A tap-type game in a hospital setting which does seem a little harder than some of the other same kinds but at least you can earn the funds to at least have a chance at completing the levels. I would recommend this one over the others every time just because you don't need actual money to have fun and move forward.

Super fun game, but sometimes when I enter the game, I get "4000 request exception error" and unable to play the game. And after sometime it randomly gets resolved. This is ruining my gaming experience. That's the only reason I am giving 3 stars else it's a solid 5. Resolve this bug or sadly I will have to uninstall

Same here. I also paid for no ads and still found myself watching ads. Was fun for a very very short time before it became impossible to advance further without constantly spending to upgrade. Which I was willing to spend but it's getting to be not worth my money when every level practically needs you to pay in order to upgrade sth to pass. Uninstalling.

It's a good game. But it's very difficult to get coins. The expense is too much and customers just keep pouring in. No matter how much u upgrade the staff n all it's very difficult to win a level.

One thing I would change is the amount of coins you keep after failing a level. You only get to keep a small amount of what you had when you failed, and if the equipment you need to progress costs 1000+ coins, it takes A LONG TIME to get the amount you need. This really puts a stick in the wheel and is my major critique That said, I like the game! Look and gameplay is very similar to Clinic Mania, but in HP you get to choose the decorations in your clinic. It is also more cartoonish.

Fun game BUT... Once you get to a certain level (not far from the beginning), the game definitely pushes the "pay to play" concept. The difficulty increasing way too fast and the little amount of rewards compared to upgrade prices, this game IMO only deserves 3 stars. *Note to developers* -Create an offline rewards gain so you still accumulate some rewards when away. -Decrease the difficulty until much higher levels to keep players interested. -Equalize rewards to cost ratio.

I deleted this game due to the inadequate time you give on each level. I finally redownloaded to try again because it is a good game in general. However y'all still with the in adequate time and very expensive with all the level ups. Why haven't the creator fixed it? It's very annoying and you guys don't give enough money when someone loses.

Starts good but turns bad. The first hour is good fun but I'm 90 levels in and they're becoming near impossible due to you can't keep up with everything as the game runs too quickly and the only way to pass levels after 60-70+ is by paying money. There's an option to remove ads but it doesn't work. It has potential to be a good game but as it is it has some serious balancing issues that they need to address. As it is I couldn't recommend it. Needs a serious update to fix these issues.

Too many ads but when I click the ads ti claim a reward I didn't get my rewards so I click for almost 5 tumes but still I didn't get a reward. I didn't recommend this game. It's a worst game I ever installed. Also, the patient entrance is too slow it kills the time. I think the patient entrance takes 8-10 seconds to drag . This game is not recommedable. DO NOT INSTALL IT! SWEAR!

As prev reviews had mentioned. This game is pretty addictive. I had the game for almost 48 hours and have been playing nonstop. Initially, it's easy to adv to the next level pretty fast and learning how to get the most impt task done first. As the game progresses higher, it gets harder to win. How u navigate during the game will either win or lose a heart. There will be ads playing every 5 mins or so. It gives u gifts, so purchasing an app game can be optional

It's not free to play. Progress is impossible unless you spend money or grind for hours and hours. Upgrades are obscenely expensive compared to the level rewards and you can never truly complete a city. Endless mode also offers more stress with significantly lower rewards. The gameplay is fun but ruined the moment you get stuck trying to grind for an upgrade because the difficulty increases too much to keep up.

I loved the first hospital zone - London. When you move to the next one though it becomes costly to progress. I ended up exchanging some of the gems that I had earnt along the way for coins to buy upgrades. They helped for the next 5 levels and then you get stuck again. The upgrades are a lot more than what you earn! I paid for ad free based on the first hospital and kinda wish I hadn't as my frustration is outweighing my patience!

Gameplay itself is quite fun and challenging. Problem is that the difficulty goes up quickly and the only way to keep up is by improving the skills and equipment through spending coins and gem. There is no way to replay previous levels to earn coins though, so you are forced to spend money or watch ads just to keep up with progress.

Later edit: I did watch 100 ads and I also bought coins and gems with real money, but with no use because the more you upgrade stuff the harder the game gets. Last time I upgraded about 12 items and still couldn't pass the level. The game is really fun in the beginning, but it becomes very difficult very soon and you need to buy stuff to move forward. Plus, the new hospital is like a new game, everything you had achieved is gone and you start from zero. Really frustrating! Uninstall!

I like this game It's challenging enough to stay interesting They give you just enough to be able to keep going At least so far There are some levels that I have been stuck on for multiple days though cuz they begin to make it harder and harder the further into a level one gets There have been a lot of ads that I watched and when over the ad rebooted the game and I didn't receive the bonus I was supposed to get That's really annoying. They don't make you watch ads to play though which is nice!

Fun game but levels are seriously uneven. Level 32 is absolutely the worst level and practically impossible to pass without making a purchase. Update! Downgraded game to a 1 because I found out that every time you start a new city, it makes you repay for the automatic sick beds which is a thousand gems which comes to about $14.99! You should be able to take that with you! This game is nothing but a money racket & I'm done! Make upgrades permanent once you pay gems for them and I'll be back!

There is the makings of a great little game here, the only problem is upgrades to your hospital are very expensive and there is no way to replay old levels to earn more coins. So eventually you get stuck and are unable to pass any levels because you need more upgrades. But you can't get any more coins to buy upgrades because when you fail a level you only keep a few coins. Please rebalance the game and then I will come back and play again, but for now I am stuck and have to quit.

Fun but gets very difficult very fast. The amount of pop-ups and animations between levels was obnoxious (i had to close out of around 5 popups every level, and wait for animations every time). The same day i got the game, I was banned for "cheating behavior" when i did nothing but barely complete the levels. It was fun but not worth all the hassle.

it's fun, but after level 25, there's no way to keep up. you don't generate enough coins, so you can't keep the doctor's on the right level or the equipment fast enough. you have to watch an endless amount of ads just to get a couple of upgrades, and there's never enough boosters. that and the number of pop-ups between levels is just crazy. once I finish getting my mistplay points, I'll be deleting this. it's just not worth it.

Fun game. Never got past level 60 in 2nd location, Florence. At that point, it's only possible to get extra points and options to move forward so after easily spending too much $ its time for me to stop, uninstall. There is NO way to get automatic bed making unless you make huge purchase for over 1000 points. For me, this slows the game and makes it hard to get thru higher levels. Did enjoy this game for a few months... but there're others, very similar to play.
