App has been updated and you can't view shifts anymore once you pick up a shift on that day. I picked up a 7-3 and all the shifts for the day including 11-7 disappeared off the app. I called them and the representative was so rude and unprofessional. Thank God I have Connect-RN as a back-up app.I now pick up less with Intelycare and more with Connect RN. With connect RN I can move from one facility doing a 7-3 to another facility for 3-11 on the same day. Bye bye Intelycare.

This app was great for a few months,but I haven't been able to pick up shifts in my area for many months. The competency tests do not record scores it's horrible. When I email staff, they send a msg telling me how sorry they are I am having issues. Lol.

I would like to rate this app a 3.5. I love working for Intelycare. I felt the need to rate this app today. I have been with this company for a few years. The app constantly needs updating. The app doesn't save filters of specific facilities. The updates should help the employee instead of always having to select facilities everytime you login. Can you please add a save. I don't like seeing facilities that I have no interest in working.

I've been working for them since the start of the pandemic when I quit my staffed job. It was the best decision I ever made! I recommend staying on time and not canceling too often because the pay makes a difference in the levels. Once I got the hang of it, it's been the best money I've made since switching to Healthcare. I live in Chicago and the shifts are pretty consistent as long as I travel at least 25 mi

Since June 18th this app is useless. You can't see any shifts past June 27th. I have contacted IT several times about this and still the problem continues.I have deleted this app, reinstalled the app. I have deleted other apps to make sure there is enough memory. The app still will not let you see shifts beyond 6/27. Why this service is not web based also I will never understand. Thankfully I belong to ConnectRN. Their app and service is more stable and reliable.

Can't move forward in the app after uploading documents. No accessible way to contact. They say reviewing "and if a good fit" they'll contact in 1-2 business days. It's been weeks and since I've been using other apps to work, hard to imagine that I wouldn't be a good fit, but again, no way to contact. Guess the industry isn't as hard-pressed for healthcare workers as everyone says. 🤣🙄

Ive had the app for about a year and nothing shows up for jobs available. I constantly change the filter settings and still nothing. I contacted an I.T person and they just said I needed to adjust my filter settings which I have to the MAX distance. I don't understand but I kinda gave up on trying to book a job on it.

I have been a cna for over 7 years and worked with many registry companies but have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism I have during the on boarding process with this company. The call system is set up so that when you choose an option the computer ignores your input and repeats the same menu until you either give up or it chooses to hang up on you. On average it takes about 4 tries to reach anyone and when a representative is reached they are VERY rude and often hang up on you😕.

Facilities released it on their end like they make it look like the employee canceled so they can cancel all theywant and employee gets penalized!! No facilities to pick up except random far away mostly badThey cancel all time last minute but if you dare cancel you get DNRd and disciplined even if it's a month away. Theyre allowed to cancel as much as they want and mess with employees but we get disciplined for it. They have spiteful facilities use employees and dontcare and this agency allows!!

They don't tell you that it's an employment situation ahead of time. You find out after you sign up. No shifts in my area, I use to see some but now as an RN I can't see any RN or LPN shifts. I'll probably never use this platform. Good costumer service but no work available....

Terrible, onboarding takes so long, everything just stays in review, and no one responds to inquiries as to why review isn't completed. There is no way to see documents that are uploaded once completed or check for shifts in your area prior to submitting everything to see if it was even worth the hassle.

These rates at these facilities are extremely low! The facility's are 50 100 miles away I've been a cna for 25 years and your rates are 19 hr we are independent contractors and you all are clearly robbing us of our rightful rate of pay what you doing to us is wrong we deserve to be treated fair with a decent pay rate put the rate the way it use to be im not a new cna pay us what were worth and stop cheating us out of our pay!!!! How do you expect us to travel 100 miles for $19 hr come on really!

For some reason, theres shifts available within my vacinity but doesnt show up on my app so it looks like theres nothing available. This used to be the best agency around now its just plummeted. time to go job searching for a different agency.

Its ok. I like being able ro pick up here if my regular agency shifts are cancelled. There are sime things thwt need fixed. I frequently cant get signed in on time because i spend 15-20 minutes at the facility trying to find someone willing to sign me in. The forced updates are really inconvenient when you get them at the beginning or end of a shift when trying to clock in/out. Overall the app based system has some glitches and there needs to be an alternative to using the app for everything.

It is a great app. It gives you a very detailed information on what you want either your shift, the lactation of the facility to work, the time, the floor, how to check in and out,the amount to be paid and when to be paid. It also tells you which facility canceled shifts the most and the one that doesn't so that makes the workers able to pick more shifts where they can work without being canceled. Indeed it's a great app

Cons: Forced to update app frequently, app freezes up when you try to check-in, check-out, and accept a shift. The problems checking in are especially troubling, because you are graded on punctuality. Their estimated mileage is not accurate: is off by about 10 miles. Almost all of the available shifts require an hour drive, but they do not compensate you for mileage. Pros: Good pay, paid weekly, flexibility on when/where you work, the app concept is great - just has some bugs to work out.

Takes long to enter dates especially old dates, eg 1979. You have to keep on scrolling backwards. Options for pictures too. if you don't have a picturesque appearance, the app doesn't give you options to use a nicer one you might have, once in your lifetime. At least you have the option to review or keep taking new ones. update. I am still trying to find the tab where I can upload a new picture!

The search bar does not work at all. The miles from your location is not accurate. The texts they send updating you of new facility additions aren't actually there. I'll log in within 1 minute and it's not there. Ever. Also, You could live in the same vicinity as another Intely worker and the available shifts will be different for some odd reason. My friend sees open shifts that I can't see and vice versa.
