Went from a seamless experience, to usable but with a bunch of technical error messages popping up all the time, to won't let me log in. All in the space of three app updates! Progressively worse with each update to the point that I cannot use the app any longer. Uninstalled and reinstalled and that did not help.

It was great. Fast. Convenient. Now it won't even load past the start screen. And, when it rarely does after 15 to 20 minutes of loading, it never loads any of my schedules or anything else. I don't know what happened, but it's a pain to use now, and it's even worse in my case since this is the only way I can see my work schedule and request off.

This app is a piece of junk. Garbage. DO NOT USE THIS APP if you are an employer. Whenever I can log in, (Which only has about an 80% success rate) it takes incredibly long to load and constantly pops up issues. I should not have to wait multiple minutes to see who all is working on any given day. The UI is trashy as well, especially the availability section. Almost makes me want to quit my job just to free myself from the burden of using this failure of an app.

Many of the features dont work properly on the app. You have to log in twice, with different passwords, and will get an error if you take more than 1 second to log in, which is extremely difficult to do on a phone. No option to view a full week's schedule for the whole staff at one to plan shifts in advance. I would gladly delete this garbage from my phone but I depend on it for my work schedule.

The app itself is fine. Decent interface, easy to use, and it's great for keeping track of who works and what shifts need coverage. The downside os the availability. There is usually some sprt of issue with the server response time. It'll take forever to get you to the landing page, or just not give you it at all. There are frequent moments when the app is just unusable because the server is down. This app would be fine if it weren't for that one problem.

Does not work at all on Samsung Android 11. Couldn't even create a profile, which the app prompts you to do after entering your user ID and password. I completed each field with the requisite info confirmed by green check marks. Finally, tapping on the blue "create your profile" button, which takes you no where. You're just stuck on the create profile screen. So, the app is utterly USELESS but necessary for work. I can't believe a billion dollar fast food chain uses this app.

What is going on with this app??? It won't open. Says I needed an update, so I updated. Still won't open. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still won't open. I turned my phone off and on. Still. Won't. Open. Incredibly frustrating. I need this app for a work schedule. I hope this bug, or whatever it is, gets resolved quickly.

I can't even login? When I open the app it is just stuck on the main HotSchedules screen, however I notice the login UI interaction is on. However even if I manage to type in my credentials, it won't load in and will eventually just say "Login Failed". I literally cannot use the app. This needs to be fixed URGENTLY. Edit: After the update it appears I'm logged in, but it just loads infinitely and won't go to the homepage. Still unusable. These updates do nothing but break the application. 😡

The app is a great 1 to use, but the new update has made it to where no one can sign in and use the app properly. It is very annoying when I rely on it every day for my schedule and I can't get into my schedule Through the app. Even after uninstalling it and re-installing it. It crashes instantly every time. Need to fix this for Android users immediately. 😡

Horrible. The app crashes all the time right now, and I can't get into the app. If I was sick and needed to release my shift, I wouldn't be able to. If I needed to request time off, I couldn't. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times already. Changed my password. What do I get an error with logging in. My login and password are both correct. Once I get it, it will work for 30 seconds, then crash. Then ur back to square 1. Horrible app......

Giving it 2 star since it does help find who I'm working with and if I need to opt out of days. Well, if it works. The app spends an eternity on the loading page, usually ending up on the login. Even after putting in my login info, the prompt says 'Invalid User'. Just need to fix the bugs and crashes to this app. Make some real use to the updates that happen every so often.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Never have I used an app that has so many errors. The error messages aren't even helpful. What the heck does "stream was reset" mean? How does that help me, the user? I can't log in half the time, either. Granted, clearing the cache usually fixes it, but I have to do it every. Single. Time. I've started taking screenshots of my schedule just so I don't have to do this stupid dance so much. Employers, please don't make your employees use this app.

Every since the last update, I'm getting errors every time I use the app. "Socket closed" (what does that even mean!?) And login error, after I'm already logged in. Switching between stores prompts error messages (I'm employed at three) Edit: the update that was supposed to fix this has rendered my app totally inoperable. I can't even open it now.

Fine if it ever loads. When I launch the app I'm greeted with the logo on a blue background. This is the login screen, but there's no boxes or anything. You just have to guess where to click and what you're filling in. Then it gets permanently stuck loading any of the pages once signed in. Close the app and restart 10x and maybe it'll load. Also, the app requires updates about every week, which seemingly fix nothing; it must be up to date to work, which is annoying for manual update people

9/10 times I open the app, it won't load. I depend on this app to see my work schedule, and I'm in a position at work where I need to see other people's schedules as well. I can do neither of those things if the app won't load. It's very frustrating and it's getting in the way of me doing my work. Developers, you gotta fix this. Any person looking for a scheduling app for work, STEER CLEAR

It's fine when it works. And I get having to log in every time you use it because of the sensitive information inside. But ever since the last update, I get at least one other error code every time I sign in, and it takes forever to load and display my schedule. Whereas before the update, it would display right away. The updated code was poorly written.

Edit: this app is still unusable, especially after the latest "bug fixes" update. Store log responses don't make sense. Why would there be a single line if a response needs to be a paragraph? Calendar sync is glitch, even after I've reset the connection. Update: over a month has passed with maybe 2 app updates. This app is even glitchier than the original review. FIX THIS!!

Agree with other reviews, the new update has me constantly trying to sign in, but can't 8/10 times. Mostly it won't accept typed in password, didn't save the log in like before, and a few times would accept my fingerprint to log me in, but now not even that. Mostly use to view my schedule (thankfully I get that emailed to me as well), but time off requests, etc are only accepted via this app. As a single mom, this is important to be able to access.

It's not letting me log in . It loads but keeps going untill it says "invalid password or username". And it's not invalid. I try uninstall and reinstalling it. It keep doing the same thing. I even reset my password. I went through the Hot Schedule website and rest it and it worked on website i can see my schedule. So I try reinstalling the app again ,still doesn't work with the new password. All it does is load and say invalid password or username.

Great for a work schedule app. But I really wish it would actually sync with my calendar correctly. Sometimes it doesn't add my shifts to the calendar, I have to revoke access then re-enable sync. Really confusing and a bit stressful to have to triple check if I work that day.
