Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! beyond all standards!!!! But please add theme change (the blue colour is a pain to the eyes) and finally MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE OR SWAP COINS and this wallet will be a revolution!!!!! One more thing, add a user manual. They are so many things I don't understand in there

So far so good, there are so many options to use in this app, and yes you need to take time to learn the app to get the full features available to you, it is updated from time to time to keep you current, any responsible user will love it, Into 2022 however i find that the customer service is lacking in eplanantions on issues and accounting, the labeling in the app ahs not improved and the response time for questions is far too ling , days in fact, im going to see how this year starts

When my credit card was connected to the App everything was fine but as soon as you have a problem the website response is slow. The Telegram group is potentially a scam. The App is differcult to understand and is very complicated.

I have downloaded this app and I have signup with my email id, by giving passward and veryfy passward. Also verification completed by link received in email id. But sorry to say this is not working. Again and again done this process. And when try to forgot passward it say email id not registered. So this is very bad app as per my opinion.

i haven't been able to finish setting up the wallet yet, although I have tried several times. I wish there were instructions somewhere on how to do it. I got my12 words and clicked on them in the order they first came to me and set a password and pin number. It asked me to name my wallet, which I did, but never asked me to establish a username. Therefore, when it asked for my username and I used my wallet name, it said that either the user name or password was wrong.

For the time being, it's 1star. Apparently I'm the only one who ran into an amateurs' huge-annoying-frustrating security/password bug. App keeps asking for "trade pass" to set some extra sec measures (eg. Google auth.) and here's the first hurdle: 20 characters allowed during setting, limit set on 15 in the pop up field when prompted to authenticate. Reset password (the 20 chars one, brought down to 10), and you get a lovely "incorrect password". Really? Should I trust this with my investments?

Registering for Hyperpay is problematic. I am able to enter my email successfully during signup. But when I am prompted to set up a "Trade Password", upon attempting to input trade password a second time as prompted for confirmation, the app then says "network error" and you are then stuck at the trade password page and cannot go forward or go back. In order to even try again, the app has to be deleted and reinstalled, only to be stuck at the Trade Password page again. A fix is urgently needed.

STAY AWAY from this fraud of an app. Lost money on here due to not being able to take my crypto out. They lock it down completely and make you go through impossible hoops to get it out. Also there's virtually no customer support and the faq is in completely Chinese. Don't waste your time with this nightmare..

Possibly a scam. Been waiting since November for my hyper card. They told me that they sent it ages ago. They gave me a tracking number which says it was delivered in October (before I actually ordered the card) it also meant to take two months! Very fishy. I will update when I know more but I don't advise trusting this app for now!

Terrible, don't expect to understand a lot. I got this app on accident and I am not great with crypto but this app in itself is so hard to understand. All instructions are in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean but the articles have pictures! So there's that. The app is for attaining crypto but you can't sell it so....why have it IMO. It's been a rough experience at every turn and I can't even get my money back because I can sell for euros but the $60 I put in becomes like $7.

This wallet is terrible, you can't transfer your coins at all even though the option is there, and the only way you can get access to your coins is if you were to pay for the card or hardware. And that is only if you have usdt or can't. Which by the way say if you have bitcoin, you can't transfer so you are out of money. Also I tried to look at the FAQs and it's in Chinese. A total waste, don't use this wallet. I will stick to Klever or Exodus.

The UI font is not looking good. A bit slow performance on UI. For some reason it only allows you to generate one multi-coin wallet while all the other apps allow you to hold multiple multi-coin address. The BSC network wallet address generated in the multi-coin wallet is incorrect! The cross chain swap doesn't support much coins compared to other app. A lot can be improved. Not mature.

this is an updated review. originally gave 1 star due stuck coins and issues withdrawal. support was a little slow but they did help and everything ended up working as expected. only gave 4 stars because withdrawals are not always easy. requires text and email confirmation but most times email doesn't arrive until after the timeout period. so you have to keep trying, sometimes for a couple days.

Presently, I'm having major issues accessing my SMS, so for now, this app is 3 stars for me. Overall, I enjoy using HYPERPAY, but now I have different feelings until it is resolved

If I had written the review a few months ago, I would have given it 5 stars. However, they updated their cards, and the ones I had are no longer compatible with Apple Pay or Google Wallet. Consequently, I have to buy another card, and the price is 10 times higher.

Do not use this app. They take your money when you order a card and then never link the card to your account. You just get a plastic card for $149 that you can't use. They just have different excuses when you message them. Later, they just sent you the same message over and over and just stopped answering my questions.

If you doesn't provide specific service for specific countries, you should prevent for apply. I deposited balance, I applied for listed services, my balance deducted and they declined. Now I'm waiting for refund. What a frustrating process.

The app itself is decent (the UI could have a few bugs removed), but the support is absolutely terrible. HyperPay decided to change everyone's ETH addresses without giving us due notice, and as a result I lost $100 on a transaction that went to an old address. The platform ate my money, and i have no way of getting it back. No response from support. No one to make things good. I am not going to trust these people to not loose my money in the future.
