This platform has made tremendous improvements from its inception. I am ever willing to recommend it to anyone who wishes to save, as for the earning potential and direct investment into the bond market, I am not so sure about it. I hope the developers can improve the product offering but I recommend it gladly for the user friendliness.

I'm not sure what's wrong but the app ain't working for me (android). Tried registering and it got to 'enter token' for verification but refused to load beyond that. I navigated back to the registeration page, probably to try and re-register, said i'm already registered. I tried logging in with same info for the registeration but it does not go through, keeps giving me 'getting your account'. Now I'm on the fence with my details on this app. I tried resetting the password-still not logging in.

Hello, I have come to notice some changes in the new app which is good but the removal of a major change in the ability for users to be able to track the progress of their stock order is highly unacceptable and bad. Like the old app you can check the progress of your order seeing if it's purchased, canceled or pending, you can easily access the history of your purchase either executed, pending or sold but nothing of such is in the newly updated version of i-invest.

My kyc took a month plus and I had to delete my account on the app, only to be contacted by the support team and it was resolved. I tried adding my card for easy transaction but it took ages and still didn't work, my profile keeps showing blank same with bank accounts and it's really exhausting inputting what I have done months ago. The app is great but the UX is terrible.

I have challenge using the app. It takes forever to log in and the investment security only appeared once after which I've been unable to view the list. Also, my already updated kyc and profile reversed and my data needs to be updated again. There is a lot of work to be done on the app for efficiency.

Fingerprint/Biometric login does not work on my app even though it is enabled in my account settings. When one clicks on the icon for biometric login, no option comes up for one to place their fingerprint. The developer should please fix. Other than this, the UI is now very good, thumbs up to the developers for this.

Was referred to use this savings app and I most confess , I am totally disappointed. Trying to do a card transaction seems futile and frustrating. Please work on your app.

honestly, this is the worst investment app I ever came across. it wouldn't let me update my profile and would also not let me close my account. I do not recommend

I-invest really came up highly recommended but I was disappointed when trying to key in the code,but Everytime I try to copy the code,it goes back to the landing page and after several attempts,it tells me ' code expired ' or something like that,I have tried to resolve the issue by getting in touch with the support team but they have refused to respond.Really expected better services

This is one of the best if not the best investment applications in Nigeria, I have been using this application without any issues over 5yrs. I wonder where people get all these negative reviews here, if you have issues due to your own ignorance, that doesn't mean the application is not good and reliable. Ask for assistance from all their contacts channels if you have difficult about using the application.

Easy to install, register and use. But the products to invest in is limited. Will there be an update whenever there's an auction? Also, it's says 'treasury bills' but I feel I'm actually investing in a <=1yr maturity bond because the investment is not discounted. I pay full face value and accrue the interest.. Pls correct product description. Thanks

Great app, but for a number of flaws. Poor return on investment being one; the other issue being that if this app was made to make investing easier for the layman who might not be aware of any KYC requirements, it is only fair that these documents are requested for before making deposits. Allowing seamless deposits and then making the process of withdrawal look like you stole the money can be very annoying.

The App technical composition and ease of navigation is great. It provides all the necessary information an investor may require almost at a single view. However, the customer support is below par. Had difficulty uploading my KYC docs because d system kept buffering endlessly on clicking the submit button. The team gave me all the run around possible including asking unnecessary questions sometimes. I was forced to visit their office after 8 days and several mail exchanges, with no resolution.

Trying to sign up but the app requires careful scrolling if not it takes you back to the landing page and wipes out EVERYTHING you already typed. It's happened to me 3 times now. The second time I got as far as the token sent to my mail but when I entered it into the app, it didn't validate it no matter how many times I pressed the button. So I went back, started typing my info again only for me to scroll down and voila! Back to the landing page again! Bad UX can really mess good intentions ☹

Hi, I was pretty comfortable using the previous app version until I got an update alert. I updated my app and now I can't log in. Initially, it didn't even accept my password, then later it did and instead of going to my dashboard, it went to a change password page and I've been trying repeatedly to change the password as requested but the proceed key just won't work! My money is stuck, my emails are not being responded to. I'm highly displeased.

App is not working well. Don't bother wasting your time with it. Funded my wallet over an hour ago, it's yet to reflect. I've tried several times to update my KYC information via the app and web to no avail. Requested a refund of my money and waiting to be credited.

Efficient app. However, I am unable to upload my signature. Please fix this, been trying that several times. Had to even close my account but I wish to reopen it.

The current update is crashing real bad. Kindly have a look currently a nightmare! I don't think it passes testing phase otherwise who pushes buggy app into release!! After the above complaints and swift response, I'm happy to improve the rating. Thanks to devs team and support.

Is there any reason why the App is not opening today (July 8, 1024)? The App has been amazing, greatand this is my first crash I witnessed since I started using it since February 4, 2024. I literally opened it daily without any problem. I didn't receive any email regarding this crash a,d I uninstall & installed it agabut sam problem. I have restarted my phone and this didn't solve the problem. Is there anyone else who has exp this or has asolution to this crashed issue? Thanks in advance.
