If I could give 0 stars, I would. This app is the worse!!!! There's so many problems from simply logging in, connecting to a visit to actually staying connected on the visit. Can't even connect on Wi-Fi. We don't get many ways to connect with our loved ones, do better ICS!!!!

I have to say this app is by far the easiest one I've found so far out of the many different ones available to be able to load funds on to an inmates books.... it literally takes less than 5 minutes from start to finish, adding money to an inmates account.... the video visit feature does have about 2 or 3 second delay in the video and if the WiFi connection isn't perfect the video does cut out at 2 or 3 times during a 25 minute visit

I love being able to keep in contact with loved ones but it just sucks how expensive it is and taxes they tack on are just absolutely insane and just all the different like points of contacts I guess I'll word it in different ways and different places you have to pay it gets so confusing and it gets super frustrating I've wasted a lot of money on this app accidentally putting it in the wrong spot

This app is great! I love how easily i can deposit funds to his phone account, but my favorite feature is the video visits! Especially when COVID-19 was in full swing! I miss my guy sooo much! However, I often can't see him when using my cell, I only had a clear picture on the tablet. And if I don't use headphones, he hears a terrible echo!

I never had issues with this app in this past but now I am 100% unable to get on for video calls and just keeps saying network failure. Called customer service and was told "well if it doesn't work under wifi then there's nothing much more than I can help with" when the person sitting next to me on the same network is having no issues.

It used to work extremely well, but now I haven't been able to login to a single visit and it's extremely frustrating. I restarted my phone, re-download the app and tried a different browser still nothing. Clearly by all the 1 star comments the upload speed issue is with multiple people is this something ICS is going to address or no? For many of us this is the only way for us to see our loved ones and should be addeesd and fixed at the highest priority.

Sad that you pay 7.50 to talk for 15 minutes and the app can't even cancel out echo as well as FaceTime, or messenger was doing five years ago. It does a bad job with compression, has a lot of lag, and requires a very fast Network for Mediocre video quality. Pretty obvious that this app is a money grab. It's a shame it is so lacking in performance. The thing this app does really well though is ensure that it is the only one you can use, so it's either use it or don't visit with your loved ones.

The app is very poor. One part will say video call is good to go then the next says it's not. Have tried multiple devices and internet connections and it's the same result. Friends with the apple app have the same result. The windows app seems to work if using a regular computer so don't know why they can't build an android app that functions.

The app is pretty easy to navigate, but the call quality is extremely poor. Calls are constantly cutting out and freezing, and it is NOT due to connection issues or device(s). Looks like there has not been an update in years, and the developer is not responsive either. Over priced service for an under developed app.

Edit: I was using wifi on my cellphone when I initially tried to test the connection. It clicked when it said try another network so I turned the wifi off, retested and everything worked perfectly! If it changes I'll revise again. I just downloaded and I can't get past the test connection. I'm not paying for visits if the app is telling me from start it won't work. Telephone it is then.

***Mine will not work with Wi-Fi. I have to shut the Wi-Fi off on my phone in order for it to not fail. But after you turn the Wi-Fi off you have to close the app out and reopen it then it won't fail. But the whole entire video call every time it's blocked up and I can't see the inmate but the inmate can see me clearly. I give it three stars for them allowing us to be able to let our inmates see us, because that is awesome.

In response to you developer response. You have responded stating that it is only used for the call/video chat but, I think it would be better written more clearly and state that the recordings and taking of pictures only pertains to the video chat happening at/on the date and time of that call/video chat only. The verbage you use is very misleading, vague and unclear. It doesn't match the response you had provided. Thank you for your response.

This app sucks!!!! I have had nothing but issues with this app since I downloaded the app. I cant log in with my correct password, the videos freeze, it takes forever to launch, it says network failed and my network is great. Its buggy, not clear and ridiculous. They charge you for the calls that do not work!!! They do not support you when you complain and they do not make it better, which is disappointing.

This app is ridiculous!! It won't allow me to do anything. It just keeps making me log in again. I get half way through scheduling a visit, and it reboots to the log in screen!! I've been fighting this for over a week, I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and it just keeps doing the same shyt. Super frustrating when this is the only way to set up a visit with my loved one

I was able to do one video visit and the connection was terrible and I had to end the visit early. Then whenever I tried to log back into my account it wouldn't let me back in I reset my password numerous times and I even created another 2-3 accounts and it is still giving me problem after problem. Niagra countys system is awesome never had any issues and I wish they would use the same system.

sorry excuse for an app. video NEVER works properly when going to join a visit, if you are actually able to. funny thing though, all network checks work before and after the scheduled appointment time, but go to join the visit, can't do it. network failed. tried it on multiple devices, Apple and Android, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. same result. an absolute joke. I hope this company goes out of business. do. better.

I really have no problem with scheduling but rather connecting to the network. Screen freezes or the video visit wont connect at all even after I do the network signal strenth test and we are all good, but to my disappointment the video won't connect to me in AZ from a Texas jail.... When I log out and log back in to try it again five minutes later, even further disappointed that my entire visit has been cancelled!!! I'm only giving five stars because I have connected before and it's s great!
