can't seem to always get motion when it actually happens always off and I've been threatened so just hope it continues to be a good camera since I've been using it for a couple years. try turning numbers up and down but either too late or just miss most of it. but I need to record in case I have to turn in recordings to police. maybe it's just something happening temporarily. sure hope so! being optimistic right now!

App works when it wants. does not catch peoples faces, only catches them leaving. def dont recommend App running in the background even after the app is closed! Allowing google and facebook to collect user data and if they allow that I bet they let them collect our location along with our images/recordings. Cannot access camera from outside your home! Useless!

Overall a nice app, fast and intuitive (friendly) UI. It would be great to see the battery percentage whilst charging. since last update the app is draining my battery

Nice app to support the camera. Camera is very clear and its motion sensors are very sensitive. App can be used to control the camera though it takes some practice getting used to the slight delay between the tap on the phone and the actual movement. I suggest tapping the direction arrow once to see how the camera moves and getting some practice instead of furiously tapping or long pressing on the app.

great app seems simple enough and the camra it self is the best so far. I've sent a few back to amazon as they say its good quality and your on the best hd it offers and the picture is still rubbish. this iqgeek sc1 pro is the best for quality so far. this time I watched youtube videos about it and yes the product matches to what I've seen on them videos. I recommend this camra and app.

The cameras themselves and the functions are really good! That said, app has grammatical errors everywhere, and it would REALLY benefit from an option to have all motion detection only active at night. I don't want to be manually setting it every night, but I have to because I get way too many alert notifications during the day just from the fam. Please add this!

update of sep 24th seems to have helped connection issues thanks! 5sep2025..since recent update.. unable to connect. This is not usable and appears that the camera is ok but the server is not. (previous)Live view often takes several tries and several minutes to stabilize even with 80% signal strength. Battery usage from the app is Very high. Camera battery life is good but plan on charging your phone often.

App works great, all features seem to work flawlessly and the cameras are great. Took me a minute to understand the family sharing procedure: although not hard to do, it's not really intuitive (my wife and I were both trying through the family management menu, but the qrCode needed is in another part of the app).

app controls all devices with the same settings...NOT GOOD. tried 2 cameras and they were pretty good for the price. the issue I had was each camera was controlled pretty much the same(except detection areas) which is not great when you want different settings for everything else. indoor cameras will not work through glass to detect motion to record which is what I'm looking for ( like D-Link cameras that detect light changes as well as pir) too bad as the cameras seem decent for the price.

Would have been a 5 star had I left this review last week. This week a 1. Purchased and set up the camera about 2-3 weeks ago. No issues whatsoever, very easy.Love it! I'm tech savvy so the app did not frustrate me as some say. There was an update pushed out last week and from the moment the update was fully installed, camera won't connect or "find video feed" or "establish encrypted connection". I've reset the camera, restarted my phone but no change. Super bummed bc I really like the camera :(

I wish I could give it a better rating. Tech support seems non-existent. It beeps me twice for every single movement on the camera. And it seems that it blurs out the person's face even if they're looking directly at the camera. If that's the case, then you probably have to pay a fee to get an upgrade where it sharpens up the face. They can easily do this with AI and make it automatic. And it's really annoying to get too notifications every single time. (Imagine if you have four cameras)
