It's annoying that channels appear in a random order in the favourite list. It will be much better if the channels appear in the same order I added them, the channel I added first must appear in the top of the list and so on.

Nice app for movies. TV shows and live broadcast. I would highly recommend you download this app and take advantage of the free trial. You won't be disappointed

This program is a scam. I paid for it, and it doesn't work. I tried to get help, but they said u have to do it on your own. I made more than one account, and it says u need M3U. I tried m3u, and it still doesn't work. This app is a scam.

Slow loading but once it loads it's good, but no match for Tivimate, customer service woeful, I've emailed, sent messages and no luck, my average speeds are 940mbps so it's not a speed issue and I am using a nvidia shield

Worst company ever I would not recommend it if you need help they don't bother with you I've emailed them many times the first email they said text us through WhatsApp app I did three times and they ignore you. Why should I pay for something where a company ignores you and don't help you with your needs? Adios!

This is a new app for me. Just discovered her and the trial did not dissapoint. My content is crystal clear and all my media is fast to load. I was lucky to have bought a Samsung Tizen TV and I can tell you in 2024 I am in love with my TV again.

The mac address and device name are not viewable. I contacted support who at first did not reply. Contacted them again and they were utterly useless. Reply with one word responses and not helpful. Just pick a proper player. Avoid.

I don't know if this needs an update or there is a bug in the app. but I've been having problems loading it is not my internet because I can use YouTube and Facebook with no problem. you need to fix this problem ASAP

Great app. Beautiful interface. I've tried a LOT of apps and this is the best I've found for devices running Android without Android TV or Google TV. Support are responsive and helpful (if you need them for some reason).

This app is great and the developers are supportive. I did a factory reset of my TCL Google TV and the Mac address of Ibo Player Pro changed when I re-installed Ibo Pro player. I contacted the developers and they helped me to recover my old activated Mac address. Now I am enjoying the player and all my playlists are intact. So, when you reset your TV, ensure to first of all save your activated mac address. If it changes after the TV reset, they will help you to recover and get back on track.

Stay away from the app. If you download it they sent you in a web site .. when you pay (for one device via Mac address) if you delete it or loose device you loose the app as well. Buy apps that stays in Google play store because you have insurance that the app is always yours even if you change device and you can use these apps in many devices the same time with one payment

It's a great app and has most of what you need, has nice aesthetics and good UI. But would be great if you could use other external players other than VLC and MX Player

I was charged twice for this app. Tried to reach out to their customer service via email (they ask you to go to telegram), whatsapp(they say it is off), and telegram where I heard that they have no clue what happened and said that I was probably charged 11.99 twice because of taxes?!?! When the trial ends, you have to use their payment gateway and not googlepay to buy the app... be careful there... terrible!

The app is fluid, light and powerful, changing channels is very quick compared to other apps. It has an excellent interface for live channels and vods, not to mention the support from developers who are available at the same time.

The works as long you don't loose data or have to reinstall that's what the problem I have the Mac number. Change you are required to purchase another lifetime license which you shouldn't have to on the same device I tried to reach them the experience was awful they get back in days thru messenger or some type I like emails they don't.

App has been down for a week. Can't activate apps, can't load play lists. When you open the app it doesn't load or takes far too long and errors out. They took our money quick, but there seems to be no urgency in fixing the problems. Seems like another great app gone to the wayside. No communication to customers what's wrong. I assume my money is now wasted.

For a "paid" app its terrible. No EPG available, always having to refresh channels etc. Thinking of getting a refund. Their FREE trial period was better, but that is always the situation, get you hooked so you HAVE to pay! I have had better luck with KODI.

It's ok, I will say that it loads channels quicker, but where it lets me down is the fact that there are no options in the settings to add your own EPG list and I'm afraid that's a deal breaker for me, without this option this app is not for me, I'm not sure how much it costs after the "free trial" , but a definite no for me as there a plethora of apps out there that do a very similar job

Had issues with the new version after paying for a lifetime license with 3.7. Once I was able to contact support, they were able to restore my previous license. Adjusted my review for good service. The application itself works quite well and recommended, contacting support was more convoluted than it needed to be. Emailing through the site doesn't appear to work, emailing directly results in a reply that I need to use a messaging app. I was finally able to get a response with the messaging app
