As soon as you open the app opens there's just a retry button and an error page. It doesn't go any further than that.

Since 2 weeks i have been using the app and collected approx 8k points n all of sudden they delected my points my predictions alll went to zero in d mid of tournament i would never recommed to use and play game .they have never responded to any of my mails.

Hello.. I can't open this app pls help to fix it when I download and try to open but this app can't open now it's just say something went wrong I uninstalled this app and reinstall also same problem fix it also this app very heavy to long loading pls update

Highlights during the day are in portrait mode! So infuriating. There's a reason people watch cricket on a TV. There's also a wonderful thing called rotation of a phone.

I am having issues with selecting set 5 players. I had picked players from countries that haven't qualified for the Super 8. Now I can't replace them in set 5 as they are not even in the list.

Updated review two weeks before the beginning of T20 World Cup 2024. Still slow, and crashes all the time. I can't update my time zone to see match start time in my local time. Updated review for 2023 World Cup. This is slow!!! I have never experienced such a slow responding mobile phone app before.

Can you guys figure out once and for all your approach to live broadcasts? ICC TV was halfway decent till you decided to cancel it and integrate it in this app. Now this app has no cast functionality. It was very confusing to reset my ICC TV password and get it running. It's exhausting.

Who is doing the highlights for the matches? They show nothing useful. No 4s or 6s, just some of the wickets but will waste 10 seconds on showing DRS for LBW.

Half of the things doesn't work in the app, Teams and Player profiles are messed up. Basic things like, Teams, standings, points table, player standings are burried somewhere in the app, not at all user friendly.

This app is a very reliable app to provide Live matches,activities & views ultimately.Another thing to find out the journey being honest some positive vibes,commentaries in case supplementary information.Overall,I just try to interact with the unique criterias.

Never seen so pethatic app for the main event it's so slow that you feel it's not responding. And you cannot find the data of the match. Never install this. Icc should take notice.

When I opened the app for the first time the continue button for the notification prompt didn't work so I was stuck on that screen. After multiple attempts and restarts I'm still unable to get it working.

The login process is full of bugs. The app forced me to change my password that I created when I first bought tickets online. The new password reset does not reset your password. When I select the login icon it asks me for my password again. And again. And again. And again. All I want to do is see my tickets. You would think that would be easy. Sheesh. Can I give zero stars?

Stopped working suddenly in middle of the match..doesn't have any features like chromecast. Also signing in the app is huge pain on the TV

Video progress bar is not visible in ICC Men’s T20 World Cup video tab. When i use my xiaomi pad6 , there is no video progress bar and I can't change the video timer,but on my xiaomi 14 ,it work fine. It seems app not adapt the pad devices, pls help to fix it !!

The app has been a bit problematic since it's updates, my biggest bug is the radio commentary (which is an excellent feature) keeps dropping out when the screen locks. It is very annoying. The other issue I have is sometimes it is hard to read the menu with the home screen graphics. Other than this is a great way to follow the T20 world cup.

Reviewing for the first time since 2016; The latest update on both mobile and on the website is a bit disappointing. I cannot find the highlights I want. I search something else, the results show something else. I'd rather have the old update back where you can visit any icc event in "tournaments" section and highlights were available there.
