It's a very good app. I never missed my follow ups. If I'm engaged task can be easily assigned to others. Contacts on HubSpot will not mix with my personal contacts so it's very useful for business contacts. I can also mention the status of my follow ups which is a great advantage. Calls can be made directly from the app. Overall it's an useful app.

It's ok, but sadly still doesn't link emails to deals automatically. only automatically links to the contact and company. Have to link each email manually to a deal.

This app used be ok, but now it's just terrible. Not to mention the constant sign in required for the desktop app. I'm done with this uselessness. Removing it from all my devices and all my computers.

The app and the website platform don't communicate properly. You will be sending an email, then arrive on your desktop, and it shows nowhere. So you are not even sure if your client received your email. The app also doesn't change the status from waiting on us or on contact. Which enhance the confusion if they app actually works properly. Just stay away from the app.

Not build for in-person sales, mainly marketing email / call center sales. Not intuitive nor easy to navigate.

Just started using the website and its well featured. The real benefit of mobile app for a CRM is the ability to capture the emails, calls, texts and messages automatically and pull it into the customer activity and profile. Unfortunately, Hubspot crashes repeatedly on my phone making it basically useless. I can see that it would be a very useful too potentially, but to do that it need to stay open long enough! Hoping there will be an update that will fix this issue.

The app is great on desktop, but for some reason I can't use it on my phone to make calls to my leads. This is a huge deal breaker for me, and there are no resources online to fix it (aside from the usual "troubleshooting" guides that never work)

I absolutely love this application I just wish that it was more compatible with Trello in the terms of seeing everything but the final stage of a deal. other than that this app has been my most visited app since I have been starting this job I like it better than Facebook Instagram and Snapchat. I use it for activity with homeowners and I also make tasks for myself it's very useful it works compatible with company cam.

I wish it synced with my contacts and phone storage system better. For example, when I add a contact to my phone, I put the name of their company in with all the other info. Everything but their company name shows up in my CRM. So my team and I have to get to our desktop or manually go into the hubspot contact and type in their company name in their details.

Hubspot is absolutely brilliant for helping keep track of my business network to reach out to. I include friends that I want regular contact with. As an entrepreneur, with so many things on my plate, I need a tool to help remind me to follow up. Basically, very little in my life gets done without a reminder. I'd be lost without it for sales.

Worst CRM of all. I created a landing page design by working on it more than 4 hours. The tool never saved the updated version. When I checked the version history, it only showed one verison which was 4 hours ago, when the page was first opened. There's neither an autosave feature nor a save button. 4 hours of toil went in vain.

Poor UX. I work on my tablet with a keyboard and this app, seriously, in 2025, does not have a landscape mode. I literally can't use it without disconnecting everything.

Bilingual functionality with any language other than English is extremely limited. Overall 90% English/U.S. centric, clearly not meant to be used in other countries. Can't keep pics of scanned business cards on file. The database being free is a huge plus, and the basics work - but anything beyond typing a name into a field is subpar: can't enter local language name (eg JP characters for name or address)..

I love hubspot but this app is almost useless for me. When I bring up my contacts, it doesn't even display a third of them (so I still need to log in on a desktop browser to check for new contacts). Can't filter well at all in the app. The only thing I do using the app is make calls/text a contact and have it log fairly easily. My company raves about it, so I don't know if this is more specifically an android problem, but significant work needs to happen to make this app work well.

Great app but really disappointing that you can't schedule meetings that link to calendar or toggle between accounts. So close to being a complete solution. Still better than anything else out there. I literally shelled out for a second line because I can't toggle accounts and I still haven't found a solution for the double work of scheduling. Please add this!

There are a few features missing from the desktop version that I'm sure are in progress. I'd love to see a roadmap on where this app is headed. I have really come to love HubSpot through the years, and if you're in tech & looking to grow your business, there's not much better tech I've found that is all-encompassing like this. 🤜🤛 If I had access to a roadmap for the app, rather than "this update is for bug fixes & general improvements..." blah blah this would be a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review easily.

So, I've had a Hubspot related account for a while-but only started using it recently to try it out as a management tool for a client. I Have to say, I should have started using along ago! It's a great tool with lots of great features. You can add and manage clients and contacts as well as interact with site visitors! I'm still learning it, but would still highly recommend it for use. I'm an independent consultant, but it is definitely scalable to meet corporate needs. Try it!

Update 1/11/23, I was notified of a fix for the issues by the product team and all is working well again. Thanks!...The app is very slow and freezes when I attempt to simply respond to an email. Text is written on the keyboard, and it takes a few seconds for it to populate in the text area. I'm not sure if it is just my phone (S22) or the app, but it makes it nearly unusable. If I log in to the system on my mobile browser, it is fine though.
