This game is adorable and I enjoyed playing it but I have too many gripes to rightfully give it 5*. My biggest gripe is the gems. Other than achievements that only give 2 per milestone, it costs so many gems to expand eventually. 900 gems to upgrade, not to mention you need cooking upgrades only obtained by gems. No problem except after 30 days of login rewards, they no longer give gems. No login rewards at all. Free players will struggle. I'm struggling after spending $30. Can't keep going.

I like this game cause it's not like the other ones, it doesn't restart your progress when you level up. I also like the mini games, the merging food one is my favorite cause you can make more coins even if it's not a lot it can add up, tho I do wish the management for the desk and rooms where able to go to the other worlds, but it's okay just a small thing and you rank in tickets after a while to buy more. But I do recommend this game :)

So adorable, love the theme. But I don't like how many premium items are in the game. Such a huge amount of gems needed for every single thing in the game. I get that games like this are meant to be partially for the people to have fun and partially to make money on a game you worked on, but I think you guys should find a new medium and give more to the players, you'd make your customers and player base happier and still make money. I look forward to coming back to this one day to see changes.

Really good game, in style, gameplay, music etc. My low score is due to the fact that my progress keeps resetting itself when I come back to the game. I'll either be missing a room I already built, or I'll be a level behind where I was. This is really infuriating, and it sucks because otherwise the game is lovely & I'd even consider spending money on it.

The game is pretty fun but, let's be honest, it's a money pit. You can't complete upgrades without having thousands of gems and you're never going to be able to earn the amount that you need so you have to purchase them. You can play without the upgrades if you don't want to spend money but everything is going to go slowly bc this isn't a real idle game and your earning stops as soon as you switch elsewhere or leave the game.

A lot of the buttons are either too small or too close to other small buttons. For example, the "call ghosts" and cool down button are both small and almost right on top of each other. Also the watch ads button is always presented in a deceptive way. It's placed front and center and to choose not to watch you have to click the little x in the corner of the pop-ups.

I really like this, especially the fact that there are no forced ads. I still tend to watch several, but it makes it really easy if I'm just jumping on for a few minutes. The cooking is glitched. Move too fast and it steals your plates. The zombies is awful. Just awful. And when I log in, it takes gems from me sometimes. Like shows the number I had then lowers when I accept the money when I first open the game again. Cute game though.

The game is really fun, the art style is really cute and the variety for the ghosts and staff are really creative. My major issue is that Zombie Island has input lag and doesn't flow well when you're racing against the clock. There should also be a feature to increase the offline time rewards. If those got fixed, I'd boost the rating a bit more.

Great game play and graphics. I have no issues with lag or glitches or lost progress. My issue is not being able to progress. I need 1200 gems for the last plate to progress but then I'm going to need 300 more to get to the next level and I'm literally stuck. This is going to take months. It's really unfortunate..I liked this game a lot but there's no point in continuing. I'm patient when it comes to games, but this is too much for even me to grind out.

Fairly decent as idle games go. I took a star away for the ads because the watch an ad button pops up where you tell us to tap. Pop up ads, technically. I took away another star for how the merging in the cooking portion of the game magically got more finicky every time I'd get fever or who cares really what it was called. Less than a month in, I have the max food made. As far as I'm concerned, I beat the game. I don't like apps I can beat, it always feels like the app is unfinished.

Ive been playing this game for about a month now. Super Cute! But theres a few things I dont like about it. The only way to really make money is from the cooking. Other than that, it takes forever to get money from guests. Even after sitting idle for a little but you only get a small chunk of change when you return. even with a boost. Which kinda sucks. I wish there was a way to get more guests in the hotel. Boosting the PR manager only does so much. Also the crafting tab, I HATE that you have to use up your resources thinking you are going to upgrade the the item but its only a gamble. Your item can either level up, down or disapear completely. Please fix this. Its not right. I dont understand the Zombie island? I wish there were other small games to play with larger reward or even coins? I love this cute little game but please put some more work into this.

This is a really cute game. It is very easy to progress in the beginning and all the characters are cool (though I wish there were most ghosts that would show up). It only really gets difficult when you start having to pay over a billion coins in order to upgrade a room. I did have some ads that would not let me back out of them so I had to close out the game and lose out on whatever I was trying to get.

Pretty much like every other idle game except with a couple mediocre minigames. Has optional ads for rewards that you will inevitably end up clicking on whether you meant to or not. No lags or glitches that I've noticed and the graphics are really nice. Tutorial short and easy to follow. I don't like the whole "upgrading" of the hotel where you start back at 1st floor. I have no idea why idle games do that. You work so hard to progress just to clear it and start all over. Not fun in my opinion

Very relaxing & cute idle game that I can pick up & put down any time. 1 of the best! I love filling in the collections & finding all the quirky sayings. It's true that things scale as you upgrade/level but they don't feel too out of reach. If you hit a money wall, it's time to upgrade or treat it like a clicker game & cook/fill the hotel with guests as much as possible. Ads can be watched every 3 minutes (per category) to help craft/boost/speed up/cook/get gems. It's also still improving!

I'm trapped. I'm at a point where I need 1400 gems to upgrade and 450 minimum to get level 22 in the kitchen just to finish my tasks. So I'm stuck. I dont spend money on games who back you into a corner like this. Had fun for a week. But it's hardly worth keeping if I have to wait weeks to accumulate enough gems. Also the lag of the zombie game makes it no fun at all, I only play to finish a task. Cooking merge is fun, but I cannot progress.

This is a really fun, cute idle game. The ghost designs are creative and adorable. However once you hit about level 26, progress is stuck behind long, tedious merge puzzles that take literally days of waiting for the timer in order to accomplish them. And you can't make progress in the main game until you do this merge mini game. I thought lvl 12 cooking would be the end but when it asked for lvl 13 I was done. Ugh. For diamonds just watch the puzzle ads? They give like 800 gems every few days.

I absolutely ADORE this game. The graphics are so cute, and so many elements of gameplay are smashed together to make sure you're never bored; While the game is majorly an idle tycoon, there is the merge aspect with the (adorable) baking section, and even a little sorting minigame on Zombie Island. Also, there are little to no ads! My only real complaint is the English is not translated so well, but every other aspect of the game more than makes up for it. I'm a huge fan of this app!
