation and when entering / leaving the geofence. Now I get nothing at all, you wouldn't even know I had it installed unless you looked for it. The only thing it allows me to do now is set or unset the alarm remotely, pretty pointless when it doesn't tell you the alarm is going off in the first place!

Don't know if the issue is with the hardware or app, but the communication between the two is very poor. 1. The best part of the time app will struggle to connect to the doorbell (this is for both WiFi and mobile network). When the doorbell call comes through to the app, it will not show a live view, hence I am not able to answer the call. 2. On some occasions when the app is opened, the doorbell device will not appear on the home page. I have emailed Pyronix for help.

Have been using for 4 years. Not been too bad,few times connection issues but put down to WiFi speed. Now for no reason, the app says my mobile is not registered. Cannot get past this message and therefore have no mobile access. Totally useless now. I'm thinking time to look for replacement system. Fault was sorted by installer company. Subscription needed updating for some reason. Hey ho, very happy now with feedback and system now good. Thanks to all

When it works, it's OK. Alarm wouldn't remotely set again today then when it did the alarm went off with a fire alert. I don't even have anything fire related connected to the system. Luckily I have a CCTV system where I could check to see whats going on. Polling errors when you try to remote connect. All are ongoing issues from install 18 months ago......

Awful app. Nothing works it just loops and loops and it's impossible to set the alarm on and off. It just comes up with loads of error messages. So frustrating and unreliable. Imagine if you have an emergency. I have my own in house Internet system with great speeds so it's nothing to do with that. Please advise how to solve this. Thanks for your reply. Where do I find the system I'd??

Absolutely awful app. If I had any other way of controlling my house alarm I would. I haven't been able to use the app for days. My partners one on iPhone is still working. I've restarted my phone. Uninstalled the app. Still won't log me in. Now I have to wait for my engineer. Again! Avoid this system if you can.

App intermittently tells me that the alarm isn't connected to the cloud and to check the Internet connection. When it's not telling me that it's saying the username and password need to be checked, no they don't it's the same we have always used. The app worked very well until recently now nothing but issues with it. My other half on iPhone however works with no problems.

Very good stable app. Being able to control my system remotely and receive notifications gives peace of mind of the security of property.

useless, had a new phone and now rhe app won't accept any passwords / codes etc. going to cancel subscription as renewing it didn't solve the problem

Keep getting the error Siren 1 Wireless poll fail. It has been like this for more than 3 months, no support provided from the company or the installer. Installer blaming the Company. Still awaiting further resolution.

Slow and unreliable. Downgraded from 2 stars now I discovered it is impossible to arm the system if there is a low battery in a single sensor. The entire system is down because of a low battery and I need to schedule a visit from the installer just to change a small battery in a single sensor. Could be down for weeks if I happen to be on holiday. Rubbish.

I use this app for the Pyronix Doorbell (V1). It is easy to use the app to set up the doorbell and view footage, but the overall app experience could benefit from being more user friendly - e.g. "private mode" option with no description of what it is or does and no setting to easily turn the ring function on/off for a period of time.
