No multi city option for Android while iOS has it. No news on when it will be available for Android. Updated request: I saw a flight available for less on airlines site but couldn't find it on Hopper. The chat feature is useless because I can't chat to anyone without a booking, although I would like to book on Hopper (capital one travel) and so would like to understand why it's not showing up on Hopper.

I've booked travel and rentals through this app a few times. Each time, my travel plans need to be adjusted and they are completely inflexible when it comes to these kinds of changes. Customer service UI/UX is awful by design. The CS chat conveniently crashes when you send a meesage. They want you to give up and let them take your money even when you pay EXTRA for the "privilege" to speak with customer support. Just go directly to the rental cars site and don't waste your time with these people.

I downloaded Hopper years ago and it was amazing then (it suggests different days or airports to get the best deal). But it's gotten really complicated in the last couple of years. It no longer suggests different days or airports or "flexible" filter so you have to search for A LOT of different configurations that get saved and clutter up the que. Also for some reason it's "not able to make accurate predictions" with Sacramento airport rendering it absolutely useless for me.

Terrible experience with the customer support team. I was told multiple times that a refund for my flight was requested and approved by the airline, to just wait, and now they say there is no refund, just credit. The person who helped me was so confusing, It was so hard to understand his english was very bad and gave me all the wrong information, saying I had credit with Hopper. I called the airline and confirmed that I had credit with them, and there was never a refund request.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! The passport data I put in while I was booking did not get transferred to the airline at all! So, the airline website was giving me an error to even find a flight to select seats or even check-in. Can't do anything on hopper app as well untill I have to go through ai generated bs customer service to actually talk to someone and then they have to refill out the information for me to have a proper access to my booking. This is the worst app service for booking flights.

I really like hopper, I moved from my home town to Denver about 4 years ago and they have been my default travel planner. For a 30ish year old person the integration and notification speed is helpful and I don't feel bothered by the app. It's come to my attention at other times I could have saved a small % more money using a competing service but often I feel the hopper cash and booking benefits outweigh those times. As well as connecting with Delta to get my skymiles. Keep up the trees!

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I purchased a flight labeled as comfort +. When I tried to pick my seats it was only Comfort+ for 3 of the 4 lags. Nowhere did it say this when I was purchasing. They took several days to "research the problem". They called and left a message that they did nothing wrong and did not overcharge me. I had to spend an additional $230 to upgrade to the seats I already paid for. Do not fall for the price being a few $ less. SHADY BUSINESS STAY CLEAR! NOT WORTH A FEW $'S!!

I love this app! I recommend it to everyone that likes to travel. Especially if you're flexible with dates & even locations; we were able to get round-trip flights to Australia for $400! I love that Hopper updates you of your price fluctuations; it makes it super easy to book. A couple of times we needed to change flights (once was international) & because we had the insurance, they were able to get us squared away with new flights & refunded for price changes. Love Hopper, best travel app IMHO

I hadn't trie this app for a few years and then just did. It's gone way downhill. First of all the price keeps changing in between each screen. First it tells you the price is $320 then you select the flight then it tells you the price is 280 then you select that flight then it says it's 320 but includes trip insurance so I deselect that then it tells me it's 320 again... This app has no idea what it's doing. On top of that price prediction doesn't work anymore even though they advertise it stil

Horrible service. They make it so difficult to get someone on the phone to help you. The automatic voice couldn't understand me saying my booking ID after 10 times. I gave up. I canceled my car booking due to a discrepancy on the pick up and drop of time, and I received the cancelation email, but for some reason, it still shows up as confirmed anyway and also received those emails. I pressed cancel on the app various times, but nothing happens.

DISHONEST BUSINESS! After 2 horrible experiences I will never use this app again. • 1st They put 3 holds on bank funds for a flight I was looking at, and I never authorized any payment. Plus 3 more unexplained holds for over $300 for a total of almost $9,000. It took them 2 weeks to return it. • 2nd their system had an error and did not process my payment. Although I already had a flight confirmation, they canceled my flight without notification. Both times, they did nothing to fix it.

When it works the app is awesome. I've used it for hotels, flights, and cars. But it's so buggy lately that it's not usable. I'm not getting any flight results for any day or destination I choose. Even going from a huge international airport to another domestically on the 4th. It just says there's nothing. I tried uninstalling and re downloading and still thr same results. Unfortunately I'm gonna have to use another app

I've been a long-time user of Hopper and appreciated its convenience for travel planning. However, I'm disappointed to see a shift towards misleading offers and claims that don't hold up at booking. Deals that seem promising initially turn out to be different, with hidden fees and conditions not clearly stated upfront. I did call the customer service right after learning about the additional fees, and since the customer service was not helpful at all, I wrote this review!

I've used Hopper for a very long time and generally love it. However, recently, I am unable to watch flights. If I attempt to add one, it shows it as "Watching", but then never shows up on my tracked flights list. I've attempted to reach out to support, but it's been difficult to get help. This is the main reason I use Hopper, so any help from their team would be very much appreciated!

Impressed. As a travel agent for over a decade, now a UX design/CX experience consultant, I'm extremely critical of digital platforms. However, Hopper offers excellent pricing/price protection, ux navigation, & customer support functionality. It is evident that the team behind the app seek, take, & implement user feedback to consistently improve the platform. Recommend the app to my entire personal, professional, and digital network consistently. Will continue to be a highly satisfied user!

All your deposits are non refundable and they don't communicate with the hotel, they don't have the proper information for bookings and whenever a problem comes up they always push it onto the hotel. I downloaded this app for a trip and showed up and they had put me and my friend in for a single bed instead of the 2 I reserved so now I have $200 gone that could've been used for anything else. AVOID THIS APP. ITS A RIPOFF!

Hopper is pretty great. I love the peak calendars, the notifications when prices change, purchasing tickets is easy. Usually things run smoothly There was one instance where we had issues getting a hold of customer support. The last time we called them for an immediate issue regarding a cancelled flight and return flight after missing our connecting flight. On the call, we were passed around several times just to be told they couldnt help us, they'll call us back for approval and they never did

Horrible customer service. Called in trying to cancel a car rental and they try to upsell me before even looking into the issue. Told me I needed to cancel with the the car rental company. I told them that I already tried that and they won't cancel 3rd party bookings. The couple extra dollars that you MIGHT save is NOT worth the hassle and inconvenience that you WILL get.

5 times! 5 times have tried to get a flight and EVERYTIME, no matter how fast I go through the booking, the app says the flight is not available anymore when finishing payment details. I've given it a solid try as this is not the first time it has done that. Last time I thought it was simply a minor bug, but now it seems to be part of how it works. Sorry Hopper, wish you the best of luck.

Do not use. I paid to "freeze" my airfare price. Came back to book a couple hours before my freeze expired, and prices had gone up. Lucky me. Glad I froze. Wrong. There was a "technical error" and it wouldn't let me book my airfare even though seats were still available. I tried refreshing and restarting about 25 times. No luck. So I booked with another app. Hopper can hop right on outta here with their "convenient" glitches. Bye bye!
