Great app i left my walllet in room and thought it to be lost and HRS had it sent to my home in KY and before i got home. I had a package waiting and it was my walllet, driver licence my debit card to all my money .and the exact amount of money was still correct 3752$

Warning!! HRS has introduced a 1click order like booking function which you easily can push accidentially! If it is non chancelable you will have a Problem

does not allow you to save favourites anymore and all my 6 year of favourites have disappeared strangely there are no reviews as well is this a fake app?

The new version will not let me log in. "We cannot connect to our server....try again" This happens on both my Samson phone & on mr Lenovo tablet. I can get access using the website. I have re-installed but get the same result.

Horrible and deceptive app!!!!! The price listed in HRS app DOES NOT include all costs and fees. We must pay more than 100USD of HIDDEN FEES on top of the hotel price in the booking confirmation. Also when discussing with support team, it took 3 weeks to receive an answer - a disappointing answer that helps nothing.

App is good to check hotels but misbehaves when booking. Mostly shows an error, especially international hotels, and one has to call on phone or email.
