Its has a nice app interface. I have been using it from quite sometime, but lately I was not able to see dividend funds it says error loading.

Really great app I have been using it for so long but only draw back is it would be great to introduce the step up SIP options as it will provide more easier fund management @cleartax please get the option added in the black app

The overall app is good but you can't update your kyc as when choose the options take picture or choose from gallery none of them works due to which my payment got stuck and now I don't what to do.

Nice quick user experience. Still expecting more from Black , to provide out of the box flaw less experience to all the users. But team must decrease the KYC verification time to 1day or two. I invested 2weeks, still portal showing kyc not verified.

The service is very bad. Customer executive are unable to identify the issue. I wrote mail for change nomination and previous bank mandiate.... But still we playing in mail box.

Customer support is worst, options to upload KYC is not working, so shared documents to support team via email but still it os pending, its more than a week but no response.

Third class app and third class customer service. I have made the payment but it's pending due to KYC and when I tried to upload documents for KYC it's not working. From the last three days I am mailing their customer service but they are not responding properly.

1. Logs me out everytime. 2. No feature to import portfolio from CAMS/KFinTech 3. Portfolio analysis is very shoddy. Shows multiple entries for the same market cap - mid cap, mid-cap, etc. 4. Asks me to accept T&C everytime I click on dashboard.

I have provided the KYC for mutual fund investment and started with my SIP order but neither my KYC nor the order is not processed after 2 weeks. The same delay occured with my bank account verification as well and each time I had to reach out to the support team for taking these forward. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service. This is really unprofessional.

I am having account in Clear Tax and I am filing tax using this app since two years, this year when I am trying to open the tax filing option, it is showing as failed to load details. I tried to uninstall app and install again still same issue. Can you help me with this or do I need to do anything else?

I tried to invest in Tax Saver ELSS pack but after the payment got successfully completed and I was prompted to update the KYC details, I am unable to upload any documents as the button for uploading document is not working. Kindly help in resolving this issue.

You need to be careful with the direct prefilled option for ITR. My entire salary income was not imported even after Successful sync which led to incorrect filling. The same process on other website worked well. Paid 700+ for this assisted service.

After 7-8 years of loyalty and paying fees, I'm deeply disappointed with ClearTax. They have become too money-focused, now making me file IT returns with a JSON file on the Income Tax website as their portal is failing to file online. I feel let down - if I wanted to do it myself, I would hire a CA instead of paying them Rs.1800 fees. I won't use their services again and urge others to avoid this frustrating and suboptimal portal.

I had a very bad experience with Cleartax this year. Previously, the representatives were approachable every year, but this year, I haven't been able to reach them. I'm wondering how I can get a refund for the service fee I paid for my ITR filing, or if I should just forget about the amount and switch to another CA company. As of now the app is super recently I have placed the cancellation of bank mandate. As I'm planning for Lumpsum investment. App shows it takes 24 to 48 hours to get update of cancellation of bank mandate I'm waiting for it to process . Hope it will be processed within the time line . So that I can proceed for further investments. Overall Trustworthy app and User Friendly app . Thanks to Clear tax for wonderful app .

Tried to import portfolio. Add file option is present but the app does not have access to file system. It shows permission not granted but the app does not have an option to give permission to files. It have an option to give permission to camera though, which is weird.

Caters to very important financial services. Easy interface. But very disappointed while uploading documents. Nothing can be uploaded in the app. I tried from different mobiles but the links provided for uploading are dead, no response whatsoever. I had to contact their customer service through email and after a week long follow up, I could finally submit the documents, like the good old days of email communication. Request the developers to kindly rectify this uploading issue.
