Latest update is terrible. Please revert back to the previous version immediately. The calendar and reservation screens are barely functional now! The new update screwed up the calendar view, it now shows pending inquiries on the calendar which pollutes the view. The reservation screen isn't taking expired inquiries out of the equation and shows them as multiple bookings on top of the reserved bookings. Please fix this

This app recently underwent an update that has basically rendered it useless on an Android. The app closes out constantly, doesn't load, they changed the way accepted versus pending versus expired inquiries and reservations are shown which has caused a lot of confusion and mistakes without our team. Simple tasks that used to be handled easily through the mobile app require us to login from a computer to view and respond to messages, check the calendars, and update reservations. Two thumbs down.

Very effective tool to help run your calendar smoothly and know exactly where you are with your bookings. It has some extremly helpful features like financial reporting to see your monthly & annual progress. The automation messages have transformed my business. There is no phone support, however you can email request a Google meeting, but this can take several days. There are some amazing support staff on the team that will go above and beyond to fix you issues.

Yes I like the phone App! The phone app should be a light version of the desktop version. You can do alot with hostaway and I am impressed massively! The phone app is light weight, fast and easy to use. Has never crashed on my phone (Samsung Galaxy 23) and has all the functionality needed when you're working on the phone. If you want reports or want like massive overview, just jump your pc and it works great there too! Well done Hostaway team 👍👍

I'm not one to complain or be unappreciative, however the app is lacking in so much functionality compared to the web version it's pretty unusable. For example it can't even show turnover days, where there is a check out and checkin on the same day, it just shows these bookings as one long continuous booking. Developer says above issue fixed, but I see no changes after updating the app. It's still the same.

Everything was good until a kid in Hostaway development team has decided to change the GUI of the calendar and make it look like game instead of a calendar!! Everytime we open it it takes 10 seconds just dancing from left to right!!!!completely unnecessary but the days of the week are not anymore visible which was very neccessary. Calendar is not very easy to read anymore. Change it back to how it was!!!

I hate this app even more now, from the start there was no notification making it unpractical and now with the latest update you can't see the owner payout. What's the point of this app? really I wish a can give it zero stars. Can anyone suggest an alternative?

This app is perfect if you are running Airbnb, you can have more than 20 properties on one calendar.

UPDATE: PITA APP! Hate this platform. The app is severely limited. I am a co-host on the run so I don't have time to sit in front of a computer, and I have no choice but to use this because the owners bought into this. They got trained, but my schedule made it impossible for me to attend the trainings. I've asked to pay for additional training and denied.

kindly update, at least notify us if there's a message in the inbox or a new reservation just pop up. this is super hassle that we need to keep checking if there's a message because the app does not notify us. a sound could really help us know if a message or a new reservation is confirmed. we cannot just keep checking and reloading the inbox just to see if we have a message or not. not helpful at all

Acceptable performance most of the time, though randomly having to re-log in and re-verify my identity in the middle of a fast paced work day has been a frustrating inconvenience multiple times. Edit: It didn't used to do this often, now it does it every single day. Dropping more stars. Extremely annoying.

Does not have enough features in the app to run a short-term rental business. You have to use alternate methods making it timely and challenging for day-to-day operations. At best this is good for having all bookings in one place for visibility. Even with this, it does not offer a multi-use calendar. You still need to toggle between homes.

Generally good, functions mostly as it should, but lacks an option for notifications when someone makes a booking. And recently on opening it hangs every time on the sign in screen for up to 10 seconds, I don't have to enter anything and sign in again but it just takes its time.

Love that Hostaway is committed to not only being an industry best, but also to continuous improvement. Responding to reviews from others...the app is meant to be an "add on" for quick tasks such as messaging. The main software is best accessed via a computer, especially for complex tasks such as reporting and price updates. Keep up the great work Hostaway!

I use this app multiple times a day for my job. I've had the app a year and a half, but now the app isn't loading and just staying a white screen or saying no connection when I have internet. Not sure why this just started last time I updated the app on both of my phones. I have to go into the browser and search it, login from there to see my work schedule, because the app isn't working. A fast fix would be greatly appreciated. All in all a great app easy to use the platform.
