While we do not send cards, videos, organize visits, or transfer money, our focus is to make sending pictures easy and affordable.
While Securus, Corrlinks, and jPay print photos in black and white ink on plain copy paper, Inmate Photos will connect the inmate with a high-quality professional print in full-color. Freeprints services charge up to $9.99 for shipping. Our shipping charge is never more than $6.95.
All inmates receive a mugshot when they arrive at a facility, but that is the only photo they will receive outside of a civilian sending them photos.
Pictures sent by you can cheer up the people in your network of friends and loved ones who are at a low point in their life. Being a pen-pal and sending photos can really help put an inmate in a better state of mind and remind them that you care.

I'm not really sure what the convenience is versus sending anything through the mail because it seems like no matter what it takes 146 million days to get to the inmate. They also say they're never even sure if it's actually going to get to the intended person and if it's not it's just kind of like "you paid us so we don't give a damn" but of course there's an option to pay extra to have assured delivery, which actually guarantees nothing and it's just another way to take all of your money.

This app seemed promising after reading some of the more positive reviews.. so, when I went to create my account; before checking the little box agreeing to the "terms of service" I wanted to, ya know maybe, read them but the page never loaded or reloaded or anything, ever then said something that made absolutely no sense about the username not being supported? Now I've heard of a username being taken, but supported? Waste of time. Even typing this review. Wasted.

The app never worked despite all the correct information. Just wanted me to pay 2$ to confirm an address that they kept adding that was not correct. Red error saying something went wrong while adding inmate. Only works with certain jail, but they don't tell you that anywhere in the app.

This place is a SCAM in the way they operate. Do yourself a favor, don't give ANY of your info. Especially any bank info. They charge without first verifying that you even want to make a purchase. After they arbitrarily charge your card it is absolutely impossible to get your money back even if you reach out immediately. Hell, you can't even find a person to communicate with let alone get any kind of response or resolution. To top things off, the inmate never received a single photo. SCAM🚨 📢

Inmate photos is amazing I sent photos to a friend she was then moved facilities I emailed them and inmate photos reprinted my pictures and sent them to her new facility at no extra charge they are an easy app to use and have all the facilities I need to add contacts excellent customer service and speedy response when I needed help

Over charge for sending a picture. Why are they charging for Shipping and handling when it gets sent digitally?!?!? Nothing physical gets sent to them!!! Ridiculous to nickle and dime people trying to send pictures to family! It's straight up highway robbery!! That should be a crime!! Then it took over two weeks for them to get it when it clearly stated it would take up to 3 days.

So convenient! I am horrible about sending letters and photos to my loved one. This app makes it so easy to download photos from your phone and send a small letter at same time. They are very fast to getting your photos shipped. I absolutely love it!

Scam! Beware! This app will charge you for every photo you upload. Theres an option for deleting a pic with the trashcan symbol but after deleting it the app added all deleted photos back into the order and still charged me for deleted items. You will see the deleted photo grand total however upon paying you get charged for all deleted photos. Their customer service was a joke. The worker will side step any problem just to not give back money for their app malfunctioning. Do not trust this app!

This app is awful. YOU CANNOT CANCEL CHANGE OR REFUND AN ORDER ONCE YOUR ORDER IS IN THAT IS FINAL THERE ARE NO WAY TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO IT AT ALL. That's horrible business practices ethically and morally wrong and it could possibly get people in trouble if they accidentally select the wrong photo and it's being sent to a prison. Yes I'm speaking from personal experience I emailed the company an hour after placing an order where I selected a incriminating photo accidentally. Couldn't fix

There ok it sucks that it takes a week or more for the inmate to receive the pictures... And they don't even recieve an actual picture they receive a photo copy of the picture... Like it's just a piece of paper of our pictures and that's it... It cost a dollar something for each picture and the shipping is like $4 or $5 dollar's it's crazy... So I'm trying to find a different website to send pictures to my friend that's incarcerated

Do not download this app or use this company. I uploaded 10 photos, but when they were printed and sent, only 4 photos were printed, and the remaining 6 were duplicates. The same thing happened to their mothers order as well. When contacting them about the issue, they responded with it isn't their problem and to "double check" when uploading.

It's a good service.One thing is that I am unable to access photos directly from Google photos on my phone. I had to go back , take screenshots,and edit them so that I could download them into the app.

I sent 20 photos to my inmate and this app allowed me to send them at the price of $23 almost $24. With Inmate Photos having a contract with an institution, I'm sure it stipulated how many photos are allowed. There's nothing that tells you , you have a limit. Well after I sent and paid for 20 photos they were rejected all 20, it didnt give him the number of photos allowed they sent them all back to me in the mail and I did'nt get a refund. So be aware.

Being able to send your loved ones a postcard with memories from your photo albums it's truly amazing picture nice and convenient, for whatever reason God has a will and a way to be with your loved ones once againin . What a crock of money grubbing ******. (Starts with a w, six letters across, red lights, plural.) If I could give this negative stars I would. The only reason I have this app is to send my husband drawings from our children, which are apparently "unidentified liquid-" perhaps if they'd eaten all 64 colors they'd be a teensy tiny bit more smart.

It's a great way to send your loved ones pictures and before you checkout they offer you some things that you could occupy your time!!!! There's puzzlles, cookbook for inmates for to cook with what food they can get
