Downloaded to get Lycamobile id'ed. Tried twice to get id'ed for a new Lycamobile service. Both times app accepted and transmitted the info and within seconds i got a message back saying "Verification process was Rejected. Please submit again with valid documents, due to CANCELED"..an nothing response that gives you no idea what you have done wrong, or who to talk to to get it sorted.

It wasnt working with my Samsung fold3 phone at all and I was unable to even scan my documents. It worked well enough with and old OnePlus phone that I had from several years ago though. Not a great experience and UI is terrible (I would expect not a try again button, but some advice in real time on what to do)

Ridiculous. Not recognizing various forms of ID. Not everyone holds a passport. You have to hold or position the phone/card very steady which is a task given the time it takes to scan the documents, if the the document is even scanned. My advice: forget the whole auto thing and just give the option to manually take the picture and upload it.

I was in flat uniform lighting and the app kept getting blurry pictures. I had to move to a super bright location to get it to work. As a suggestion: For the selfie allow the user to submit a picture, then do the video to see if it matches. Somehow for nokia 5.4 the exposure kept being too long and the pictures were blurry.

Very frustrating experience. We are on try number 8 and although it says it worked, we are never approved. We were told to try it with Wifi turned off, in outdoor light- nothing works. Our investing has come to a screeching halt because of this ineffective App. Would never recommend this app without lots of improvements.

I have been waiting more than 30 days for approval, sent several emails with no acknowledgement at all of receipt. This is a very difficult process my phone heats up so badly just waiting for the system to scan and when it does it kicks out sends you back to the country of origin and you start the process all over again. The company that selected this app for ID purposes you really need to rethink your choice, worst experience ever and not to mention your personal info is who knows where.

It doesn't work cannot go even first step forward. It says "unfortunately IDnow AutoIdent has stopped". It even doesn't allow reporting. I contacted them via email on their website and as per their suggestions I tried to do it on other device with 1 GB of free memory on it but it doesn't work. Their other suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall the app it also doesn't work. But simulteneously they also wrote me that there is a bug in the app which they are unable to fix in coming days.

I'm afraid that have to confirm the every poor and bad experience I just had trying to verify my ID with no video selfie starting at all in 2 different devices. The app would simply NOT CONTINUE moving forward after the first ID scan. Need to verify my ID in order to activate a New Sim and now I find myself in a situation I don't really know what to do. Tried disinstalling twice on both devices but still NOTHING. So frustrating and annoying!!!

Frustrating experience with IDnow. First tried the PC app - stuck in waiting for over half an hour. Tried again. Turned out to be impossible to read the small print on my ID, hence they stopped the process and asked me to install the phone app. That one gave me an error message, asking me to use the PC app. Had to go with (physical) PostIdent instead.

I need to verify my ID, i type ID number, it asks for notifications, i press "Yes" it then asks me if i want to cancel. I say no, it keeps asking me if i want to cancel.... What is this???

Came to use this as directed from Tier as it wasn't working on their app. Exactly the same experience, after completing license and face scan, reported "success" and then just remains on screen showing the view from the front camera. No way of proceeding, nothing happens, only thing you do is leave the app and cancel verification. Utterly useless. Update 28-6-22, after a slightly painful exchange with tech support (didn't feel my first messages were fully read) they did resolve the issue, thks!

This app is so bad. It wouldn't scan the back of my German ID card because it is holographic and kept showing me how it should look but the two images (the one of the back of my card and their sample) looked exactly the same! App kept crashing after 3 retries Finally I tried with my passport and that worked but then it wouldn't recognize my face! I was following the directions. Once again my image and the sample image were similar.

Ap downloaded but error message appears every time I enter the id code supplied. Tried on 2 different devices, same result!

Doesn't work. Tried it multiple times throughout the years and it never did. Never before was I forced to download such an aggravating app

Absolutely frustrating app. It can only take a very vague selfie although I am holding the device steady. Tried multiple Android devices. (On iOS it works.) Can't do anything about it, now I'm stuck and can't complete the contract for which I need this horrendously implemented digital identification procedure. The feedback page in the app also does not have an option to describe the issue or state that the camera does not work.

Tried to use Web Client on my Tablet, didn't work in either Firefox or Edge. Looking at the Browser's Console there was a 404 Not Found error on the website. Proceeded to try download the app via QR Code, the QR Code did not work, URL Scheme invalid. Downloaded the App manually, was the wrong one, needed this one for Auto-Ident. Tried to go through the process, the selfie's just impossible to do. It shows a cristal clear image in the preview and the result is just a blurry mess.

This App is Beyond Frustrating, I have attempted this process 4 times using my passport, everything seems to flow fine with the final page indicating successful and I will hear back shortly, but I haven't heard a peep. I've emailed the company 3 times for an update and status of my approval , it's been almost a month and I have yet to receive any response from them.
