Very third class service and bus was late even and moreover the staff was not at all supportive not recommended to anyone for travel it's not about only the travel when we travel to such a long distances with any of the bus service provider but it's about their helping nature and behaviors also that let us travel such long distances I have always used Laxmi holidays for my business travel and seriously hadn't face any this kind of issue with the same just tried intercity for the first time

I have been traveling to Bangalore for the past 10 years by using commute applications. But I didn't have any complaints about the services. But for the first time, I felt why I chose Inter City bus services. These guys are the worst in service where they are rude, no proper communication, no customer care personnel attends the call, In my whole journey I just saw that there guys don't care about their customers and likewise the most important thing is that their services are not flexible.

They do scams. I was at the pickup point and driver didn't call me that he reached the location and I tried like 30-40 times to call him, he wasn't picking the call. They left me there and gone. The customer service is the worst they said we cannot do anything you were not at the pickup point even customer service took 15-20 minutes to take my call. Worse service I have ever witnessed. even after all these they don't even agree to offer seat in some other bus or to refund the booking amount.

The intercity bus is very clean and neat and the way all the bus staff talk to the passengers and their behaviour towards the passengers is good. All the facilities of the intercity buses are very good. I would like to tell other passengers that if they want to travel by bus, they should travel by intercity bus. Thank you.

Avoid intrcity bus travels services. First, their support is mess. The number shown as customer support is of sales and that person attending, is inconsiderate. Later, after finding and calling real customer support number, the call connects and then is disconnected. 😒 Bus travel fares when booking might show 500₹ but after adding AC and private cabin and sleeper, it shoots up to 3000₹, which is way costly then train travel. Complete scam. Reporting to respective government authorities. ❌❌❌

They cheat customer. They show an option to reschedule free of cost before 8hrs but the app will ask you to pay. When you speak to the customer care they say it's a technical problem and make you wait for hours and they say the time frame for free rescheduling is not applicable now. This is basically a marketing gimic. If they do what they say then ok but this is completely wrong and unacceptable.

First of all the pickup point not clear as noida and greater noida has been mentioned as zero point. Secondly there is no provisioning of contacting the driver which is pathetic as every bus service provide the provision to contact the driver. Moreover the ap has the option to contact the driver but the service is not available. Pickup point direction from the app is misleading and confusing. If some has to board the bus from noida there unnecessarily they have to travel all the way to GN .

I prefer to give a minus rating.. but it is not here. First, they charge you like a flight at the time of booking by promising a lot of good stuff. Once the money got collected, then they send you a message- your bus is canceled n transferring ur booking to another bus!!! What a scandle... Please be aware of this cheaters!!

Booked a ticket from Lucknow to Noida, money deducted from my account but the ticket is failed. I tried calling the customer support but the auto-generated message asking for the PNR number which is also not showing in the failed ticket and there is no real person customer support option to raise this issue and to get my refund of 1207rs. Also, the app shows nothing when I clicked on the "check trip details." Worst experience ever!! I hope someone contact me asap!!. Screenshot available.

This is my 1st journey thru intrcity travels. Good at On time pick up and arrival and the best thing is their live tracking feature. Journey was smooth and good. Hope to travel more with intrcity

We had the worst experience with this bus, actually we had bus at 9.10 pm from Aut Tunnel (Jibhi) to Delhi, but operator changed the timings to 8.10 pm without confirmation and afterwards when we reached on time, bus operator didn't contact us,left us at pick up point without any call and stopping the bus, we are at aut tunnel that is 35 kms from Jibhi and bus left you and no chance to contact them as they always go through toll free no. which always takes 20 minutes to connect. Be Cautious🙏

I booked an IntrCity Smart Bus from Indore to Pune, and the experience was disappointing. The replacement bus, arriving two hours late, was compounded by unresponsive customer service and an unreliable app. The drop-off was delayed by over three hours, and communication was poor, with no contact details for the driver. Despite their higher fare, the service was inadequate. Based on this experience, I would not recommend IntrCity Smart Bus. Worst Worst Worst Travelers

Worst experience with my very 1st booking. They cancelled my ticket before 3 days of travel and now the ticket price for the same route on the same date is sky high. I booked ticket for ₹865 now the price is ₹2350. This high price is just to travel 250kms. It costs almost ₹10 per KM. Pls don't ever depend on Intercity. They never care about their customers.

Is there any way to provide 0 star because I don't want to rate them 1 also due to my last wrost experience. My latest experience was so worst that the driving was too harsh , that the bus almost got hit. The bus didn't stopped at the drop point neither they notified about the arrival , I was traveling with my wife and we faced such issue while it was raining badly. While traveling safety comes first , and it doesn't feel safe today with intercity.

I had a terrible experience with IntrCity SmartBus. The seats were uncomfortable, and the bedsheets were unhygienic. When I raised these issues with the crew, they were unresponsive and dismissive, even turning off the washroom lights while I was using it. Despite the premium pricing, the service was far below expectations. Other bus services offer better value for much less. This was my first and last trip with IntrCity, and I strongly urge them to improve their service.

Have been using intrcity buses for a while now. Their on time arrivals, smooth pickup and on time drops are a big plus point to travel with them. The change in travel experience which they are bringing is by providing washrooms in their buses. Their live tracking feature is really good. In the app, I would love to see the pickup van details also. Overall it's always been a comfortable and safe bus travel experience with them.
