Actual fare is different and here it's showing up much higher. Railways need to improve the kind of service for the fares they charge. On top of that, if the tickets are cancelled by the passengers, you should only deduct the convinience fee instead if those cancellation charges. You are naturally getting the fixed amount for the next waiting number then why to charge a fee. Should work on this point.

The best app . For the passenger and their families . If any body is travelling from train and not accepting calls then also this app can be used, they just have to write the number of the train and the detail is in front of you . This app is very useful for me and everybody who uses to travel alot . eg - business Man, travellers and everyone .

I nearly lost my train because of this app. The platform number of the train shown in the app was not correct. Really bad experience! .. Also the app was showing that the train is delayed but on the other hand it came early than the expected arrival time. I will never recommend this app to anyone. 👎👎

Previous version of this application was very user friendly. Was able to track train status easily. Now the latest application doesnt provide accurate information. Even i was at the railway station and the train was running late, but the application shown that the train is running on time.

Train running status is always wrong, improve in real time. provide running map without ticking "inside the train". Add "passing by trains to you" (in front of) & also to particular stations (all in a week). Modify "arrived" to "arrived on PF no_" on top of the list in "live station". Add delay time in running status like Arrival-Departure-Dealy & update correctly in real-time. Add "connecting trains" with seat availability between 2 Stations. Add Cancelled/Diverted Trains Tab.

Excellent! The caretakers of this app are so quick that they respond at a lightening fast speed as any issue is brought to their notice. my rating for the app is still 5star, although today i had some inconvenience due to an error which I wish to bring to the notice of the developers. train no. 54025 and 54026 do not run on Sundays, whereas the app shows the trains in 'live station station'. kindly rectify this issue so that anybody don't have to repent relying on the app.

It is nearly accurate. But, time to time update is needed say for example some new trains are inauguaraing, their time table and live status coach position etc should be updated time to time and some nominated platform numbers also have to be changed. Overall opinion of mine is it is clear up to 90%. Need 99.9999% accuracy. Thank you.

Everything is fine. But can you add train alarm ? Like if I am on the train and when my train is reaching my destination , alarm will notify me that my station will reach within 5 mins. Its useful when we travel in night trains. Sometimes we sleep and misses the station and due to uneven schedule of trains we cant set accurate alarm by alarm clock. Still waiting for this !

very poor information. earlier there were facility of checking availabilities, now there is not. working very slow. All minister talk big but there is nothing feel working even this type of commonest APP. ITS REALLY POOR
