I've been using this program since 2014. It is by far the best full featured time tracking app that allows me to easily track all of my customers work putting in details and capturing Time down to the minute accurately effectively and all done at a minimal price. The cloud app gives me the capability to allow customers to look at their time that I'm going to build him for. I used to miss work that I did for a client and not be able to remember what I did when I did and where I did. No longer.

Excellent app. Couple constructive criticisms 1. I would like to be able to set it to where if it detects you're at your work with the geofence, be able to preset a start time instead of automatically starting and stopping the clock. Or... 2. Set a daily shift where you can just click an icon and it automatically enters a preset regular daily shift including breaks, etc, for those of us that work predetermined shifts. But be amendable for any variance. Good job guys

This is a great application. It's worth it to buy the subscription. If your an independent hourly worker it's good to be able to show whoever is paying you a time sheet. It allows you to edit in case you miss a break or forget to clock in or out. I wish there was a way to export via text message or have link to cash app so I could send a request for payment from cash app, and have this attached to it as well.

I've tried this app numerous times over the years. Auto clock-in/out being an attractive feature, would be great if only it worked consistently. Never have looked into resolving the issue and it happens the same on both IPhone and Android platforms. Great concept, still use it manually sometimes and sure wish it did as claimed. Using gps/geofencing/location to auto clock in/out upon different sites throughout the work week would be super useful for me.

Great app, definitely the best hours tracker I've tried. I dropped it to 3 stars because of the costs. You can pay $10 for unlimited jobs, or $6 for 5 jobs. I only need to track one, it makes no sense to pay $6 for 1 job. There should be a low baseline single job price. I dropped it down to 2 because you can export entries as csv, but cannot import csv entries.

I love this app! I work two jobs and it keeps track of how much I've worked at each job, as well as how much I can expect to be paid. Is a real life-simplifier - a great time-management tool. Very intuitive. If i need to correct something, i just click and boom i can fix it. No complicated menus - And I'm just using the free version! I RECOMMEND THIS APP TO EVERYONE. No, really, I do :)

UPDATE: Now on top of annoying videos AND ads you're making it a pay app?!? Seriously?! UNINSTALLED. I liked it up until the recent update. Now when you clock in or out it plays a really annoying video ad--before the update I want blasted with an ad every time I clocked in or out. I don't have time to wait for an ad...I need to make a note on the entry so I can tell what the job details are and get to work. If there were more features I'd consider upgrading but there aren't so I'm not going to.

working a split-shift labor job with a myriad of employers in a very atypical industry, I've been pleasantly surprised that this app has met my needs quite well. have just enabled the location-based features, so interested in seeing how well they work, but so far, I'm loving the app. Was going to have to make a custom spreadsheet template so this saves me a good bit of time and energy.

Two things the app desperately needs: the search function that makes it easy to find & quickly review, edit & reclassify entries on iOS & support for "match system theme" when in dark mode (the white background is blinding). The missing search function is a major detriment. Also seeing data loss if you don't check "done" before switching to another app. None of this has been improved since June of 2020.

Love: simple, great android widget, easy export, live almost everything. Warning: the ads they allow on the free version are more than annoying. They actually carry malware. I spent time isolating the cause of my phone issues and Im 99% sure. I looked for an app that is just as good, but there is none, so I'm buying the app in hopes that my phone wont need to return to factory settings again because of it.

I've been using this app for 5+ years now and have NEVER had ANY issues. It's so versatile and can keep track of multiple jobs, if needed. There is a Cloud that I have used to transfer data when I have switched phones ( Samsung Note10 now). Nothing is ever missing. I have never been kicked out or had ANY trouble clocking in or out at any given time, all hours of the night and day. This has been 100% glitch-free for me!!! Well done!

This is the perfect app! I tested out several apps and just could couldn't find the one that was right for me. I needed one that could track overnight shifts, let me push one button to clock in and out, and set my pay period to every other Friday rather than specific dates each month. This app had all those features, plus a widget for simple use on my home screen, and a scheduling function so I can automatically clock in when I know I'll be at work! So glad I found this app!

This app is great, I've been using it everyday for 3 years. The two things I don't like, (not sure if it's because I no longer have an iPhone) I wasn't able to transfer all of my logs from one phone to the other and had to re purchase the app and start over. Second thing is, it no longer allows me to input scheduled breaks. Before, I was able to have them set at a particular time with each job, now I currently have to input my breaks with each daily log. Besides that, the app is great.

I love this app. It's very user friendly and easy to navigate. I like that you can customize and track your pay periods. The GPS/location clock in/ out capability is a major bonus- especially for someone like me who forgets. I initially started using the free version and after 2 weeks (which I believe is how many entries you can input with that version), realized it was going to be something I'd need/ use and bought the full version. Highly reccomend!

Lately, I've noticed discrepancies with the totals. It's not a great amount, usually just +/- change amounts, but, the $ isn't totaling correctly if multiplied by the hourly rate. The app has been very useful. I have 2 clients that easily use the exported sheets. However, with these discrepancies, I have to create separate invoices and verify the correct amount.

Was a really great app. It use to allow me to actually save a jobs location which I could refer back to, to easily return to the job later for additions or service calls. Location function hasn't worked for a few weeks now. Which was my favorite part about the app. It still allows me to use all other functions. But, without the location function, it has me thinking of finding a new app that does work. Fix the location problems and I will l go back to love the app.

Good time tracker, but recently it doesn't update my time in my notifications bar on my phone like it used to, nor can I go on break using the notifications bar; I have to open the app to add a break and can only put in my starting time. My breaks vary in length, so I can't just put in an end time and be done. This is a total pain. I'd like to be able to just swipe down to see how long I've been on break, or on the clock in general, and to control all that from the notifications bar.

This is the best hours tracker app I have tried. Most apps don't have a seamless method to export hours, easily delete prior days on the calendar, update the rate per hour for a specific job, overtime, easy to setup breaks, super easy to adjust hours at the end of the day, notification stays on when clocked in and reminds me to clock out. Also l, you can have different tabs for different jobs with different rates of pay. The functionality of this app is unmatched. Very user friendly. Thank you!

Have had three complete losses on this app now with time. Love the setup of the app and how it operates but I bought a year in the app and it never gave it back to me first( that's the fourth loss actually). And even though I have switched phones multiple times I've lost all the data I was keeping 3 times now. No backup available no account with any of my emails available and really don't even feel like working it out because this is all day one stuff that should be user friendly.

I'm satisfied with the app, but I would love to see an export/import jobs (to back up customers). Currently the only way to currently accomplish this is through their cloud backup (a premium service for $50/yr). I would have sooner paid a few bucks more for the app (and leave the cheese off). There are other features I could imagine that would be worth a premium fee. I mostly want to back up my jobs (my cu database); that function is missing. The invoices that the app creates are backed 1x/mo.
