This app is a continuous problem. It gets "stuck" on logging in. I uninstalled/reinstalled and after 4 tries I got signed in. However, when I tried to see/add my rewards I got an error message that they were having problems accessing rewards. I see people in the restaurants trying to use the app and they are having the same issues. What's the point in this app if you can't trust being able to access your rewards when you want to use them?

It works but sometimes tricky! In the beginning I was able to get my points. Slowly it became a problem. First I wasn't able to pay through the app, then points wouldn't load, then the cashier's weren't giving me my barcode, finally the app stopped showing my points. Every time I didn't get points I had to contact customer service and I got them within a day or two. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app for my points to show again.

Trying to order online via the app or website is always a nightmare. Both avenues are absolute garbage. It used to always tell me the location was closed and online ordering was unavailable. Now after this new update it just won't accept any credit cards, saying they are all invalid. Despite the fact that I've tried 4 different credit and debit cards on two different phones/apps. Sometimes buttons are just invisible, like the checkout button. Which is kind of an important button.

Well once I uninstalled & reinstalled it works great. I can finally login. It was easy to access the menu and order items. I had no issues at all. I take off a star because logging in issues & something better than the button lighting up in red would be better because there were pop-ups that covered top of app making it hard for me to figure out if or what the issue was. And then having to uninstall. Other than that it would be a 5 star for me.

I paid on the app and it said it had trouble loading my reward points. I did not get my points and it does not show my transaction anywhere in the app. I was gonna send them an email in the contact us option but when u click on it the page is blank. Obviously they don't want you to contact them. I'm very disappointed in this app. I don't go to I Hop very often . I like reward programs very much. This program is poorly designed and very much so useless. Thank you I Hop so much.

Great app, but recently after I redeemed a reward and completed the order, the app unexpectedly closed stating that it had a "bug". Ever since, it refuses to open, even after re-installing. Before this, the app was sustainable and efficient. Thoroughly had my phone checked and the bug only pertains to the app. Don't know what happened or if a recent update messed it up, but it's disappointing that this has not been caught and fixed.

I couldn't complete an order as a guest through this app. I have downloaded it multiple times & there is no upgrade....it just doesn't allow you to actually select any options (it barely allows basic substitutions through the app). This was a horrible experience for ordering food from a restaurant, simply because that's the entire purpose. I look forward to them updating it/fixing whatever is going on because I would love to make my ordering process more enjoyable, efficient & accurate!

I liked this app when it was working. Like others have mentioned, I have had issues with the rewards program. Recently, the app started crashing. Now, I can't even get the app to open. I'd give a higher review if the app becomes usable again, but as of now it's literally a waste of space. ------------------ Previous review: Good food. Good app. I like how common customizations like adding cheese to eggs is built into the ordering process.

The app almost never works correctly when trying to order or use points. It has so many errors, including sign in errors, my state not being valid, and multiple credit cards getting declined for no reason. The website doesn't work any better, so it sounds very much like an issue with their web developers. Clearly, they don't care because the issue has been ongoing for almost a year. Deleted the app. They are generous with the pancoins because you'll never be able to use them, hahaha

Only works for paying your bill. Otherwise, I can NEVER add my rewards, see my rewards, or use my rewards. So basically, it's completely useless except to be your own cashier. I have contacted the "help" line several times but have never had a solution. I'm going to uninstall, again, and try reinstalling, again, just to see if anything changes, but I don't hold out much hope.

This App has bugs. It closes on certain things. It does not show an order tracking. I select curbside pickup but still have to go inside to pick up the order defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. Either the people receiving the order can't read or there's more glitches when you don't want an item and it is on your order. What gives?

The only reason I downloaded this was for the rewards and to make it easier to check out. It has been unresponsive for months now and rewards are not working. It has become a waste of space on my phone. Your tips and "tech support" are less than helpful. Definitely finally going to uninstall the app after posting this.

The app isn't letting me access my rewards. The rewards part of the app has been down for a month now. I tried ininstalling and reinstalling with no luck. I contacted the support and was told to unistall and reinstall which I already did before contacting them. Seriously don't like unhelpful suggestions like this. Just report the issue to the tech team that can fix the issue outright.

The app isn't allowing me to place a complete order when. I want to change the time choices of time did drop down .when I want to asap, the app freezes . I uninstalled and reinstalled the same issue, so I tried it on the website same issue. Lastly, when the restaurant states it has in store pickup, the app is popping up. Vendors do not accept in store pickup

Worst experience using an app ever! I attempted to use the contact option to suggest they offer a swap on a menu item and once I entered what country I'm in, I was unable to enter anymore info. Then, when I selected the help option from the drop down menu, I was redirected to the menu page, my location had changed, and I was somehow logged out of the app. The app definitely needs some serious work. Guess I won't be ordering from this restaurant, ever!

Every time we get near an IHOP, this app surprisingly doesn't work. So the rewards you have on your phone won't be able to be used. I'm sure this is more than a coincidence. It happened to my friends who had Apple and Android. If you even called up IHOP itself and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Kind of dirty business if you ask me. When you try to scan for points, it doesn't work either. I'm sure that's no coincidence too.

My last experience with the app at the restaurant didn't work. My waitress couldn't help. I spent over 40 dollars and couldn't receive my coins for my order. I reached out to customer service and still haven't heard anything. That was over 2 weeks now. So, this time, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and I was able to use my coins and put in one receipt. But the one that I spent 40 dollars or more had expired. Smh, why have an app if you can't use it. It's always down.

App rewards hasn't worked from the start. I've dined at the same location, used the same credit card and always pay using the app scan feature. None of my transactions are shown, the "rewards" feature says somethingto the effect "cannot reach...try again later" and the "profile" menu item kicks me out every time. I've likely accumulated enough points to eat free for a month..

The app is broken. It cannot display the rewards and always gives an error. The only way to access and view your PanCoins is to open your phone's browser and sign into the IHOP website from there. I can actually view and use my rewards there, so it's clearly just an issue with the app itself. It's been like this for months now. You're much better off adding the website as a shortcut on your home screen, because this app is broken, glitchy, and has yet to be fixed after all this time.

Not happy at all. I have tried multiple times to use my rewards for free food. The app says, "We are having trouble connecting." I was told by our server that is hasn't worked in a long time and that the points accrued mysteriously disappear suddenly. I will probably just delete the app because it's a waste of space at this point. Very disappointed 😞
