Instamart is a terrible application. A while ago, I ordered a bedsheet and received garbage instead. Then, I trusted them again and placed an order, but 2 items were missing. Recently, I placed another order and received damaged ghee. Every time I asked for help, my chat was closed after being given an email ID. When I escalated the issue via email, I received a reply saying they couldn't provide a replacement or refund, and my feedback would be shared with the store. now iam going to tweet ever

"Hey, I'm loving this app! I ordered a cold coffee and was impressed with the options. I also checked Blinkit, but they only had bigger packs for ₹350, and to be honest, the delivery location was too far from me, so I couldn't order from there. Luckily, I found it on Instamart for ₹199, which was a great deal. I needed it quickly, so Instamart was perfect. The app has a great variety of choices, and I'm really enjoying the experience

The support team is very useless and the email team and also the third class, an item was missing in my order, I complained about it and they told me to email it, when I emailed I got no response, the Instamart support team is very useless, they cannot help at all and I was very disappointed with Instamart

I made an order, but by mistake the delivery address was at a different location. So I asked them to cancel the order within 2 minutes of placing the order. They said, they can cancel the order but the cancellation fee was 100% of the bill value. So I donated the food after taking delivery. To give the review, when I searched, that particular order was not appearing. So they are manipulating the data. So don't trust the rating given here. it is much lower than this.

The app is not user friendly. I mean, it's not related to UI it's about handling customers. I ordered some stuffs and received spoiled items. When I tried to initiate replacement or refund, I didn't get any proper response from them. I dropped an email but no response. They can't provide even a simple solution and didn't take any actions against the seller.

Suddenly, it started showing that only my house is unserviceable, but all my neighbors' houses are serviceable. I believe this happened because I refused to tip a delivery partner. When I tried to contact customer care through email, they are asking for my location, which I have provided in the form of longitude, latitude, and a Google Maps location link, but still, these stupid people are unable to solve the problem and can't even tell me in what format they want the information.

I had a bad experience with Swiggy Instamart. I placed an order but the items were wrong. I requested a refund immediately, and it's been a whole week - they keep saying "please wait - 1-2 days your refund will be initiated" Still no refund issue. Their customer service is completely useless and just wastes your time. They also closed the issue, so you can't follow-up again and you can't chat further. There is no customer care number available. This is the worst app experience I've ever had.

really disappointed by the way of their delivery. I don't know how they are delivery because I have orderd about 9-10 times in night but the delivery boy reaches other than my location (miles away) . even delivery boys have shown me that their app is showing different location other than my correct location, I am expecting to solve this problem l, hope they didn't disappoint me again.

"delivery in 10 mins" more like delivery in 40 mins. Only after repeatedly contacting the customer service number my order got delivered. For more than 25 mins, no one even took the order, and they took 15 mins to deliver which is completely understandable, but 25 mins for just waiting is outrageous! I tried this app for the first time, completely disappointed. I understand it takes time to deliver, but just waiting for 25 mins because no one was there to deliver could've been avoided.

please don't buy anything from Instamart for sure. they are most pathetic ones in market. i bought 3 earpiece from them which had exorbitant prices as compared to other shopping apps , i bought from here only because I was getting it in half hour, instead of waiting. and when I raised complaint about quality and colour and size , they are not accepting it all with no return or refund policy. be careful guys . I m only replying on their emails with no solution from past 4 days. thx

Fraud application. Advertise something on Google. when we download to order product it's not even listed. Just want people to download and they can take all your access and permission from the app and sell to 3rd party. it's a scam. I will not even use Swiggy food also. horrible experience.

Do not use this app. I had ordered a mini mixer. But it was broken. I asked for a replacement. But they gave me a broken one again. I later complained and requested a refund. They don't spoke well to me. They gave me my solution and I ended the conversation. Then after 2 days the refund started showing in my Swiggy Instamart account but I can't receive refund in my account. Now I can't contact customer care through Swiggy Instamart. When will I receive my refund?

Word delivery app. Got a defective product and they promised to give me a coupon for that. Never received any of the coupon and they also wasted my time a lot with their fake promises in the customer care help services. No i can't message them because according to them time runs out to raise grievances for that product. Never gonna order from Swiggy Instamart.

I had a quite a bad experience with this app, especially the support. The use many dark patterns in the app, and the product qualities are not upto the mark. Offers will show on your main app page which will incite user to buy, but on the checkout page it will not appear. They have intentionally made it very difficult to reach out to the support team. and even if you manage to reach there they will not resolve your concern. So no point of using the Swiggy app, unless they fix the core issues.

Extremely disappointed. Why accept my order if you’ll cancel it 30 mins later due to unavailable items? Total waste of time. Poor inventory system. Show real-time stock or stop accepting orders. This app is becoming unreliable. Fix your issues or users will switch to better alternatives. Don’t reply with your usual “contact us” bot message — I’m done.

Third class app...There is no cancellation option in app...once you order any thing you have to take it....They don't take refund or replacement of any thing ordered..I have called customer care for prepaid wrong milk powder ordered , they first denied and asked to wait for delivery, after that they don't have option of refund or replacement...I don't recommend such apps

I've ordered icecream sticks from swiggy instamart i received my ordered while i was checking my items i found the sticks were completely melted i requested to replace my items but after replacing i received the same items in same condition again. As they say it includes handling charges to deliver the item without any damage and then they deliver the items in this condition. so what kind of handling charges are they taking from us. this is complete scam. worst platform i ever seen.

worst and bad experience, they will miss an item, they will plan to refund just that one item value and will ask us to order that one item again. If i try to add that one item, they add all extra charges and that total bill is going to be 3 times higher the cost of actual item. Missed item cost is 32rs If i try to order that one item again it is costing around 90rs. Support team is not even helpful and no response after long wait. Its a trick to charge things higher by missing an item.
