Scam af.. I am trying to cancel my subscription by following all the sets. Go to my purchases, click the product... They don't have any option for "Set up payment" to lead me to the "next page" to cancel my subscription. Do what you need to do and cancel everything under my account, or I'll be taking my complaint to the BBB and filing a law suit against this company for charging me for a products that I no longer care for!

Have not been able to use that app since paying for it. No way to contact anyone for what I am reaching out for and it keeps charging me for things I did not order. Can't get my debit card off the app. Nowhere to go for billing. I asked for a refund for being charged and it said no refund it expired but it was a few day after being charged.

Poor user experience to control the courses, videos, materials, etc... you can learn a lot from Udemy.

Aweful platform. Don't suggest anyone buy anything off Hotmart. No amount of refund time and just send you from place to place until there isn't any time left. Even after purchasing things you get blocked from previous things even if you were supposed to get all that came out later on. If the producer selling their product feels like it they can just lock you out. Then Hotmart can say check with producer and producer tells you contact support (hotmart) then contact ones that up out for them.

This is a scam/fraud app. No matter if u follow all the directions, it still wont allow u to see anything. Ive been trying for 24 straight hours to get a full refund and NO response from these liars.

When I project it on my TV, it plays for a minute and then the video stops suddenly. It only happens when connect to the TV.

Hotmart stole $197 from my bank account when the portal was open and I clicked on a learn more button. The product was supposed to cost only 6.90 and the $197 was crossed out. I was still charged $197. When I sent them emails I was ignored. Because they took that money It put my bank account into overdrawn which bounced my car payment and others as I had just sent out my bills. Hotmart is still trying to steal $197 again and my bank won't allow it. STOP TRYING TO STEAL MORE MONEY FROM ME!

Comments are based on accessing and using the programme I purchased. Works well once you understand how to use it. Not always intuitively how you think it works , but experiment and you will soon get the hang of. It.

I am very disappointed with this app and I would never rate it firstly advertised something else then sell u another product ask for a refund then the claim form is in a totally different language. I need my refund from Yoga Bliss, Zen Flow. Dont tell me about payment late cause I need a full refund

This app is not good. I paid for $37 but when they tried to offer me different products and I press the I dont want button it directly deducted my account a total 9f $57.. Now when I request for refund they are not giving right answers. I want to get all the money I spent on this website. This app or website sucks!!

I signed up for this on February 22nd and paid $27.00, it was false advertisement!!!! It was one of those videos that said that if you watch the videos and rate them you could get paid for it through YouTube. That is a lie YouTube is not even part of this!!! I would like to get my money back now!!! Please don't fall for this it's a SCAM!!!

It's interesting, lined up all the courses I've ever bought lol. Am able to watch video classes of the new course I bought on Hotmart, it's fast and adequate, so am good, definitely settled and satisfied.

The only thing I don't like is how stressful it is to navigate through the modules because when I'm watching a class within a module and I want to see a preview of more clasess of that same module it makes you go to the begining and you have to look for the module you want again and again every time, it's not like youtube which lets you see the videos of a playlist while your watching a video.

This app is horrible. I only used it because a podcast that I support used it for paid content. It's the worst player I ever saw in my life. It doesn't allow me to download episodes to play offline. It doesn't save the position of the episode if I close the app and start again. There's no playlist. And since a few months ago, it doesn't even let me switch apps because then the player stops. Really really bad and I'm glad the podcast I love has moved to a different platform.

It works, but browsing the paid content is very slow and I tried different Internet connections. The app tries to remember where you stopped, but it fails most of the times. We should be able to "pin" manually where we stopped. Some of the classes are just a PDF, which you expect to open when you click on the class, but you need to open the class link and, click on "materials" and finally download the PDF, which would not be so bad if the app was not so slow to load the content.

The app breaks every time!! I can't watch my videos. I always have to uninstall and install again, and this way SOMETIMES works 🙄 2mo after and the app still sucks!!! literally EVERY TIME I try to open one of the videos it comes the phrase "Oops! So sorry. We're working to make things better. Click to try again" Then I click, the screen gets black and nothing happens. It's SO frustrating. The website works fine, why does the app breaks all the time?!??? If I could I would give 0 stars
