app crashes every time I open a listing, have tried restarting my phone after install and get the same issue. lovely site and great layout otherwise, but the app is currently unusable

It is good for overall, but I saved some properties in my favourites, and I can't access them because it doesn't allow me!!!!🤔

Homely is one of the prettiest real estate apps I've used and it's also simple enough to easily understand. Like any app it's not perfect but it's close.

I have found this property app more user friendly than others that I have used. It's particularly useful reading reviews on locations. I also find the alerts useful.

Yayyy this app is so easy to use, finally I can search for real estate without being assaulted by ads. This has made searching so so much easier and less stressful. Love collections, so easy to save and share properties!

The app itself is clean and easy to use. However, I really think you need an option to search for homes via map area. I dont want to scroll through every property in a particular suburb to see if a home is in the area of that suburb I like.

Never ever works. It's the first app to send updates on new homes, but what's the point if the app doesn't load them up. Oops ! Something went wrong!. The only thing that ever comes up.. pity.

One of the best property apps out there. No clutter like the other apps out there. Love how you can create a collection and share it . Also notice you also have multiple suburb search now!!

The best thing about this app is no banner advertising! Also love the new feature where you can define your search by using your finder and circling on the map.

Property listing's are not kept up to date. Contacted a lot of agents directly whose listing had been unavailable for some time even after they requested the listing be removed. Not all phone numbers are accurate either. Really disappointing

User friendly app but when you're on a deadline to move its not ideal when a majority of the properties that you can afford are no longer available and haven't been for quite some time.

App is getting there, love that one can filter types of properties. Problem is agents themselves don't know difference between different property types- which is not your problem, sorry rant over. Could you please add option to look at surrounding suburbs. Many thanks

Great looking app. I'm a bit disappointed the suburb search doesn't include surrounding suburbs. Also you have to recreate alerts for every single suburb you're interested in and there's no map view for alerts.

The homely app is a great resource when investigating buying or selling Real Estate in Australia. The user-friendly interface, suburb reviews and property alerts are all easy to navigate. I particularly like the suburb reviews to give you a feel of where you are looking at buying.

I've updated to the latest version but it still says "this version of the app is no longer supported". I don't know why such unimportant apps ate so worried about ensuring your always on the absolute latest version, yet don't properly test their latest version.

A very fast and responsive app BUT it is filled with old outdated listings. Ones that are listed as "under contract" on their website or other real estate websites, are not labelled as such on the app. And there is no way to filter out properties that are under contract. It is very frustrating, because why would I care about looking at houses already under offer? Wastes my time.

Very user friendly BUT most of the time I'm applying for properties that are no longer available.. which is really upsetting paired with the stress of trying to find somewhere in the first place. The Real Estates that have said they're no l9nger available have tried to have those listings taken down but nothing has happened in weeks or months.

only been a day or 2. Let's see if the app is smooth sailing and matches up with email responses. I get lost when I've received an email that responds to one of my queries but they never relate their response to my query with an address.
