App constantly crashes/throws errors when navigating to certain pages or adding items to your cart. Also, the "manage payment" settings doesn't actually let you add a card (kinda salty I missed out on a flash sale because of this)

Love this app. Only sometimes have loading issue. It appears app not compatible with tablet, tried on 2 different ones. Want a bigger screen to view the products. I woukd suggest a web version for online purchase.

The android app always crushes and fails to search or select products. When I choose the US as the location, the inventory doesn't have the US as a choice but Canada and Japan. When I switch to English language, the interface is still in Chinese. Absolutely no. 1 trash app forever. Go hire some skilled software engineers. 垃圾app，选的美国地区，却没有美仓，选首页的商品显示没有该商品，从类别里选只会出来两个月饼。正经找点会干活的app开发运营这么难么

Great service and selection of items (customer service is great too), but app can be more user friendly. Pages like save for later and favourites don't load properly, and goes back by itself a lot when looking at products.

Though it gives you the language option for "English", aside from the bar on the bottom, practically nothing is in English! App closes and lags often, and opens a different item than what was selected. Please have this fixed!

This is clearly a scam. It gives you the option when you open it to set your language as english but all the products come up in Chinese. They are charging more than $70 for a product, and you can't even read what it says. They advertise their products as Japanese and Korean but most of it looks like cheaply produced Chinese products. Your better off just shopping at Amazon or something similar.

It is not working. It shows several categories, like snacks. But when you click it, it says no product. Basically I cannot see a list of products other than those promoted on the homepage. Whatever I searched, it shows me face masks.

Very bad! Won't allow me to buy/order on hongmall app. First, I put my address & phone 100x and keep on saying they won't allow PO address and that's a real address (by the way I'm from Dorval, Montréal QC) and my phone is invalid like 100× I put the right information still won't let me. If these glitches are fixed right away, I will change my stars to 5 🌟.

seriously? This is embarrassing. Nothing works and the search bar just comes up empty even though i just saw the listing. If it isn't saying empty then It's a system error or a bunch of unrelated stuff. I have never seen an app that doesn't direct me to the app when i click on a link on browser. This app doesn't even have a website It just tells you to download the app. I have never actually been pissed off at an app and congrats to this app, Now i have.

It's true that the app is filled with bugs. But if you can live with that, I would still recommend the app. The price is decent compare with a few other sites or apps. And delivery is not too slow. Selection is also pretty good. I got a few hot items from it while on other apps seems to be out of stock. Overall the experience works fine for me, will definitely buy more.

Had this installed for 10 minutes before uninstalling. They have an English setting, but basically EVERYTHING is in Chinese characters without an obvious translate button. Including categories on the front page. Why should I use a retailer that clearly doesn't want my business? It would bother me less if the option weren't even there. Also, where's the French if you're setting up business in CA? Doesn't matter, I can get the products I was looking at elsewhere for the same price or less.

It has a reoccurring issue. It will suddenly fail to load any image and just log me out. When I tried to log in again, it keeps saying my login info are incorrect, which I'm very much sure are the right info. Not a big deal usually. But there's one time I was trying to catch the tail of a special sale. It caused a delay and I missed the chance to get discount.

When I wanted to change to my new address on app, it didn't let me to put PH which it's my floor level. Now they have an option for same city pick up but once the order is already, they ask me to pick up within two days, sometimes just so hard to do it. They should give few more days for people who need to work during the week. Other than that, the app is good, they have special event once a while, I can find some good deals.

Please fix the UX issues on Android app. Right now, every time I login, it's asking me to select my region, if I click on the drop down menu, a blank panel shows up, then the whole app freezes. And I have to restart the app. Also, on many pages product images dont load properly. Ans the filter function is bad, it should at least has brand filter...
