The best Inventory Management App that you can use, it's easy to use and does everything it says it will. I have tried a few others but Zoho Inventory Management beats them all hands down, try it for yourself and I know that you will agree 👍

App has many bugs. Many times i am going to select a batch from my inventory item it's showing mismatch in batches. But i am choosing the correct batches. Please fix this

This App is Working fine, I am using free trial version. I have updated 154 products with images. It saves my time and its user friendly. This is perfect to know your stock and sales.

Not many features, no purchase option, no PO, no editing of invoice, etc. The mobile version should be the same as the desktop version.

The app doesn't link with all eBay items to show what has been shipped, and the pics do not import, either. Packages to be shipped remains at zero even after labels are printed.

I started a small e-commerce business using the free version, as my business has grown, I've been able to scale with Zoho. it's a very robust inventory management system with a bit of a learning curve, but has been great for me.

I have lots of issues with unflexible working programs of zoho. Primarily i want automated integration with my platforms for sales order. Secondary when i creat invoice from sales order i dont want all the items in the invoice i just want item group head name as item and rest of there varient in description Adding to much item variant in Item list seems very unprofessional on pages and last thing is whenever i created sales package i have to remove all the item again to select one item Change it

Simply brilliant. Beautiful user interface, very intuitive actions, versatile user options, clean and uncluttered pages. Also, very stable. A sheer pleasure to use and does everything you need, effortlessly and reliably.

The program functions like a dream.. but it's a bit cost prohibitive But functionally, I couldn't ask for more. One critique: If I create a payment method of escrow, it changes to paid as a status. Technically, escrow needs to close or be disputed...so ideally there would be a status of IN escrow, then paid/closed. I would suggest adding escrow as a preloaded payment form and adding the other two invoice status....that's the only work around I found that I needed. Not sure if I can afford it

Was using the simple inventory tracker app when it popped up saying I could use groups for items in this inventory app. Sounded great so I downloaded it.Except the group function doesn't do anything.Its just a blank page with sort/filter settings that are useless. There is no way to add items to groups on the group page or while adding or editing an item This was the one feature I needed and that was ADVERTISED TO ME and it doesn't even work. Now questioning if I should use any zoho app at all.

Required enabling javascript to sign in through google account. Took a couple retries anyway, and even when I managed I couldn't add any item (error: "select already one type", but no type ui element). Was unable to setup automatic sync/backup (looked specifically for google drive integration).

The app looked quite nice. Lots of different item description options etc. But in this inventory management application you cannot actually track the location of your inventory which is literally step bloody one. Absolute utter joke of an app. Deleted and will never use again especially seeing as how the company itself said that it would have that feature out in 2021. So they also shamelessly lie to their customers FYI.

pricelists needs to be activated in zoho Books and zoho Inventory on Mobile apps. currently, other pricelists can't be seen or prices edited through phone. a major lapse this currently.

Shouldn't have to "log in" to run the app thru its paces. I want to test this first and ONLY then will I maybe log in if I even need it. Being forced right away to log in is a major negative

It can be a little time consuming BUT the value is unbelievable! Everything is on point when you enter in the data. Love how you can attach files and photos, record payments and shipping data, purchase orders. If I could get it to link my shipping label data to my customer package section it would be wonderful. One shop setup for all my transactions on the go. Love it!

I have just started using the app, but it is working great! I have been looking through many inventory apps, and this is my favorite so far. On top of being free, there are so many features including adding prices that other apps make you pay for. My only complaint so far is that I wish the prices were shown on the inventory list instead of the unit or even the option to have either. I feel like that would be more convenient. Otherwise, highly suggested.
