is this instapay is only for guy? i'm really not undarstand i was registered 5day ago still not respond not delivery yet the card .my friend ,my brother and my husband i was tell them to used this app shortly they already received the card i was early applied but still not when i contact on whatapp not reply my message, what wrong?👎

I already send the alternative address to the email and if they call and you don't answer the call the time of delivery. they will not push it to deliver. the last time they deliver to my friend, no call they just come to the location. Better to cancel it.

Very bad experience Wasting time and money for useless services, There are many icons for the services in the application but no one is working, transmittance is not working to China banks, neither to Ali pay where as the application is offering transmittance to China and other countries Also you can't transfer money to banks account in Malaysia where they provide transfer to bank on the instapay home page Nothing possible I thing is the right slogan

I shouldn't tell you this but the point is that your performance is very good The way money is transferred in local banks, you should do the same. This feature is a bit lacking if you improve it and it would be great to make it easier for people to work with your customer. I run it myself very good its server work and operator and station and help very good instapay Thank you very much please

Too² Bad poor and thrash this app and company..4day until now..my refund money eont received at my bank acc..after cancellation transaction from apply this instapay account..only rm18 but like rm18000 this company make to pay back..so thrash applications and wallet ever and ever from Google play..

Very poor service, after many days of registering, its still not activated. I call them few times and they say they will get back to me but eventually nothing. Their agents are extremely incompetence and rude. After so much arguing with them they said some countries are band to open acc with them even though my country is listed in the app and they took my passport photo for verification. Definitely will report them for having my data just like that.

We have been working with InstaPay for almost 2 years and have had nothing but a great experience. Fast and on time payment, easy document submission and very prompt to assist with any questions or concerns. Their web interface is also a great tool for tracking payments. Have worked a lot with Haley and Stephen and they are always very helpful. We greatly recommend them!

The worse app, the customer service is nil, don't waste the money and time with this app, bad customer service and lat response, don't trust if you have an urgent transaction to use this app it could be stuck with instapay and then you have to wait

I was using this app from last year very good ..but now this month I started to give me problem when I want to submit my deposit receipt there is a one msg always flash on my display about problem with google play service and I can't update the deposit receipt..pls settle for me..or fix it..

Usable, But you need to improve more by updating the money rate from time to time, and reduce the charges, and add debit/credit card option to eWallet to add money, because not everyone has a bank account, and your service is not available everywhere in Malaysia, Out of area, you look at the other side, Merchantrade Money is providing all the benefits, we want Instapay eWallet to keep up with the times, hopefully you will think things through a little harder, we are always with you.
