Horrible app for ordering food. If you're trying to order for pickup and don't complete it quickly, it will kick you back out and tell you the time isn't available and empty your entire cart making you have to start all over again. Horrible app

App is currently garbage. It worked perfectly well when I first downloaded it, but now it will not complete orders, and hasn't worked in months. It gives the same error message everytime (could not complete, please reload) but nothing solves the problem

I added a 50% off coupon to my order but it has a timer. I didn't see anywhere that it was a timed coupon. I only had 4 hours to use it. The store isn't even open. I was just trying to add it to my cart for the next day. Now I've lost my 50% off coupon.

I signed up for the 50% off entree because I love Hot Heads. I wasn't able to link through FB, it gave me an error message. There is no offers available either for the entree or the free queso promotion. It just says searching for offers. So disappointed.

Rewards rarely work for me in the app. It always says refresh and try again. I love the food, but I hate when my Rewards only work in person. Convenience goes a long way. Rewards also take way too long to achieve.

After eating at our local place I installed the app. My last order was my last order. My food was not correct. When I called I was given the cold shoulder and no option to fix my $15 meal. So I reported in app, emailed everything as directed. And never even received a response. It was my new favorite place, but part of the service industry is fixing mistakes, and the ball was dropped way out of bounds here.

Will not accept my credit cards. Will not acknowledge attempt to use points. No entry for tips, unless that's after the screen I'm erroring out on. I've waited a decade for an app and I get errors and aggravation. Do I need to turn something on or off? Is my device too old (S10)? Ain't nobody got time for this. Please make it go!

I used to go multiple times a week but the new rewards program never gives me any points. I scan the QR at checkout, nothing. I scan the barcode on the receipt, nothing. I enter the barcode number manually, nothing. Such a disappointment.

The app is decent but has a few bugs. I tried ordering a drink with my burrito without the combo deal and the program wouldn't let me. Also it offered a free cookie at checkout but the coupon wouldn't automatically add it when I tapped the square. I hope they fix those issues.

The app worked as advertized. The maker for the first 3 foods was good. There were 3 of us, so while our 2nd and 3rd were waiting to order, the other 2 makers stood around and while we were still waiting they made a 5 door dash order, finished it and back to standing around. By this time there were even less products so I went to McD. Service is very poor, it was good when they first opened. Gone down hill. Also, while standing around, the floor and counter was a mess. Was great when the was on rewards program, now that they switched to points, you don't earn a free entrée as often now. I got cheated out of a bowl with only having to make one more purchase to receive it. After they switched over the points, I've purchased 4 more bowls and still points away. Very disappointing!

Annoying with notifications. The rewards program seems to have been reduced again. An inconvenience to no longer accept the rewards card. Oh and another thing you now get 1 point per dollar spent rounded down. So you now have to spend 120 dollars for a free burrito. When before it was 54 dollars. So you have to pay more than double not only do I hate this new system I am no longer going to eat at hothead any more.

Hitting the "back" button wipes out your order. Did this twice by accident. When trying to redeem points and checking out it popped an error message. Had to go back, pay full price with no redemptions and got bumped to the next time 15 minute time slot. Why do I have to wait 45 minutes when ordering online when I can go to the location and have my food in 5 minutes depending on the line?

Your app is not allowing customers to login and redeem rewards. I try logging in with Google and Facebook, and the app is stating that there is an error. I have tried changing my password and getting the mail, but it never comes. I have reloaded the app. It needs fixed and I will switch my rating back to 5 stars.

Anybody that had the hothead rewards card this is the equivalent of it now being on your phone and it makes it even more convenient because now all you have to do is scan your receipt. You can also redeem your points in the app and then at checkout scan it and it will be applied to your bill. Super easy-to-use.

Half the locations don't work. My app doesn't list my local store, but my friend on iOS has it. The new rewards system, which they advertise as new and improved, is a straight downgrade. Had a free burrito that I can't even claim now. Was excited for them to get an app, but it's awful.

I like Hot Head. It is my favorite of all the burrito places. But, the app and website login are broken and have been for quite a while. It seems obvious to me that no one withing the franchise cares. This means you can't build points, use points, or redeem a birthday coupon. I really wish this would get someone's attention.

i love hothead, used to eat there all the time, but the app has been broken for ages with no fix. it is impossible to access your inbox for offers, the offers screen never loads, and you can't even redeem your free birthday reward since the app is so broken and you can't do it in-store. they also changed the reward point values, which sucks but is admittedly more of a corporate problem than an app problem, but really drives home the lack of care about their customer base

The app won't let me redeem my rewards anymore. Just gives me an Oops error. It's been going on for months & is extremely frustrating. The cards were much easier to use. Also, why can't we pick a default store & not have to pick a store each & every time!! Just another frustrating thing about this app!!

The "reward" they give you is not very much of an incentive at all for how much you have to spend to get it. While I like that you can scan the barcode on the receipt to get the points for it, it often doesn't read it and you have to type in the numbers... would also be better if the app was linked to the trivia game in the lobby like I thought it was rather than needing a whole separate app.
