Poorly designed and glitchy. It's very difficult to find the option to input custom time duration, and when you do, it often inputs the wrong time. When extending a parking session there is seemingly no way to choose a custom time. UI is confusing, and - can't stress this enough - very poorly designed.

Worst Parking app ever. I wish there is any rating below 1 star. I was unable to use my app have to delete the old one and install again. At there is not freaking sign in the parking lot tell me what is the lot number. Guess what, I paid it then after that I realized it paid to a totally different parking lot where I use to park. Is that default?When I trying to get back my car and find a station to pay. There is parking ticket on my windshield. Nice. GREAT JOB Honk pay. I want my money back!

Constantly glitches. Logs you out. Will randomly update itself and wipe the lot and stored parking information and credit card information. Not intuitive to use. Locate me feature has never worked. Often resort to using the QR scans on signage to get around the app not working. For how much they charge for parking, being forced to use terrible piece of software is criminal.

The app was still counting the available seconds(!) when I reached the car (less than a minute left) but the yellow parking violation notice , $30 fine was already attached below the wiper blades. I ran to the officers who were just few cars away to show the app and exactly then, in front of their face, the notification pops up , parking just expired. All they say, they can't do anything in their system it had already been expired before,so they issued the ticket. Maybe there is few seconds or more discrepancy between the app time and enforcement system time but why is it my problem? They issued the ticket exactly the minute it was expired (nice of them,too,let this be their greatest pleasure in their life), but regardless, the app was still counting down. This is one problem. Other problem is, it also shows a warning 15 minutes before expiration. But if you add that 15 minutes to the time of the notification, it goes beyond the expiration by 3 minutes (in my case) so that is also misleading. And I paid for this, just to get an unjust ticket.

Utterly useless. All the app did was spin and say "loading". It also expires 1 minute EARLY. Had to get another app to do the job this one is supposed to do. If you want the stress of needing to pay for parking but stuck on a loading screen that just goes back to the home screen then to loading again, then this app nails it. If you want an app that is useful and works this is NOT THAT APP.

Does not guarantee your spot and you have to ask for a refund within 10 minutes of arriving at the spot. Both of which are ridiculous. This is basically a scam app. Their customer support is gleeful to take your money.

Ui is a little difficult to navigate at first, but once you get used to it the app is very good. Purchasing long term passes is very quick and easy

Embarrassingly incompetent. Non-Google Pay flow doesn't work-- It just forces you through Google Pay. Many actions fail(...?) without feedback. Others try to access endpoints on localhost and error, lol. App loses state between views-- Just randomly forgets what you were just doint and shows the home screen. And my favorite: You need a password to delete your account (and some other things), but if you signed in with Google, you don't have a password. Totally unprofessional. Avoid.

Horribly designed app. I got my parking tickets after paying through HONK. and that is because it pays for a future session by default that I didn't notice.

I feel like this app wants to force you to use Google pay. It will not allow you to add credit card. I have verified my phone number 6 times. always says oops we cannot add your card right now. keeps making me re verify phone number. I'm trying not to get ticket you want to force digital wallet. This generation is stupid as hell for wanting all the money to be digital. I know credit cards are digital but I'm not comfortable with Google taking over all the money .

App notifications don't work. No way to set auto-renew of parking. Ideally we could set a parking time, and then it would extend automatically until we stopped it. But no, so now I have a fine because the app notification didn't work and it doesn't auto-extend. Otherwise it seems fairly functional.

No easy way to extend your parking time. Be aware that if you stay over your time by 1 minute, you will pay an $80 recovery fee. Which was 400% over the original charges I paid to park. This is a money grab. Be aware. Never had this kind of experience with other popular parking companies with better apps.

I have to consistently create two sessions to park for 8 hours. They offer a 6 hour fee, and an all day fee which for my spot is 9 hours. It is attempting to trick people into paying more than they need to. Not impressed

Installed app the day before needing it for hospital parking. All set up, ready to go and...it didn't work. Kept directing me to Google pay which I didn't want. I could not redirect the payment to my cc, which I had added to my profile the prev day. I gave up and paid at the hospital pay station, and then had to search for another station to top up a few hours later. What a hassle. I thought this app was supposed to alleviate all that. What a collosal waste of time.

This is a scam parking system. You must pay with credit card. They add on an extra card processing fee on top of the price. My kid needed to park for 4 hours but hourly wasn't an option she was forced to pay for a full day parking. Try to find another option.

It took several minutes to even get the app to figure out where the parking lot was using even the QR code provided on the sign. Took several more steps to submit payment and I thought it finally had gone through. Nope. There was a fat fee slip waiting my return for a meeting that I was nearly late to after taking so much of my time. No response from Honk and auto reply message only from the collection company stating it would likely be 10 days before they contact me back. Horrible experience!

I'm sorry, but this app (more likely the company, but I don't know for sure) is terrible from day one. Downloaded it, paid for 2 hours, came back from the salon and coffee shop to find that my car had been towed before the time expired. And, from other reviews, there might be something fishy about what they do with card info (a requisite to use the app). Do not download and use. Delete it and never bother with it again.

This app continuously gets stuck probably at least once a month I'll think I paid and then it didn't go through. Spent 30 minutes today and 2 delete reinstall just to make my payment. These issues have also cause 2 fines so far, but luckily the parking company reduced due to app issues or I would have ended up paying 15 times the daily amount

Buggy trash, will no longer accept any card. Probably shouldn't trust it now. Edit: Using the QR code to pay instead of the app still works correctly, entirely an app issue. EDIT: Now the QR code did not work, but managed to use app with bank card, but not credit card, which works fine everywhere else. Too unreliable, but the only option for one of my favorite hiking spots. Needs to be fixed immediately.

You can't extend a session even though it appears like you can. If a session expires then you have to pay extra when you exit on a credit card, not the app, and it doesn't extend your session. There is no information telling you the conditions of day or weekend passes. I wasted $60 on passes that I thought I was using to extend sessions, but if you don't physically drive your vehicle to the entrance and scan the code, you just wasted a pass. A weekend pass is 12 hours not a day. Big thumbs down!
