This app is TERRIBLE. We were traveling for only a couple of days and had to use this to cover tolls while in Chicago area. Had to load card MULTIPLE times. Then after completing trip received a message stating that there was no card for the tolls. Then it took MULTIPLE tries to add it again. If they f-ing charge me extra because there is no payment, I'm gonna be pi$$ed!

A clear and better understanding how this Toll. A QR code at the Toll Road will be better. For out of town travels.

Has some glitches on occasion (error messages while adding vehicles, deleting transponders, etc.) otherwise a well operating app making the task of keeping up with tolls easier.

the system writes off funds with a great delay, it is impossible to track payments in a timely manner, especially if the car is rented

I've never used an pass or any other for that matter, but it is simple and quick to set up. Now, I hope their accounting is accurate!

Nothing in the app works properly. Can't enter payment, vehicle, update profile. Edit: finally seem to have gotten it working. Still incredibly frustrating.

App Setup is broken. I had to use the internet browser to do the setup, and then once done there I was able to log into the app. So if the app is not setting up correctly, use a computer to make or set your account up then log into the app

You can't contact anyone to let them know the app is absolute garbage. All it ever wants me to do is pay for tolls on plates I have a transponder for with fees added.

Downloading the app and hoping my toll will actually pop up so I can pay before you scum send me a letter saying it's late and charging me fees...says it's supposed to pop up in a few days, it's over a week and doesn't come up. Numerous occasions. This whole system is not user friendly and scummy cuz I see there are many others with the same issue. But magically the letter has a link to where we can pay the toll with extra late fees? You're all scumbags. God I hate illinois

totally useless app. Can't set up pay by plate wants you to set up easy pass. only time you can pay is after you get an invoice that you are late and now owe their extra fees. I don't expect much from the most corrupt city and state in the nation but you'd think they could do one thing right.

the app I dowloaded NEVER, not even NOW, showed me a balance due or payment made, yet I have received a notice saying I didn't pay my tolls so here's a fine, too. What is the point of your STUPID little app if you're NOT going to use it for the tolls????? WHY did you take my credit card number???? Going shopping??? Nice little racket you got there, Illinois. Defrauding the unwary public of extra money for tolls that we were assured would show up in the app and be automatically paid, nice going!!

I'll edit this if it appears the update has actually worked, but it has been nothing but headaches every time I've tried to utilize it. Have gotten notifications weeks later that my toll has been paid, well yeah I paid it two weeks ago I'd hope so! Random charges, don't know if they are old charges or fraudulent, it's near impossible to set a pay route, it just 100% feels like it's meant to be awful so they force as many people to forfeit and then charge you late fees.. it's really gross.

I've tried to use this application several times over the past few months traveling from Iowa to Illinois. It just plain doesn't work. The features to pay your bill immediately don't seem to exist in the application, and the search parameters to find the time you may have gone though a toll are hyper specific to the point where it seem like it is set up to purposely make you not be able to pay the bill on time. I've had to pay late fees on the toll twice because I had to wait for the paper bill.

Horrible! So confusing, convoluted, not user friendly,... on... and...no. Got invoiced for tolls I wasn't aware of due to what I previously mentioned. "Invoice fees", what a scam this is. You charge me fees because you mailed me an invoice. How about contacting me via email, text or phone before "invoice fee (fleecing) me. And the multitude of contact options to submit payment/fees is boundless, but go luck finding contact info for HELP. Just tax people to use the roads. What a government scam!!

Thieves!! Their transponder failed to register at the toll stations, and it took them almost a year to figure it out. Loved the $400+ violation notice because of YOUR transponder failing to work. I kept paying and recharging my account, but why did it take a year for them to figure out their part failed. They down right refused to help or anything. So I now take alternative routes and spend a bit more time on the road, but it's worth not paying the rape fee.

I set up the app to pay tolls immediately after I got home. It mentioned that it may take a couple of weeks, so I entered my CC as a for of payment. The app still says I have a zero a balance. After a while I forgot and got an invoice 3 months later for the $18 in tolls AND $30 in fees? Really? I was trying to do the right thing. You can dispute the charges by submitting an Affidavit of Non-Liability...ugh.
