I am using this app for last 5 odd years and happy about it. Hoever after recent update I find the option Mutual funds/Systematic Plans does not work for STP.. It gives a blank screen. Earlier it was working. Hope your QA team checks the app before launching. Please update it immediately as I am not able to cancel STPs. Another issue is in earlier version MF profile used to appear in mf category wise which was useful now it is not there. Please incorporate this feature also. It is useful.

I kindly request you to introduce a 1-day P&L (Profit and Loss) feature in the Mutual Funds section. This would allow users to track daily performance—whether it’s a gain or a loss, and by what amount. Several other platforms already offer this, and it would significantly enhance the user experience on your app as well. This is my second time raising this request, and I noticed it wasn’t considered in the latest update. I sincerely hope you include it in the upcoming version.

This isn't a broking app it's an bank application which is down time to time as all usual banking app. worst application for trading charts does not open trades get executed late usually ends up loosing money

very poor app and what is problem with developer option, why the hell app doesn't open when developer option is turned on. No wonder why it gots most negative review, a big hand to the developer of this app and big thanks to the person who led the team

Its good fast and fluid all in one app for MF options and cash.But after the recent update ,auto refresh isnt working! mostly making it hard to exit on time.Even pull down its stuck. Closing the app and re login helps .Plz restore asap. Portfolio also shows dud shares which no longer exists in demat

Nor user friendly...blocks lots of memory...frequent updates and disconnections...u cannot see your MF portfolio easily...it do not give user member preference or flexibility. It operates oppositly.... the windows application and anroid applications both are same frequent disconnections.

I want to share my experience. There is one facility in Zerodha Mobile Apps i.e. Kite to transfer shares to demat of different individuals. But in ICICI direct it is not available. It would be much better if it is incorporated in ICICI Direct as well at par with Kite...

1/7/25 Portfolio import OTP times out. This function not working. rating specific to this feature. 2/7/25...today I'm receiving the OTP but within few seconds of trying to verify the OTP, 'timed out' message pops up. tried few times without success. another security question...will you assure the imported data won't be used for marketing? 9/7/25: OTP generated, verified and pop-up says check for portfolio updation in 10 minutes. but not updated...tried couple of times. please check.

The application is not working in my phone and I cannot open the website as well since a month. the support team is not responding as usual. they said due to Geopolitical issue my access to the demate account is block for temporary period. there is no such information is updated on your website and I didn't receive any email or notification from your side related to this thing. I'm operating my Demate account from Africa location from last 7-8 years never happened such thing before.

It doesn't give information whether a stock is saved in watchlist or not. Very basic thing that should be there. Also there are only 5 watchlists options that can be created while other brokers are providing 10 and even 20 watchlist options.

This app does hidden miscalculations to cut your money in real time trading or investment, it will increase your actual buying and decrease actual selling price when you trade continuously with a very smart AI technology that know you can't find out the mistake. That same fraud did with me when trading with BOB share, I've got 46k loose because of that software and the thing is you cannot control the app right, best to back from the door, please avoid this app if you don't want a asteen ka saap.

Previously i was using Zerodha since my bank account is with ICICI so I have shifted my entire portfolio to Idirect but regret transferring my portfolio because the idirect application is not as friendly as the Zerodha application and lots of important features are missing. I find it very difficult to get the invested amount see and share names are also different in between stock and demat holding

Doesn't even open or let you to even access login page about 80% of the time. how can you keep track of your stocks or trade if it doesn't even open?! EDIT: in the past 2 weeks, i have done all the following below that you requested for - 1.Check Internet connection (WiFi) & reboot WiFi router 2.Switch to Mobile data from WiFi 3.For low Mobile Network, toggle flight mode ON & OFF 4.Reboot device and the problem still persists.

Recently, ICICI Direct introduced a feature called "Import External Mutual Fund Holdings" so that one can view and track them all at one place in ICICI Direct. This is a basic feature in many MF Apps. But this feature is not at all working in ICICI Direct app for more than a month, in fact it never worked for me since its launch. I informed RM, called Customer Support, but no use. It is highly unexpected from ICICI Direct that you launch a feature and it just doesn't work at all!

ICICI direct needs too much improvement. It's very behind than some other brokers. High charges with no regular facilities. Details are not enough. poor option chain. poor with charts. Need to improve a lot. Not suitable for options trading. it's just for regular holding with high charges.

Simply the best demat App, giving unparalleled flexibility and user friendliness.. every detail about trade n scrips is present that u may ask for and always at the right place ...HOWEVER ..one thing is really VERY bad...the Auto square, off ...in case of a Margin shortfall, occurs without any prior information,... at least it should be notified in advance on sms & mail so that the funds may be replenished by the user instead of square off

In the chart view, Histogram & other similar view options are also suddenly vanished since last update???!!! Since the last update, the auto refresh when we pull down the wishlist isn't working???!!! Unfortunate. That was a big flex !!! It's causing a lot of inconvenience!!! Kindly restore!!!???

very bad experience using this apps ,very much slow hang issue ,order not expected instantly and buffering when are in position, somethimes apps not working properly and shows you beffering if u take mis position or any option trade it's very risky. while i am using another platform it's not like the same ,same network same problem so problem in this apps

This app frequently does not allow log in to the app. It says "something went wrong. We could not fetch the data". At times it does not allow log in and keeps displaying this message for hours. It is really irritating and frustrating. Please resolve this issue.
