It is honestly a fun game but it takes FOREVER to get anything done because of the 1 builder and 1 researcher minimum for free players. It pretty much enforces that you need to pay in the game to get any real progress. This game also lacks staying in the game cause it just becomes doing an upgrade then doing something else for a few hours. It doesn't get anything farther than that. Please make it more free to play accessible by having a cash option to buy builders and researchers or even gems!

The game needs more beef. It is fun for the first and second week after that no challenge and nothing to do after everything upgraded. Sometimes after watching an ad (a long one or if you step away) the app will close and no credit for watching the ad. Not able to acquire all skills. Dialog is cruel and not indicative of professionals.

I was enjoying it but ... It I've gotten to the part in the game where I can no longer upgrade anything. The vault maxed out at 4.5 mil but the radiology room, for example, needs over 7 mil to complete an upgrade. Darn. I was so close to upgrading everything. I only had a couple rooms left but I'm realizing that I won't be able to completely upgrade everything because my vault is maxed. The game is just about upgrading. There's nothing else to do but upgrade. Well, it was ok while it lasted.

Watched an ad for $2500 and didn't exit it for a few minutes because I had to clean up a mess. Came back to the game restarting after exiting the ad and didn't even get the reward. Hate when that happens. No problem watching the rewarded ads when you actually get it, but when stuff like that happens it just kills my desire to play. Will be Uninstalling.

I like the game, but don't love it. I want to love it, it has nice graphics. I don't mind waiting hours for upgrades, I don't sit on my phone for hours on end playing, so that doesn't bother me. However, I don't like that there has only been one special challenge since I have been playing this game, which has been about a month. So basically all you can do is start the game, upgrade somethings, then get off, come back when they are done upgrading, and then repeat this process.

This game has a lot of potential, but its biggest problem is how long it takes to upgrade. It is ridiculous. I come in upgrade a part of a hospital and it take 4 hours. And that is just level 2 or 3. It is pointless staying in the app, because you can't do anything. Because you are waiting to upgrade but you can't, not without spending money. You guys fix the length of time it takes to upgrade and I change it to 4 or 5 honestly.

Overall a couple complaints every time I open up the game the sound and music is turned off and I do not turn them off and I am a bit confused when the flu outbreak or other little mini events that pop up when watching an ad to speed up the ambulance for 60 seconds if the ad takes forever like the state of survival ad takes forever to be able to close out the game reloads and the mini event is gone and am unable to collect the rewards from the progress I had made prior to watching the ad

Wish I read reviews before spending money on this game. Initially it's pretty addicting. I like that they gave a lot of opportunity to "get ahead" by watching ads optionally. I ended up paying for no ads, which is expensive for sure compared to other games ($14?) but the game was way more fun after. Unfortunately, if you shell out money for no ads/more builders/researchers, the game "ends" too quickly. I finished it in less than a week. Horrible value for ~$35 of content. Hope they update soon.

Downloaded the game a couple months ago and it was really fun at first and I wanted to play every day. Now that I've completed the objectives list and completed one seasonal event there doesn't seem to be much else to do but open the app and upgrade things 😕. Hoping that another special event comes along to make things interesting again.

The game is ok but the reason for the low review is that it is next to impossible to get anywhere in the game without paying for it. The building periods are mostly day long and each take more money than the "vault" can hold. You have to upgrade the vault, which takes sever steps before you can upgrade the "hospital". The only way around these day (sometimes days) long upgrades are to spend money. If you have an infinite amount of time or just money to burn this is your game! Otherwise skip it.

I don't think there is any fixing the things wrong with this game. The more you upgrade the slower things run. I have 6 guys making medical supplies and only get 3 per minute. It takes 5 to six supplies to treat a patient. I enjoy challenging games but this is not a challenge. It's just wait 8 hours to be able to do the next upgrade that is going to make it even worse

The game won't recognize all of my achievements. I unlocked and upgraded all of the medical offices and it won't give me the reward for consultation room 8, even though I unlocked and upgraded it to the max level.I uninstalled the app and re downloaded it, and when I opened the app, I had to start over halfway through .I like the game overall but the bug needs to be fixed. Please Help

The art is pretty good, the game play is somewhat interesting, the investigations are neat. The improvements building clock is too long which you cant really do much else in the game til its done, ads for rewards are normal for a couple videos and then you get one video where its almost two minutes long with 4 different ads and if you weather that ad the game restarts on you as it assumes you have gone idle so no reward is given. Sorry, cant recommend this game.

I used to love this game, but for the past 2 years, the game has been stuck in limbo. The second hospital says to make consultation room 8, and when it was made, it said the name of the room is check 8 instead. All rooms and jobs have been completed to the max. I deleted and reinstalled multiple times, and nothing has changed. If this can be fixed, it would be a better game.

Like most people said, this is real time playing game which costs a lot of time to upgrade stuff unless you spend money to speed things up (which I did). Now I end up having nothing left to do after all the upgrades are completed. Also, I find it ridiculous when you limit the vault to a very small amount and most of the time the emergency rewards are a lot more than what the vault can hold. What's the point? Please add more events or new update so people can continue playing.

An overall fun and typical tycoon experience. The newer update brought a whole new hospital to upgrade, and it's been fun. The game does have a problem where random aspects will break or stop working. Recently, my games power-up icons disappeared, and I stopped getting any emergency missions to do. It causes parts of the game to be irritating.

Decent game. For me, it'll run fine then freeze or skip. This happens especially after an ad. The wait times are too long. Needs in-game time instead of using real time. The university tycoon is great. I didn't mind the wait times in that game since there was in-game engagement with schedules and competitions. This needs something like that. Biggest complaint: The distributors will give a room (ex.) 2/4 materials and never return to that room, it's awful. Makes it unplayable.

I have played Hospital Empire Tycoon for over two months. The graphics are good. I enjoyed zooming to get a closer look at the characters. The upgrades take excessively long but are doable. The major problem is the over abundance of staff demanding raises. This is why I uninstalled the game. It is cute in the beginning but becomes more frequent over time.. There is no breathing room between the request. It is to far from reality even for a game. The set idea of the game is wonderful.

Decent game but a couple of painful mechanics. First of all, any bonuses you get for watching a million ads wipe out the second you turn off your screen. This also goes for any side missions that are timed (ambulance). Literally just have to keep touching the screen to keep it awake but the game is so slow moving that unless you pay or watch a million ads, you won't progress at any reasonable speed.

It is a great game. Once you get past the learning curve I believe the majority will play it on a consistent basis. One major thing I would like to see changed is the build functionality. It's not really fair that you can basically upgrade and add additional staff members but must pay for additional builder groups. Having only one builder group given the amount of time it takes to complete construction projects is definitely unbalanced. If this issue is addressed it would be a five star game.
