Its a great app, but, the customer support is amazing, they're fast, and efficient, they really helped me out when I was unable to get into the app at all, and I really appreciate them for that.

Been using this app for 6 months, and now it says I have to update. I had to uninstall to download the newer version. Now, it doesn't recognize my email or allow me change my password.

This app is dumb I need to use it for a month for my job and I can't even get in the damn thing. When I push on the app it goes in and just shows a white screen.. waste of time.

The app logs you out every time for no reason and they say theres nothing that can be done. The last app was able to keep me signed in but suddenly that is foreign technology? Ridiculous

I am having a terrible time trying to update the app, with zero help from Instant, and I cannot open the app until I get it updated. I have tried every which way, numerous times, to update and nothing works. Supposed to be 24/7 chat or phone help and I have tried both without getting anyone. Awful service, and meanwhile I cannot access my pay.

There's always problems. Used to be good now it's always a technical issue and you don't get paid like your supposed too...2 years after my first review not a thing has changed in fact its gotten worse and if everybody is having the issues I am, I don't see instant being a thing anymore.

I can't use the card in online purchases. Edit: I can't use in Google services, just to Paypal, but the rest is fine. Edit. After the update I'm having problems to log in, it's asking me for my card's bar code but it won't load after that.

HATE THIS COMPANY. Can never get my funds to transfer, and card has no name so I can't pay my bills online or over the phone with the card. Such a pain. If I didn't get tips from my job I'd never use this company!!!!!! Oh and costumer support is more of a joke than the app. I also know of at LEAST 6 of my coworkers who have had their accounts hacked and their money stolen (one coworker had over $800 taken that was their rent money). And then it takes over a month for anything to come of it.

THE 'INSTANT APP' IS NO LONGER AN APP!!!! This is why they told you to uninstall the previous REAL app and install this GARBAGE. The new version is a few lines of code to use a "frame" around your browser to make it appear you're using an app. THIS NOW MAKES YOUR INSTANT ACCT NOW MORE VULNERABLE TO BEING HACKED!!!! AND you cannot use a VPN on your phone anymore, WHICH WOULD HAVE AT LEAST ADDED ANOTHER LAYER OF SECURITY for you, but NAH! WHO MAKES THEIR COMPANY MORE VULNERABLE TO BEING HACKED!?!

I go into instant to check my tipout from that night since I had worked. It shows me a white screen and tells me I need to update my version of the app. It's already updated, instant simply will not load. So I delete the app. What's this? I don't remember my password. I've pressed that reset password button four different times as I'm writing this and I haven't gotten a single email, and I've checked EVERYWHERE. Oh! And my card won't work at all, I have to transfer my money to my bank card.

The new version of the app was okay until it randomly logged me out over night and I've tried the same passwords I usually use and it will not log in tried resetting the password only to be looped around and around says link is expired or invalid then I try to restart the process and it says can fetch the email after sending me think in to that email to change my password. Time to go to a bank I guess

Besides early wage access, this app is terrible and practically useless. Almost a 5 dollar fee to transfer money to your own bank. No direct deposit or early holiday pay. Can't use card for anything really useful. Doesn't work at most ATMs, can't use it to pay most bills, and can't even use it to load your bus card, smh. I'm definitely getting away from this as soon as possible especially since I'm no longer eligible for early wages. That was the only good thing about this app.

I've been using the Instant Pay app for about 7 months now. At first, I loved it and was very impressed with how it lets me get part of my pay from working the day before (if I want to)... until the offers weren't being offered much anymore! It's maybe 2 or 3 times a week now. I use it to make sure I can get to and from work but when it doesn't give the offer like it's supposed to it's a financial strain. If I could go back in time I wouldn't use the app! Very disappointed lately!

After using the card for a couple of year's, and knowing which free atms to use, I was never charged a fee. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, I started getting charged an 'out of network' fee for my withdraws. Using the same atms I always used. Even with screen shots with dates and locations, they tried telling me I was using the wrong atms. 1 accidental charge is an inconvenience. 14 accidental charges is a $70 problem.

I really like the app. I like that I get my money instantly. The only reason I give 4 starts and not 5 is because it takes 2 days or more to transfer to my bank account. This is where all my bills are paid from and it is an inconvenience when I can't just immediately transfer the money where it needs to go. Also, don't use the instant transfer... It costs money and I tried twice without getting anything done. One time I lost any access to my money for 13 hours! So, yeah, it's a good idea.

Being able to receive payment the next day is very nice. Had issues transferring money to my bank account, it says the request is sent but I never got the money. When I tried to click the "contact support" button, it literally did nothing. That was the old review. Despite contacting support numerous times, I am still unable to transfer funds. The app does not function properly, it does the absolute bare minimum of holding your money. That is it.

The app itself is fine. It alerts you when your money is deposited, it keep track of your transactions, and you can easily transfer your money into your account; which is exactly what I do as soon as my money deposits. On another note, I do not trust instant financial as a bank. My account got hacked and it took over a month to get my money back. But the app itself, great!

Seriously? My device just had a routine update & now Instant won't even open. I tried all of the usual things, restarting my device, uninstalling & reinstalling Instant & it continues to crash "instantly" when I attempt to access Instant. Based on the reviews I've read on your app, this sort of thing is consistent with the issues a lot of people are having. It would seem this app is in dire need of an overhaul. When do you think that I'll be able to access my money? Any ideas?

I've had this app for 3 almost 4 yrs and as time goes on it only gets worse and worse. They charge you $5 and out of network fees for ATMs that aren't in the network. The 1-2 day transfers sometimes take a whole extra day. And NOW I get an error pop up box that says that real time transfers aren't possible atm (it's been like this for over a week). I've tried contacting support through their chat system and it sucks beyond all belief!! I've always had to wait 1-2 hrs for service!! Get better!!!

It's OK except when it thinks that you're being a fraudulent person and then it locks you out of using your money. Then you have to call customer support for it to be unlocked. Very annoying when it happens nearly every payday!!!!!!!! Also if you want me to update the app maybe you should provide an update link instead of me having to uninstall and then install it again.
