I want to control my contacts not a stupid app. I deleted the unnecessary contacts on my phone. I downloaded the app, which still had my old contacts. It not only re-downloaded these useless old contacts, but now I can't even delete them from my phone as they are read only. Additionally the app synchronizes way too often.

I've had this app for probably the past 5 years maybe more not sure. had it on my blackberry phone. when I reluctantly made the move to adroid I was pleased to see this app there. It us one of the best contact apps in the play store, with just your account login details you can always move and sync contacts across device. access your contacts even from a browser window if your phone is down. highly recommended.

Used to migrate contacts from Blackberry 10 to android years back, worked ok, except contacts were only available via app, not via address book, giving problems with WhatsApp. I did not use the possible solution: pay for the app to get a csv download feature so the app is no longer needed. Big problem is that a year back, all my 300 contacts suddenly lost their phone number in the app. Glad I decided to start over without this app.

27.05.2015: Excellent App for contacts. 15.11.2021: I am using Intouch App since more than past 6 years. Please help me to recover rest of my contacts saved in Intouch App. 26.11.2021: The issue is resolved. My all old contacts are restored back. Thanks for replying to my email. Regards.

In short not recommended I thought it will be an app to manage the business relationships, but it's not I don't see the point of the app. All the services are already dose exist on the phone, plus big plus the app deleted around 2000 contact without noticing it until I was searching for some contacts, then I retrieved all from Google again.

Easy and safe for backing up and transferring contacts. Even works on for transferring between several platforms such as Blackberry, Android and iOS. It's helped me save and recover contacts that my google account won't save. Also has some useful features for calls and messaging. Customer support is great!

I had an issue with upgrading my account, while my email was also having issues. I reached out to their support and got timely responses each time. I can be annoying, as I'm not a great with tech, and posted seemingly stupid questions. Yet, the support team patiently responded to multiple queries until finally my issue was resolved. It was a pleasant surprise for me and I wish Team InTouch the very best :)

This is a great app. Since I'm using multiple mobiles, this app helped me to sync contacts between my mobiles. Since recently, I have noticed it's giving syncing issues in my Android phone. All the contacts are available in my Apple phone. But few are missing from my Android (Samsung Galaxy Note 20). Few times, entire contacts losts and I had to re-sync. Is there any specific fix for this.

The latest Avira app advises removing InTouch as malware (previous antivirus labels it as adware) detected! Upon uninstalling,I discovered that all existing phone contacts have been rendered corrupt/unusable, with multiple entries for a single contact with multiple contact numbers in different headings, like mobile/home/work... Worse, when brought to notice of "Voltare", they replied that me, the customer "take it up with them".. corporate's responsibility? Wish I could add d screenshots

My issue with intouch contacts not syncing on my Samsung phone has been resolved. I uninstalled the intouch app and re-installed it again. After re-installation, I enabled sync with server on the intouch app which I just redownloaded on my Samsung phone and intouch downloaded all my contacts back to my phone. This will come in handy if you have sync across all devices enabled on your intouch app. Now all my contacts are back, I can see saved contacts on WhatsApp and I am happy. I hope this helps

Avoid. Just use Google or outlook to save your contacts. I lost all my 190 contacts on my phone due to the Intouch app. Although they say that no contact is lost, as you can access it on the web, you cannot tranfer the contacts back to your phone. They also took over a month and multiple emails to tell me there was nothing they could do. Kept suggesting the issue was temporary. The caller ID is clunky. They only care about paying customers. Save your time and just stick with the above apps.

Have been using Intouch App successfully for over 5 years and counting. It has been a literal versatile backup system for my contacts as i have switched many phones over that period and always had a solid backup of my contacts. There are other solid features you get such as additional fields, business cards, pc/android viewing and editing of contacts ability to create groups, multi device use and it gets better with the subscription versions as you may need, although the basic free version is solid in its own right (ensure to login in at least once a month to keep your ability to change devices when needed, fair requirement). Also to top it off their support is always ready to assist when needed. a great app that has grown over the years. Hope to see it continue to grow

My contacts stopped syncing up with my phone, however I can see all my contacts saved in the app. I tried all means and sent mails to support team twice. There is no response at all, !! Imagine someone receiving calls with only phone numbers, from everyone though thier numbers are saved with us. It's very difficult to identify everyone by his/ her voice!! At least there must have been a customer care number to talk to !! Not sure of, what kind of support we get here,

I installed the app years ago to solve my contacts challenge when buying a new device. Back then, it used to be amazing, and I used to recommend it to my family & friends. Nowadays, some of my contacts have disappeared, their names are appearing on the application, but without numbers 😒 The problem was reported over a month with no feedback from them what so ever 👎 I withdraw my recommendation for this miserable app.

this app does not identify the caller's name, it will copy all your contacts (like a backup) to their server and use it for their activities, it doesn't display the caller's name like the true caller's, please make this app like you described, please. thanks am Un installing it。

While I was looking at my old accounts I found my account for this app. Completely forget about it. I tried to find a way to delete my account but there's no obvious way. Even the FAQ is vague. Any app not letting the user delete their account is suspicious. Reply to developer: it's an unnecessary annoyance to try to keep people on your system. Some people might not even go to the trouble of sending an email and have a unused account but they show in your number of users.

Completely randomly, InTouch will just stop synching with my phone and lose all of my contact info. Previously this fixed itself when I restarted the phone, but this time it did not. Instead, I manually had the app synch, and it just deleted every single one of my contacts. When I try to log into their site, it says my account doesn't exist. This app is absolute garbage, I cannot imagine why anyone would use it over your stock contacts app.

Overall I like the app. Originally installed years ago when I moved from a company Blackberry. But too often, contact information disappears. Example - sent a text to a friend. When he responded just his phone number showed. looked in the inTouch app and his phone number was gone from his contact info. I have had contacts where all of their info except their name has disappeared.
