I subscribed for a trial for my child, but canceled within 10 minutes via email (no reply received). Two days later, my credit card was charged twice on the same day. I contacted support several times, but instead of a refund I was only offered three months free use. This does not resolve the issue, as no explanation has been given for the double charges. Please process a full refund for the duplicate payment and provide clarification.

I gave this app a try but decided it was not what my kids could use on their tablets or our home PC. the only option to cancel subscription is to submit a request. Initially, someone emailed me back and then when I informed them of the issue they just ignored my request and stopped communicating. I had to call my bank and put a stop payment and get new card. this app is a SCAM! The "sleeping/moaning" noises heard in the back ground of the apps homepage is totally inappropriate for children.

This app is very misleading. It gives you the option to sign up for a 1 yr subscription for $49.99 while displaying the worksheets and promises to continuously add to the program. They don't allow you to explore the program. It doesn't allow you to adjust the age level. They also charge you for the worksheets they displayed while asking you to sign up for the yearly subscription. Once you sign up they follow up with asking you to subscribe for worksheets and videos. Avoid at all cost.

Careful what you click on. CASH GRAB WITH NO REFUNDS. The app overall is fine, however on intial purchase there are a ton of upsales, accidently clicked on one trying to get to download. Contacted them shortly after I noticed my mistake and was informed they do no do refunds. Even though they have a refund request option on customer service, I got our terms of sale documents state no refunds. I can't have my kids playing apps from a company with this type of business model.

This app basically is trying to force me to get some other stuff for 4.99 a week and it won't let me go passed that page even though I signed up for the week trial. I'm unsubscribing immediately before they charge me. My daughter was so excited to play but she can't get to anything because it's stuck on a payment page for other included app. They aren't included if we have to pay for them.

I'm surprised to see how many people besides me have been scammed by this app/company. I initially signed up for a year subscription but they added extra things I did not authorize just to charge more. The app is total garbage not worth the money and they will not issue a refund. I filed a case with PayPal and plan to take this further because the scamming needs to stop.

Very deceiving. For $40, you get 1 page per category and only get 4 categories. To unlock anything else, you have to purchase a subscription and pay more. Requested a refund. Update: After contacting customer service, I did not receive a refund. Instead, was told that once you enter your card info, you agree to pay for the service. There is no confirm payment button. They have a money back guarantee. But won't refund my money. Don't waste your time or money.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Avoid this app at all cost! They took $19.99 from me without permission, I was signing up for the $7.99 7 day trail and the next page showed monthly something but no option to click no so I thought I needed to click that to get to the next page and BAM charged $19.99. I haven't even downloaded the app yet and gotten to use it before being charged when I had no clue I was saying yes to being charged $20 more! Avoid this app its very misleading, no REFUNDS allowed

Avoid downloading the app and handing over your card information. Ending the subscription is not an easy task. Sent 2 e-mails to cancel my subscription and have not received a response. **Edit Don't like the app because the robot voice is just strange. It would be nice to have an actual human voice that is easier to understand. The background music is too loud when he's speaking.

Horrible Experience I initially downloaded to see if it'd be a good fit for my kids. I decided to pass and had hit cancel on any subscriptions. Come to find out, they've been charging me $60 a month and will only let me 'submit a request' to cancel the subscriptions. Had to have my bank shut down my debit card because this app refuses to let me cancel the subscriptions. And the customer service just tried to get you to sign up for discounts and deals when you request to leave.

Cash grab. Not worth it. I seriously regret buying this. I didn't realize when I was purchasing access to it for a year I was only purchasing access to make more purchases. It is essentially $40 for a game for a year. The games are cool but I genuinely see no added value over free games and resources out there. Paying $30 extra for the worksheets and $30 for videos is insane. I've never regretted a purchase more in my life and I wish I had thought to come to the app store to read reviews first.

Listen to the other reviews. I paid 29.99 thinking he would have access to all the games. The subscription only comes with a limited amount of games then your child will continuously get a notification for their parent to pay a monthly fee for the other games. My son got frustrated and does not use the app. Essentially my 29.99 is down the drain.

Edit: I put up a big enough stink about this issue that they refunded me, reluctantly, almost 3 MONTHS AFTER I asked for cancellation, with a "even though it goes against our policy" lol then asked me to edit my review here. I added 1 star for effort, I guess. My truthful review still stands: canceling is tricky, over half of the app requires more purchases, the whole thing is dubbed in canned AI voice, the printouts are not free! This is not an app to find screen-free content. I'd stay away.

Crooked company. I signed up for the trial period but they immediately charged me the full amount. Somehow another subscription was added. When I call to get assistance all they do is go back and forth to cover themselves. I literally contacted customer support in order to cancel the subscriptions and they responded that I needed to contact customer support to cancel my subscriptions. They have no idea what they're doing, this is nothing more than a subpar product with multiple hidden fees.

I opted for the one week trial but then apparently there was an additional $20 charge for English. I never got the opportunity to have my son try this, because I was so upset with the extra charge I did not authorize. I emailed them about that additional charge and to cancel the trial altogether, with a few day left of the trail period. Then come today I got another deduction on my account for a membership fee. This is very upsetting to me since I gave enough time to cancel.

Deceptive business practice. charged twice. 7 Day trail and an additional $19.99 for English. Why are you not out right saying $27.00 for 7 days. Also why are you selling apps not in English in America, then charging us to add on English? I never seen this app wasnt in English. Perhaps because it's too much and customers wouldn't pay $27 for just 7 days, so you have to trick us and rufuse to refund the money. I just got the app not even 7 days ago. So no there is no auto renew. I Canceled.

I canceled this subscription and they just charged me 29.99 again. I tried to log on to the computer to cancel and it isn't letting me. I sent an email to cancel and get a refund. My child could only play in one area of the app. When downloading the other parts you had to pay an additional fee. It's not worth it. I canceled my subscription after Christmas. Don't purchase!!! Scammers

There were no questions about twins (multiples), kids with disabilities, etc. I paid for 3 months, and still can't access the print outs. The print outs were what I wanted most as I don't allow my grand-twins online or computer access. I looked through the app as soon as I downloaded it and it is entirely too advanced for them (I am a former teacher and there are few 1y/o this wouldn't be advanced for). I just spent money on something for them that is totally useless.

Very misleading, and just want to take your money. They advertise all these worksheets, but it's mostly just an app to play with. And you can't access everything in the app at once. They release more to you at the end of each month, so obviously you have to spend more money each month. Also, their 3 day $1 trial has to be cancelled after only 2 days. Definitely be careful with this one. I don't trust them. However, the app looks cute and colorful with various games. Not what I was looking for.

I installed the app so I can leave a review to warn the others about the fraudulent. I saw their advertisement and thought to try for my kids. However, upon finishing sign up, other than free 12-week plan, I got charged $39.99, and an additional $19.99 which I didn't know what was for and didn't authorize. I immediately uninstalled the app and contacted the support to request a cancellation and refund, but they refunded. I ask everyone to flag this app in Android store and any other platform.
