Got a new phone and used their product. First time I droppedy phone, cracked screen. Called them and was told I registered my product after 30 day so they had to override something in their system. They said they would call back the next day. Here I am waiting and no call. I still have their product box and can't find any references to this 30 day thing on the box or any of the paperwork inside. I'll give them a little more time. Will be contacting the better business bureau.

Huge waste of time and money. You have to go to the trouble of providing a receipt when you bought the item so they have a coverage timeframe, and wait on the phone to file a claim. But if you don't register within 30 days it's void. What's the point. Wasted $360 buying 6 screen protectors (3 for a tablet alone), and now I can't even file a claim to recover the screen protector on the tablet. Don't bother buying a liquid glass protector, just get a cheap $10 online if it's going to break anyway.

I've had the liquipel with a $150 guarantee for a year now. My phone has been dropped numerous times, and my screen is just as good as the day I bought it. Now that it's been a year, I purchased another one to reapply and continue my protection. But, I can't register or apply the new product because the app keeps crashing, and according to Android, this app "has a bug preventing it from running properly." I have a screenshot of the error, but I don't see a way to attach it to my review.

The absolute worst scam I've seen in years. The screen literally micro cracks just from some light use. After charging you over 70 dollars for the initial product and shady insurance policy, you have a screen that cracks after literal weeks of use. This has happened to me on two separate occasions, then when you try to get another one, they charge $10 to replace the micro cracked screen only to wash and repeat. This product is terrible and I will never purchase again. I'll be posting a YT vide

I like everything about it and all of the different options. Very quick, very user friendly app. Just make sure you are scanning the correct item you want to register.😉😉 I tried to scan the camera lens protector & register it as my phone. Even with the mistake, and going back to change info; it only took a total of 15 minutes to do & fix my mistake.

Reasonably painless to register products. Pro tip: when it asks to enter the device, it means the device that you bought their product for, not the product you bought. They answered the toll-free # and quickly clarified my question, easily the best customer service call that I have made in the past 10 years.

Once I figured out what app I needed to down load it was a breeze to register my device. Just scan the shield or barcode on your package to get the instructions you need to get started. This is my first time registering my phone. However I have used this product on my last two phones. One was lost but the other was run over by a pickup truck after I lefit on the roof of my car and it slid off on to the highway. The screen was totally shattered, but still worked for another 8 months. Awesome!!!

I tried 6 times to register my tablet after applying Liquipel screen protector, and there are several steps to go through. The app had already stopped by the time I finished each attempt. After all those tries I was pretty fast, but never fast enough. I'll just take my chances that the Liquipel works well and I won't need this protection plan. Uninstalling this app!

The process was simple and fast!!! This will be definitely worth taking the time to do. Last time I bought 2 chargers and boxes and didn't take the time to do it and neither of the cords even worked the boxes did. I don't have the receipt now. Advice: do it before you take out the charger so that you don't forget! Ty for allowing me this opportunity to not have to keep purchasing chargers.

The tutorials on locations of registration numbers were all explained. The app would not let you go any further if the bar code was not correct. The bar code I entered was lacking the two smaller 8's on the bar code. I finally figured out the problem and made the correction. My overall experience in registering the screen protector was good considering I'm 70 years old and have made the transition into the 21st century. When I was in school there were no computers in class. Thanks.

It was a fairly simple App to follow, however, there was one confusing area (choosing your device...I was registering a new charging cord.) I had to call for assistance and the person I spoke with clarified that they wanted to know what device I would be using the charging cord for. She was very helpful and friendly and the rest went smoothly. The only reason for the #4 rating was due to the initial confusion, which needs to be clarified in the instructions.

Love the product it works fantastic. I do not like the app. It's always crashing or not even letting me get past the scanning barcode page just continuously loads. I dislike that I can't at least register it online till they get the app back to work. Definitely needs improvements if I am going to keep buying. This is now the 8th ones I've bought (I cover all my family's devices. Tablets and phones)

Impossible to use. As if a photo of the receipt and scan of package bar code is not enough you have to draw a line across the screen and get no further. I also tried to go online to iwalk and send a pic of receipt and it states request entity to large. They are purposely trying to make it impossible to receive the warranty which make me question the product

So far so good, will move to 5 stars if my charger ever breaks and I go through the process of getting the "suppose to be free replacement". For now, registering the product is very easy to do using the app. The online aspect (scanning the QR code) did not work for me it just kept loading the page but nothing actually happened so I actually had to download the app in order to register my products.

This app keeps crashing in the middle of me trying to register my device. I have been trying for a week to register my device after the use of Liquipel screen protector. There is no adequate customer service phone number, and I sent a "chat message" and have been waiting for a response thru my email? I am pleased with the product, but very disappointed with the app crashing, and not being able to register my device in a timely fashion. I hope that I will still be able to register my device.

I found the app to be a little confusing and long. I reported that while registering my liquid glass screen protector. Within 30 minutes a person called from the company to talk to me. And tell me they were sorry I had problems. What they could do to fix them and to let me know that I had filled the application out correctly and that my own was protected. Plus it was all done on a secure line. Not that is what I call proact customer service. Does not get any better than that.

I see no point in keeping an app on my phone that is not used on a common basis. It's easier to register if you have the app. Phone is a week old and glass already has issues with edge contact. Finger print reader has 5 fails to each successful log in attempt. I won't buy another. They aren't worth the money spent. the camera lense covers are great and clear.

Easy to use. Easy to get the free $100 screen replacement insurance on my phone. I just bought a new phone because my last phone only lasted 3 months before it completely shattered. I got a new phone with a screen protector that happened to have a free screen replacement if it ever broke. So happy with this purchase! The whole process was simple!! :) Definitely recommend! :)

When i get to the screen to enter my address i can't proceed. It won't pull up my keyboard and there's no way for me to enter my address. I figured out i could copy and paste my address into the field, but when i do it acts like i didn't enter anything and the next button disappears. If i can't finish registration this product is useless. None of the buttons at the top of the page, including the information button, work at all.

I am unable to finish the registration using the app. It wants you to take a picture of your ein phone number of your screen? or take it using a mirror while registering. It is not enough to type in and continue. The other option is that you can add it later as an attachment when you restart the whole registration process again. This is a waste of time. The product fingerprints off the screen.
