I have used this app many times. However recently I am unable to pay by QR, unsure if related to recent update. The app does not recognise QR code

Once you update the bug patch the hover camera over qr then works great, straight in will all details already entered. Just doesn't let you do anything else other than pay.

Not as good and practical ad when you go directly to the impots.gouv site. There you could just consult documents , in the app you are forced to download them....

Can't download (or share now) to your phone to the Download folder! Or copy information from it to use for other things that are requiring this numbers. Why don't you make it as hard as possible for people to download files? Frankly completely useless may as well use the site...

Used this app for a few years to pay taxes on my holiday home, but now it's stopped working. Now it usually crashes when opening, when it doesn't crash the screen stays white after scanning the code. As I don't live or work in France so don't have a French tax number, this is my only way to pay the tax habitation. I am using S21 ultra will Android 11.

Keeps crashing when opened on my android. Used to work fine. Couldn't pay my last tax d'habitation on it because it would no longer read the QR code on the screen, but now it doesn't work at all, and I've uninstalled and reloaded. Nightmare.

I have struggled to pay this online for many years. Even a French friend was unable to sort out a way to easily pay from an English bank account. This was so easy I thought its not going to work. But a few days after using the app, the bill is paid successfully 👍

I have used the Android version of this app in past years to pay the taxe foncière ("TF") and the taxe d'habitation ("TH"),and found it easy to use.I have also paid my TF this year with this app. But when I have tried to pay my TH for 2018 in the last few days I keep receiving a message in French to the effect that I need to be connected to the internet. Needless to say that I was at all material times so connected. I have tried to solve the problems by loading the app onto another Android device.That resulted in the same problem. Any help you can give me before the due payment date(17/12/2018) would be very welcome RICHARD NEWTON PRICE. 28/11/2018
