It worked for a time, now I can't log in with an email, it won't send a password reset email and it keeps glitching at the start up screen, I think someone needs to update the app and do some fixing

App has worked for a month or more. Select a login option from the first screen and get the spinning wheel of death and it sits there. I'd hope it was a glitch that'd be fixed, but I guess they're not bothered. Haviyto go old school through the website or use a PC!

I have tried to unsubscribe, but IMDb has still charged me even though I unsubscribed well before the cutoff date. I sent 4 emails to tell them, because there is no unsubscribe button. If this is the only way I can get their attention and get a refund, so be it. $234 Australian. Not very professional IMDb!!!!!!

Was great, but suddenly doesn't allow you to sign into your account from the IMDb sign in option. Just get the spinning wheel. I reported it days ago, but nothing has changed. I will gladly fix this to a 5 star when I can actually use the app!

Updating review: A year later and it's doing the same thing. Won't allow a log in. Funny how this always happens the same day I pay for my yearly Pro membership. Doesn't work. Can't even log in. It just keeps loading the sign in page.

No one should install this app.. I activated one month trail with one card in this app and when the trail ended these guys charged me from my another card without my knowledge which was linked in my amazon account. There were 7 card linked in my amazon account so that means they looked at all the accounts and charged me from the account which had money in it.

App has not been working in the last 2 weeks for me on my phone. It stops loading after you scroll down a little bit I contacted support but they really offered nothing. I work in the entertainment industry and so I utilize imdbpro each day. It's a shame they can't fix the glitch.

I was automatically billed at the onset of the pandemic when I had no money. I contacted them immediately to see if they could reverse the charge and no one responded. I've come to terms with the unexpected charge considering customer support ignored me. Now, when I am tying to use the app it tells me I need to sign up for the 30 day free trial. What gives?

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I had raised a concern for not being able to upload any new pictures and I never got a resolution. Also, I can sue you for fraud since you do not let users cancel the membership through the app. Why do I need access to a desktop/laptop if I need to cancel my membership? What if customer does not have a desktop? This is a fraudulent means of forcing your customer to pay for the membership. I want a full refund.

On the News feed, I can’t scroll down past the 4th or 5th story. Is this a bug, or did you limit the news feed? Before I can scroll down through stories posted over the past 24 hours, for example. I uninstalled, reinstalled and still doesn't work. Thanks for investigating.

Does anyone realise that this app seems to be running in some incognito mode at the background of your screen? You have to look hard to see it. In WhatsApp I saw "IMDb" at the top tab where you'd normally tap to go into media for a particular chat... soni came out and realised it was still there, faded in the background on my home screen. I uninstalled; it's still there. What kind of sorcery is this?

The app won't let me open it through imdb at its just freezing, I cannot edit a single thing through the website, and amazon isn't where I'd like to manage my professional data, also had to make a new amazon account because who has their work email attached to their personal amazon account. Now I can't put my number in because its linked to my actual amazon account. And the whole app still won't load. Absolutely shocking for such a large company.

Great looking app, but lacks the most important feature. Only reason it's 2 stars is because we are all Pro to own our pages and update our bios and credits. This is still not available in the app, so it's not as useful as it could be. If you add that feature I'll change the rating to 5 stars.

Took forever to link my accounts because the app would not load. After 3 days I got everything set up. Now for the last few days the app has not worked. It gives me the option to log in but I click and it stays on a loading screen til your phone dies or the app times out.

Application almost geared more for people in the entertainment business than for fans of movies and TV. Old version used to have more features. I can no longer look up joint ventures between two actors. Still it's useful to look up about people.

this is so confusing, you have mixed all the accounts by linking in emails. i have an account for my stage name but cannot connect to my page with my actual name. i like to keep the two separate. now i dont know how to connect to the one with my actual name and worried others can claim it. if i am "playing myself", then i would like to list it under my actual name and keep the other for professional jobs. this has turned into a headache. cant find cancel button to cancel my subscription!

This app is beyond terrible and it's no better than the browser. It's equally as glitchy as the browser, its taken me months to simply figure out how to upload a display pic, to no avail and the customer service is non existent. They have no helpline, only and email button which sends your email into the bottomless Pitt of darkness, never to be responded to. If you currently have basic IMDB and you're contemplating the upgrade to Pro, DONT DO IT!! I strongly recommended otherwise.

What am I paying hundreds of dollars a year for? Honestly. I'm not the only one who's saying that this app doesn't work anymore, and it's been a problem for months. I really enjoyed the notifications as they showed when friends get attached to projects. I'm paying a lot of money for this, but it seems they have no interest in making it intuitive to use or even having the mobile app work. I actually used to use the news feature a lot! It was all I read. Now I can't access it. Please update.

Ridiculous that IMDbPro is incompatible for Android use now...totally unfair and slightly infuriating. Especially because they're happy to take the money for your subscription but failed to warn that it would no longer be compatible with Android software. Before that, the app is incredibly useful and easy to use. Thats what makes the lack of accessibility so frustrating.

I am constantly frustrated with the use of the back button on the app. On the mobile site, if I look at someone's filmography, then click their contacts and then press back, it goes back to the filmography as one might expect. On the app however, it takes me all the way back to the search engine or the previous person/film I was looking at. It is completely counterintuitive and I beg you to please correct this error. It is so maddening that I 100% still choose to use the website over the app.
