Works, but crashes on Chromebook frequently with VPN connected... Windows client is solid.

Can't login. I just reset my password and it is still telling me it's incorrect. The uisp app also won't detect my device.

My phone vibrates non-stop, even after closing the app for several minutes. I have a Samsung s10.

App still incorrectly detects phone as rooted, but I appreciate that the devs reached out about this. App is still useless due to the root detection being janky.

This app is awesome Works really well NFC is a really nice touch for unlocking doors I really wish it would work in landscape mode though

UID Admin App now gone? Can no longer add new users or visitors from the mobile app because the UID app has completely disappeared off the store. Got a new phone, went to install and it's not there. Can't add new users or visitors through the Identify app either. Ridiculous

The one click wifi is very buggy. No feedback whatsoever. The apps lags and then an error pops up inviting me to wait or kill the app. There is no mobile shaking to unlock doors like there is on iOS.

Just the login process was extensive. First, no variation is a big issue. My password wasn't getting accepted. No email was sent yo reset. My sms kept saying invalid on my verification like literally 10 times min

App broke my android 12 phone. After installation, it broke wifi tethering. I also installed this on my chromebook and it broke all l2tp vpn connections. Ui, you need to remove this app and fix it before it causes others major issues.

Widget completely useless which is the only reason to use this app. Door opening is a half baked solution unfortunately. Need to lad app which takes a while to connect to device. Need simple widget so door opening is a quick and not cumbersome experience.

It doesn't offer an option to disable door lock ringing notifications, so I disabled notifications at the Android system level. However, it still managed to vibrate like I was receiving a call with no visual indication of this (since notifications were revoked). It needs to offer an option to disable those. I only have it installed to use the VPN (since Android removed L2TP and UniFi Network doesn't support anything newer).

App keeps logging me out, HIGHLY annoying, especially as I need it to open specific doors at work.... Fix your app please! At least let me use biometrics for a quick identity confirmation rather than having to go through the whole login process every other day or so... Side note: once logged in, app works great, easy access to doors and VPN, functionality works great!

Absolutely terrible app. This is the buggiest app I've ever used. I enter my password and it pulls up the loading sign, then gets stuck in a recursive loop of opening a new page, doing the loading bar, then opening a new page and doing a loading wheel, and repeating. When it realizes something went wrong, it says "error authenticating", and it brings me to a text auth screen. Before I can hit send, it starts spamming error messages. If I hit send, it does the same recursive thing as above.
