Phone Function:
The phone module is installed in the hardware of the watch to allow calls between the phone and the watch, and between watches, thereby making communication and connection between parents and children more convenient. In addition, the watch can be switched freely between regular and privacy mode, making calls more comfortable.
Location Function:
A GPS chip and WiFi module are installed in the hardware of the watch, enabling the APP to show the precise position of the watch whether outdoors or indoors.
Chat Function:
Voice messages can be sent between the watch and the APP, realizing a new form of communication between children and parents. In addition, the APP can send SMS text messages to the watch for greater diversity of communication.
Soaking Reminder:
If the watch is accidentally immersed in water, the screen will light up to remind the child to stop using it. The APP will also send a message to the parents notifying them to contact the child.
Note: This feature is not available on some models.
Schedule Alarm:
Parents can set up and manage the daily schedule of the child through schedule alarms that remind the child to drink water, do homework and other matters by means of regular reminders, customized voice reminders, etc., enabling the child to gradually develop good time keeping habits.
SMS:
The watch will only receive messages from contacts in its address list and reject messages from strangers, thereby protecting the child from being affected by unwanted or harassing messages.
Step Counting Function:
The child’s number of steps can be viewed on the watch in order to help the parents record the child’s progress step by step and ensure their healthy growth.
Class Mode:
Parents can set the times of the child’s classes. When the child attends school wearing the watch, they will not be distracted from learning by playing with the watch.
Contacts:
Parents can use the APP to manage the contacts on their child’s watch, thereby making sure that their child will not be harassed by unknown calls while also preventing their child from making random calls.
Unknown Call Rejection:
When the unknown call rejection function is activated through the APP, only the contacts in the address list can make calls to the watch, and strangers will be blocked. If receiving unknown calls, the APP will receive a notification message, giving the parents a chance to confirm the call.
Auto Answer:
With the auto answer function activated through the APP, if the parents call the child and there is no answer, the watch will automatically connect after 10 seconds.
Call Location Report:
When the watch calls the phone, it automatically reports the location of the call to the parents.
Note: This feature is not available on some models.
Low Power Mode
With the reserve power function activated, when the power level of the watch drops too low, it will automatically enter low power mode, conveniently saving power for the parents to contact the child when required.

Was using for couple of weeks fine, but today all the settings were deleted and when i wanted to check childs location, found out that i had to bind the watch again and couldn't locate the child with out it. When I checked the kids watch itself, it was as well with no settings, like it was renewed. And now have to reset all the contacts again. It is not acceptable. I needed the stable system that would always work. What if anything happened to kid and the watch wouldn't respond? Not happy!

I could not sent any pictures from the phone to the watch like before, the app said fail at all time, even reinstall the app once again, it's still not working in the same issue.

My son loves his new watch phone, he feels like a spy! It helps keep my mind at rest now he is walking to/from school with a friend mostly, but sometimes alone. Unfortunately he cannot send voice messages in reply to texts from approved contacts. There is only chat facility with friends if they also have the watch. Tried binding his friend he walks with to the watch but that gave him permissions to change the watch settings. As admin I should be able to manage those settings but can't. Unbind.

Easy to use, but Sport Mode is still less just 4 kinds. I want badminton and other popular Sport also. I use Z7 model.

With the latest update can't open the app anymore just crashes! on Android 10. It's been a week now and the app still not working!!! We can't use the watch for it's purpose at all.EDIT: I can confirm that with the latest update the application works again. The only feature what needs to be added is Geofencing then it would be 5* :)

I have to praise the UI designers who worked on this app cause I can see that their vision had all the bells and whistles. But the software devs dropped the ball and features were not seen through to the end. video calls & MMS is only possible with admins of the watch (parents) even though different permissions were clearly envisioned, the app store is meager & not open for developers and existing apps are missing essential features. The hardware rocks but software is abandoned and support sucks

It's okay but needs improvment. The location service shows where the watch is but does not show your location in relation to the watch so if you are searching you do not know which way to go. It would be good if I could change the permissions of bound members as admin but this.does not seem possible. The setup counter does not reset daily and I cannot figure out why. This gripes aside the app integrates nice with the imoo z6 watch.

With how long the company and developer handled many bugs and errors in the app, compared with the way they promoted the products, I won't believe and put my trust in them, or buy their product again, whatever product they want to launch ahead. It's very bad after-sales, without any progressions in handling fatal errors like what happened today. Everything is messed up and didn't work properly. How great is the idea, but without proper implementation and after-sales services, is useless!

What I miss is a digital battery percentage indication and a warning notification for low battery. I thought the latter was available, yet instead I receive a notification when it's fully charged, but at low percentage (>= 5%) none. I herewith kindly ask the app developers to enhance the app with these functionalities.

Great app and great watch phone. Will be better if you can add more capabilities/features e.g: Location History. Those features are very helpful if something bad happen to the wearer. Until then, I can only give 3 stars. And will edit to give this app 5 stars if those features are added. Hope you will add thoses features as soon as possible. Thanks

It's great - I really like the app overall. We have just been having an issue with the time setting for Adelaide and South Australia. It keeps setting half an hour too fast. I suspect it might be because there is no daylight savings time option GMT+10:30 for October to April. If this could be added please, it would be fantastic, and I would give the app 5 stars.

Needs a bit of work in places, but gets the job done and is pretty intuitive. Remember, GPS is only as accurate as the signal it can get, it's not the fault of the app or watch if no signal so the GPS location is way out and just based on the cell tower location. When signal, it's accurate to a couple of meters. The watch is good.

Very impressed with the Z1 watch and app I have a cheap uk Lycamobile deal and works great in the watch. The app will always sit on your phones notification bar to denote its connected unless you go into your phones Notification settings (I'm on Samsung) and disable the apps always on notification and just allow actual calls and message prompts from watch. 5/5 It's a great watch phone to keep your kids safe.

Drama-free and easy! Easy to set up. No issues at all. GPS is very accurate. Everything operates as it should and is responsive. Battery life good so far. Potential improvements: allow admin to customise what functions other bound members can access. Remote monitoring. Tracking history. SOS button. Sometimes when I update location it doesn't give me movement status or info.

On Pixel7 the chat can receive messages but there are no buttons to send anything. Clearly an Android 14 bug, which hasn't been fixed for quite a while now.

This app was working great when it was first installed, but after an update I stopped getting notifications when I had a message. So now I can only see a message when I open the chat feature in the app. Please sort this out.

I have no idea why the app needs to stay on the notification area all the time. There's no way to remove it. Why would the app need to show us that "imoo is running" all the time? When I turned the notification off, I could not get any messages from my kid. Really annoying.

Used to work well. Now it doesn't connect to a network. Making it useless for me. As i cannot track childs location nor video call or send msgs!

I'm admin for my kids watches. But when i reinstall the app due to error always unable to connect or abnormal connection. The apps got me error, user not exist. How the hell it can happen as previously i am an admin. Then i try to register with the same phone number, and the app gave a respond, need to wait for me (myself number) to access the app and approve the request. Rubbish.
