Disappointed that I just spent $8 and time into making a cute story and it won't go past 80% when uploading either to Facebook or gallery.

App with best options in the market, but worse rendering. Video is rendered with bad resolution and artifacts.

I absolutely love this App! I use it pretty much every day. It's very easy to use and worth every penny. There was a bug that made it difficult to use for a short time but all is back to normal now.

I've just updated this morning now when I come to load a pic it kicks me out. If this isn't resolved today then I would like a full refund. Absolutely ridiculous was working fine before the update

So... after creating a beautiful story... where did it go? Could not find it in any folder or won't share to social media properly.... some layers of text or pic are missing

Plenty bugs. I'm a lifetime premium member. Adding photos to templates not working. Adding music not working. Bg removal not working. It's a scam. Do not buy their paid plans

Please issue me the refund as it did not go through first but got the charge later. Google has denied the refund but you can see my history I never used it. I wanted to purchase but it was not taking my card so I uninstalled it also never paid for it I got the message today that I was charged. Furthermore, I will be thankful if you can initiate the refund for me.

In my new device I reinstalled the app. It asked me to make payment for pro version. I paid and got confirmation also but it didn't activate my pro subscription. It's still asking me to pay for pro. If pro is not activated I need refund. No email is there for sending mail with screenshot.

It is not the best of all, but so uniquely different than the others, I really enjoy making stories with it, specially the phone mockup ones, stories are everywhere in all social media platforms & a good story maker is mostly needed these days, so thank you dev team.

I am disappointed. I spent most of my time editing the template I love. But then when I save it, it did not appear anywhere in my gallery. When I share it to Whatsapp, everything is there except for the fonts. Missing texts!!!! Please fix it. T.T

Update : after a couple of years of use, it is now unusable. Every template says "pro" only now. And when I go into my old saved stories and want to replace an image, it tells me I don't have the resources to edit the video. I don't know what happened. I've un-installed and am currently looking for a similar app. Older 5 star review: I'm really liking the free version so far. Tried to upgrade to the Forever plan, but it won't let me. Nothing happens when I press the button to buy.
