when staying at Xcaret Arte, the Xcaret app did not work consistently due to poor cell service. when it did work however, and I select TAKE ME, after selecting desired selection, the app did not recognize my location. the app did highlight the selected Destination where we wanted to go. my suggestion would be, have a highlighted route to mark desired destination. lastly, have the app mark our current location and show our progress during travel to Destination. thanks for listening, gorgeous r

Pretty useless app for Android users. Map doesn't work, just shows a blank screen. At least have a PDF file that we can download and a PDF file with the list of restaurants and activities along with their locations. For other hotels at the similar price point, we were able to order room service through the app along with reserve restaurants and activities and modify and cancel them all within an app. Not this one.

They said this app could help, but besides clicking through many options and finding a simple non accurate geo location app, nothing works for once you are staying here. It is only good for explaining what you might be getting if you booked here. If you are already here almost pointless. 7 years ago better service with no app

Not very helpful. Several locators on the map are inaccurate. Would be improved if there were menus for the restaurants. Edit: still not happy. The app lists the wrong park hours and doesn't include places at the resort, like the boat to Xcaret park.. or menus for the restaurants.

Everything about our stay was great except we didn't know what was going on. We wondered how we would know if our app never worked. We tried many times and it never completely opened. This was disappointing since we had no idea what was going on in the hotel and what times. If XCaret's app doesn't work they should always have a printed version. They also need better maps. .

It would be better if the map showed bathroom locations throughout the facility. They have hidden them so well, I'm sure that many of the people that I watched standing and drinking in the swim up bar pools didn't bother to find them. While I blame the drinkers, I also blame the hotels for making the locations obscure and inconvenient.

Wish it offered more. Calendar with my reservations would be nice. I should be able to add a stay I already booked. More info on the parks, or at least links to the parks websites. Park maps would be nice Other than a hotel map, I don't see much value at this time. Hopefully a work in progress.

It needs more content. The maps work but the title card on the bottom is not wrapping the text so the title shows up in a single large text that ends up being hidden, this wouldn't be a problem if by clicking on the card more information loaded. Aside from that another suggestion would be to have the option to book directly on the app and not force you to make a call.

The hotel resort signage is very poor, the fact that the app does not tell you where you are makes everything more frustrating. If I was drunk and needed to find my way back to my room I would not find my way back.

It is great once you first download the app. Once you exit out of the app and come back in, everything freezes up, and then you get kicked out. When the next update comes, I am sure everything will be fixed, but until then, it is a bit rough.

It worked for one day. However, it never synced with our reservations. Day 2, it crash loops on start. unusable. adding a star as reinstalling gets some functionality working again.

constantly freezes, downloaded app after purchasing xcaret arte vacation package from Costco, but no way to link your reservation to the app. also constantly crashes when you switch to a different app/minimize and switch back to it.

The app worked one time, when I initially installed it. It has great information about the hotel, restaurants, and excursions. Unfortunately, it now crashes immediately every single time I open the app. Very disappointing considering how massive the resort is and knowing this information is just out of reach.

Many menus for restaurants are missing or incorrect. It never synced my reservation details even though I logged in with my email. The map feature is very challenging to use because if you tap on a place, then go back, it refreshed the screen to the beginning. The Take Me There feature just shows where on the map the place is, but doesn't give any kind of route. Photos feature didn't work at all. The information given a out shows and performances is often conflicting or makes no sense at all.

The app was nice when it worked. Out of nowhere, it started bugging and flashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times in attempts to get it working again. This app is supposed to keep us up to date on how to get places around the resorts and give us details about these services. Sadly it hasn't worked since day 2 on our week long vacation. Xcaret is great, but the app needs significant work

It should be more interactive. It should give you moving maps. Since you name your restaurants, you should put signs on them so you can find them. You can not find information on the app about bars and shows. There is no way to make and cancel dinner reservations online. It does not allow for the making of reservations to the parks either. The app is really geared toward reservations, and that is it. Under restaurants, add allergy menus. Signage on the property is horrific.

Doesn't work most of the time. Crashes constantly. I have had to uninstall and reinstall a few times for a short trip. It would be great to see the level and times open for a place after clicking. I find it more frustrating to use than helpful, especially when navigating the area. It's very hard to find where you are going unless you've circled the resort multiple times. Maps on the property should list floor level and ages if needed. One restaurant we wanted to go we couldn't bring the kids.
