This app is actually nothing. Any menu will direct you to mobile website. I'm not sure if the developer is lazy or not, because this mobile app is more like mobile website, which is very hard to use. I tried to reserve the date for 3 people, but failed as the process to add guest after another is not actually developed for mobile app. It is for desktop website only. Not suggest to use this app after all.

It's super helpful for finding your location, seeing what's on at attractions, and checking out restaurant menus. That way, you can plan ahead and make the most of your time.

Terrible,messy,confusion instructions to ask us to again reserve date when i have purchased a dated date ticket. Giving us error message that we xannot reserve the date. Made us panic. And your link ticket feature does not work well if my default browser is chrome. It keeps resetting the page after i had keyed order number and about to key ticket number. And why does it not automatically link or show my purchased ticket into the app despite me already login when i made the purchase.

This app is (almost) useless. Tickets for the park are very hard to find. The map is rubbish and the description for the rides are completely unhelpful. Information is indeed there, but just finding it is painful.

Apps is visually nice. Easy to navigate. But it will slow down your phone. Crashes every now and then when clicking on the details in the map.

Works but very very laggy, very poor UI that depends a lot on using a browser, very messy interface, and slow and crashes over and over. They need to learn from the much better Tokyo disney resort app.

Good app for visiting Hong Kong Disneyland! You can easily check the waiting time of the attractions, also can check closed attractions, also can filter the attractions by height which is good for people bringing kids. If can bookmark the attractions which I want to visit will be great.

An app that consumes almost 90Mb of space and needs constant data to load a map dynamically (and keep reloading map tiles)... Does not have menus of hotel restaurants or for in-room dining. Really a wasted opportunity in delivering a comprehensive and immersive user experience.

This app is super useful in the park for the map, but the loading time of the map is ridiculously slow. Also, if you sleep your phone or switch apps, the app will need to go through the loading screen again which is very annoying.

It is ok when it works. Keep crashing for no reason. It will do an endless loop asking to restart. I keep saying no. Still it kept asking to restart and crash. In end I have to reboot my phone. So, don't compare this with the Disney app you get from USA. This is way simpler.

App is good, but it navigates through browser. It will be easy to keep all services in App only, such as buying tickets, booking hotels. It might be easier for locals to understand the events, but I feels a bit confusing during selection as an outsider. So my suggestion may it more easier to meet Mickey.

App is great with all park information available. However, it will be good if the app includes a planner so that visitors can select and plan out their day's activity in advance. For the selected shows in this planner, the app will send notifications and remind visitors to start making their way over and queue in order not to miss it. This will make this app perfect!

This app does not work very well. It doesn't load and crashes all the time while using at the park. Also, it's a bit useless if your admission tickets don't link to the app and needs a separate QR code to scan at the gate It does, however, provide accurate wait times for the rides +/- 5 minutes.

A nice little app that lets you see the upcoming events and shows to help plan your trip. However, it had a tendency to freeze often or have loading issues with the map which required a force restart. Maybe a third party map plugin is not the best approach, you're Disney, I'm sure you can splash some funds into better plugins and optimisations. Little tip, bottom navigation doesn't work for Android phones, it's more an Apple design.

Enjoyed using to determine the wait times for rides and to find meal options. Didn't use all the features like ordering food. Worked great when I was in the park

Caution # Heard about pathetic and horrible apps but this app is the live example. No reply from cc . Unable to link my booking to app. No reply on email or app. Looks its a scam or fake app. Mobile app not reflecting my booking. Confirmation # 10403741 Tried number of times to search but still couldn't.
