One of the app I use most but it definitely needs all the features in the iOS version. Especially size estimating, frame choosing, editing more than just filter options. It's so much more versatile in the iOS.

Loved this app for a long time. Now after recent update to Andriod operating system it's totally unusable. I can't update the permissions to allow access to my gallery in the app or the OS. Hope they fix it soon.

Would be better if the watermark were smaller, and there were more features. Once you put text onto a slide, it's not just on that slide, it's on every single one of them, which is sometimes inconvient. If you could choose a transition and a way to fade out the text, maybe a better review would be in order.

iOS version of this app is feature rich and absolutely worth the money. However, this android version is missing more than half of those features. I'll change my review to 5 stars if this version ever receives a proper update with all of the missing features. Edit: 2 years later and they still havent added any of the features...

Honestly I give up, I tried to use this app so many times but it has a lot of errors, if I save like a gif the images are green, if I try to save in video format it doesn't save at all. Almost 1 year of this app and I can barely use it. I will have to find a replacement

Used this app many times for years for making GIFs and have been extremely pleased with the simplicity and interesting interface design. Highly recommend for simple GIF making! UPDATE: Permissions unavailability issue fixed. The app is back up and running again. Thank you, ImgPlay dev team!

The app seemed pretty good and it was very high quality but however when I had made my Gif it had a water mark in the bottom right. and to remove it I have to pay money. I am a Photography Student and I am trying to make stop motion like images, i thought your app was what I needed but i carnt use these in my work if they have somebodys water mark on them. I would pay for it but i can always go somewhere else so the app is pointless to me as a artist.

Not good. I used to use IMGPLAY on my iPhone and it was great. Android version doesn't have at least half of the functionalities (like photo editing, centering text, fonts). Bad bad bad.

I am going to refund the program, I purchased the program to be able to create a zoom-in-gif using the instructions on their website and none of the features are actually in this app. The UI has way less options than advertised, it is bare bones.

In Instagram, the gif I have created and saved has a different colour or filter over it to what I created. Not sure why it's automatically changing after I have saved. I have paid to upgrade to the Pro version of the app, only to find now that I won't even be using any because it's changing the colour of the gifs I create in the app.

Same issue as what others have reported. After a recent update the app no longer gives permission to access the images on my phone. I've reinstalled twice and emailed the developers and had zero response even though it's been 3 weeks. I used this app repeatedly for creating social media assets for years as a Pro paying customer and now have to find another tool. Very disappointing

At some point they removed a feature that let you remove specific frames from gifs, allowing you to speed up sections without having to speed up the whole gif, which was perfect fire creating little montage/hilight gifs. It has been a bit since I'd made one and when I came back to do it, that functionality was gone. Miss that funky little tool.

My go-to app for creating/editing GIFs for a few years now. However, since v1.3.15 you can no longer share to ImgPlay from other apps (eg. share a video to ImgPlay to create a GIF/share a GIF to ImgPlay to edit the GIF). Later versions after v1.3.15 fail to open files at all. Anyone else having this issue can uninstall the newest version and grab the APK and manually re-install v1.3.14 from APKpure to get it working correctly again until the developer fixes the issue.

Not worth it. If you use it free they'll add a watermark. If you pay to remove it then the gifs they generate are pretty low-resolution, and not many editing features considering that you've paid for the service. Better to use a generator online from your mobile browser. Can't get a refund either, figure this heads-up review is the next best thing.

I've been using this app for a while , but now it's been giving me some problems . I have taken some screenshots that I want to use but they aren't showing up for as many times as I refresh them . I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing . It's a great app , mostly , just that I find this quite troublesome . Also it sometimes makes high quality gifs look a bit weird . That's all

Downgrade from the iOS version. I purchased the premium version here after having used the iOS version & noticing that the Android version was missing several key features. I assumed this was because I was using the free version & needed to unlock those features by paying. Don't bother. In this version of the app you can't adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, or most disappointingly, the frame rate! I don't get how you can have two versions of the exact same app and have one be so much worse

Amazing app! The pro features are worth well more than they cost. The only thing I would change is, I would really enjoy being able to select which frames text appears on. Having a title static on a moving image is kinda nonsense if you think about it. Just gimme a slider for the effects and text and I'll be happy! Edit 11/24/2019: Hey it's been over a year and I can't imagine this feature is super hard to add seeing as it's already on your iOS version so just like. Please?

Fantastic app. Finally an app that allows you to use that doesn't bombard you with ads in fact I can't recall seeing any. The app does put a watermark on but surprisingly they put it on the lower right side and not smack dab in the middle. You can do pictures and videos to GIF and you can select the quality size. Very happy with app.

This app is outdated and needs work. I needed it for reddit since imgur has moved away from some content & there was only one other competitor. When attempting to use this for reddit, I just get the "something went wrong" no matter what I try. Meanwhile, it's a total dud for twitter/x. Specifically, it hasn't updated to reflect the app is X now and doesn't recognize that the app is downloaded. This was a waste of time
