I gave ID90 3 stars because of it's unfairness to users. I will say it usually has great rates most of the time good hotels are cheaper then my spouse employee rate or friends and family rate from a national hotel. The unfairness is that if you use it often like I do you don't get perks like $20 offers like Amazon for book a hotel room or rebate emails. I noticed this when two of my colleagues that never use it had all these awesome offers. I logged in and didn't have any offers 4 same datecity

what can I say? App may be well done, but when lowest car rental is $66 a day, and another site finds $27, I can't give a positive review. Edit: I will check prices at checkout. I like the app UI, but it needs to be competitive price wise. If I find it is, I will upgrade. Moving it to 2 stars now because developers obviously watch and respond.

User Friendly! Great Deals! I've only had one issue with a booking. The agent refunded my money and I booked directly with the hotel. I had to spend more money and I was upset. But 9 times out of 10 I book last min and everything works out fine. I have used this tool to book hotels all over the world! Always do your research and use the Travel tools available to us. Enjoy!

I love using this app for booking discounted hotels for myself and my friends and family. So far I've used it for San Diego, Vegas, and San Francisco. I saved a lot of money compared to booking it through Priceline/Expedia/Orbitz. I have an upcoming trip to the Philippines in January and I'm looking at an all suites hotel in Manila that will only be $210 for 6 days if I book through this app. I've compared it to other third party hotel booking sites and ID90 Travel is way cheaper.

Great app. Great support (email, calling is rather useless). Give it 5 stara for past experiences but right now 4 because after the latest updates the map view is useless, and drop down menus during bookings don't work. Support said it's an issue with the app and they will correct during next major update. I'm running it on a Samsung note 10 lite with Android 10... so now everything I want can't be done on the app.

Terrible support. Telephone system sends you in circles and you don't get transferred to an agent. I lost a parent and my husband missed a flight because we could not get hold of support . The airline told us this happens often with ID90 travel.

Hey, so, a couple things. First of all, the bugs on this app are insane. It keeps freezing or failing to bring up the keyboard. I tried to put in a departure and arrival on the ticketing portal and I had to restart the whole search to get it to respond. Second, for some reason the Berlin-Brandenburg Airport doesn't exist in this app but Tempelhof does. Like Tempelhof--the cold war-era supply depot the allies flew supplies into for west Berlin that is now a field. It's almost unusable.

Great when it works, horrible when it doesn't. Zero customer service if you book a hotel with them. No option to get a live person as phone disconnect after 10 minutes automatically (they don't ever answer). Email support isn't good either. The hotel I reserved with them had no AC. Hotel released me with no penalty but over a week and Id90 support still hasn't been able to fix the situation on their end. Use another travel agency.

Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely zero customer service. Been trying to get a refund for 3 days and have not received a response by text and impossible to get hold of a live customer service agent (which makes me doubt they have any). Beware of the hidden fees they hide at the bottom of the page. Also don't bother trying to get on a flight using standby at ANY major airport because you'll waste your time and money

*EDIT* Uninstalled it for overnight and reinstalled it the next day. It seems to be working fine and like normal again. Annoying and a little of an inconvenience, but so far so good. Hope this helps. Been using for years perfectly, it makes you update, I allowed it to update, now it doesnt work at all, says you need to update it everytime you try to log in and wont let you use the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing. Please fix, need for work. Should not have to email. Thank you

Great when it works I had only used it for hotels. BECAREFULL WITH HIDEN FEES!!! The hotel may be cheap but at the time of check out they charged an extreme amount of taxes and fees that the actual hotel doesn't charge. Also GOOD LUCK NO CUSTOMER SERVICE"" trying to get some for a refund or issue never can't get no one even by email or by calling them on the phone. Like I say just be very carefull on checking all the fees at check out. But yes sometimes you can find deals.
