Complete and utter garbage! I've had this camera for 3 months and I wish I would have bought anything else. The handheld works great for just video, but when I go to use the app it all goes to hell. Once I logged into the app the built in sounds on the monitor stop working, the app works for maybe a day and constantly says "connecting" then " connection failed", and then you can't do anything on the app as well... I'm very disappointed in this and will never buy another product of theirs again.

It's awesome in theory. We have really utilized the ability to track feeding sleeping, diapers, etc. however it stores so much data in my phone that it's taken up 100gb of my phone memory & now I can't get anything else in my phone to work! I have never had an app do this before! I have to delete the app storage in my phone settings, & once I sign back in it starts filling up again. So I will have to periodically delete it I guess. Also it has always been SUPER slow to save changes & load pages.

App has good features and works pretty welll, but you have to be intuitive in using it. Info or help on how to specifically use is very bad!!! The videos provided in the "explore" section aren't helpful. They provide generalized functionality of what you can do do but not how to do it becuz they are marketing and not support videos. I will say if you have problems like a camera becomes unreachable from monitor...the tech team is pretty good to fix or replace your items.

Each camera will randomly "disconnect" from my Hubble app, but still appear on the regular monitor. When I reconnect cameras to my app, they disconnect from the regular monitor. It's really a toss-up when all things will start to operate correctly. Also, the magnetic camera bases are a joke. They constantly slide from their set position due to not having a strong magnet. All that being said, when everything is working correctly, we are very satisfied with this product.

While in theory this is a great baby monitor the execution is very poor. First the temp reading is way off and I had to turn it off night vision doesn't work and will switch from day to night constantly. And the biggest thing it doesn't always record when their is movement leaving the selected area. Also the apps settings page doesn't always pull up and doesn't save the changes you have made.

Works very well for my wife and I on two separate phones, one account. Slightly annoyed you have to delete and re-add a device to change Wi-Fi networks, but it's pretty quick now after practice. I complained and quickly got a response which says it's an upcoming feature. Really glad to have the notifications and zones (we also have an owlette which doesn't do that, but does work with their sock monitor) We use the owlette at home and the hubbleclub when traveling. About 50/50 each. Easy 5 stars!

We've had the SkyView monitor for 11 months now and I hate it. It goes offline, disconnects whatever it's doing at least once a week and it takes over an hour to get it reconnected. Huge inconvenience especially at nap and bedtime. As I right this at 10:30 at night trying to reconnect my camera.

The remote feature is nice but we experienced frequent disconnects/times when the camera is "offline". We've checked our internet connection multiple times when this has happened & the issue is always on the camera's end. Noise maker & night light features will often stop working & we can't get it to work again until hours later. We had hopes for this camera but have given recommendations against it due to the constant issues with features not working & no feedback after contacting the company.

Honestly, it's been horrible. All it does is buffer. I've replaced my modem and router in hopes that would fix the issue, but no. It's just the app or poor baby monitor. I get better information from how my baby is doing by hearing the shrieking after waiting for it to buffer. If you haven't bought a monitor yet, please don't buy this one. The app doesn't work.

I have had so many issues with this app, first off, the pause button will take up to 5 seconds after hitting the pause button or it'll just never pause in general. Second off, the camera will disconnect and it would take forever to reconnect, this is very unsafe for when parents need it to stay connected to make sure their child/children, are safe at all times.

Works well enough until it doesn't. Not sure if it's the device of the connection, but we have the Eclipse+ and it works and all of a sudden it's starts buffering, so our sounds go in and out and it wakes everyone up and then it just stops all together and it wont let me reconnect to get our sounds going again. Very frustrating since it does put a kink in our groove at 1140pm and unnecessarily wakes the baby.

We have had this camera up for almost a year. If using the monitor that comes with it, it works great. The app, unfortunately, is a disaster! You will be lucky if it works at all! You can be connected one minute and then get a connection error. Or every time you open the app, it is a connection error. Or it says to turn the camera on. App doesn't work 95% of the time. It's not signal strength like they try to blame it on for everyone who has problems. I would not recommend to anyone.

We purchased our monitor less than a year ago and it constantly won't charge - plugged in but seems like it doesn't recognize the connection at times. Or when it is charged it will randomly shut off or the screen will go black and then shut off and you can't turn it back on unless you reset it. I appreciate being able to check the monitor from my phone when it works. The temperature readings is always several degrees higher than the actual room temperature. For instance, it will say it's 80 when it's actually 72. And the timestamps on the motion alerts is always wrong. For instance, if I walk past the monitor at 7 pm, the app will show that motion alert with a timestamp of 6:42 pm. It makes it difficult to keep track of my toddler's activity overnight and wake-up times.

Nothing but connectivity issues. App has never worked smooth and it's going on year 2 of use. Can't use the tablet that comes with the camera due to it not wanted to stay connected even when I'm in the room right next to the nursery. 90% of the time the app says camera offline or can't connect due to network errors, the camer is not far from the router and it's literally the only devi in the house with this issue. If I could go back in time I'd tell myself to go with any other brand except this.

*update!* i literally have not been able to connect to my camera in FOUR DAYS! Tech support does *nothing*. Return it if you can! My dream sensor will not reconnect, and I can not troubleshoot. The camera is constantly losing connection and buffering. With how expensive all of the products are, you'd imagine the app would at least work most of the time, wouldn't you? I wish I could get a working product, or at this point just a refund.

The camera has been nothing but problems. I've had it 2 years and it constantly freezes, loses connection, doesn't record my voice when I use that function, the music sometimes won't turn on and other times will not turn off. I have to disconnect the camera to get it to stop. The app has gotten worse. It constantly says there's a connection issue... which isn't my wifi or my phones problem, its the app. My tvs, phones, computers, etc never have a connection issue. Just an overall terrible camera
