The app puts my phone number with digits missing. I have tried over and over to reinstall but still gives me the same thing. The update messed up everything. Please put options to download the previous version or the current version. This current version sucks. It also forces one to put at least a star to post a review. It doesn't deserve a star at all because it's not working for me!!!

If you can add a function that can allow us to download our wallet statements straight from the innbucks application that will be great otherwise the application is good.

I have 1 problem with this app for now, its keeping on saying there's an update for this app, after clicking "update now", there's nothing new in play store, pliz fix this.

WhatsApp support takes long ended up figuring it out myself, was in a loop of that kept saying update when you update in the store, after updating it sent you back to app which sends you to update in the store , ended up reinstalling, which started a loop of receive code, eventually cleared cache and data which did the trick

Forgot my PIN # has been trying to get the InnBucks team to help me reset the PIN since the system doesn't allow one to do it themselves for over a month without success. To help with anything at all is a tall order with InnBucks. Luckily new players have come on board so I'm no longer as desperate to use InnBucks. Goodbye

Why are we unable to purchase ZESA tokens below $10 using your App? Fix that please. Please also explore the option to transfer funds between mobile money wallets and InnBucks.

Helps in situations like wen u forget your pin..it only asks for biometric scan then u can send money or withdraw without having the stress of trying to remember your Innbucks pin.

I can't login to my app after an update to version 7.7.8 as it continually says "Please note your Device Registration Verification has expired, Please click OK and start again"

the app works well the only annoying thing is the fact that you have to frequently update it it's way too often when you don't update it it's gets your account access blocked saying you have entered a wrong pin too many times
