such an easy app to use, well worth subscribing yo for the extra features that are available on Billdu. it's the only app so far that I've continued to use and doubt I'll stop using it.

Makes invoicing so easy! So far no issues with the app, seems to work as advertised. I can literally create an invoice so quick! Didn't expect it to be this easy.

Billdu has been great. I had an issue with my previous invoice maker but since switching to Billdu everything has been awesome. Kudos to Hanna for he skills in customer service. She has been amazing. Thank you.

I've only been using the app for a few months, so far I'm really impressed. I can sit in my van and send off estimates and invoices really easily. Works well and looks really professional. The subscription is well priced as well.

Unfortunately I have invested to many clients into this app and feel stuck! It consistently has bugs and never works correctly. What make this even worse is that there's no contact number and horrible customer service for the constant issues that I'm dealing with. I would recommend choosing a different billing service.

Sad I don't know what happened but Billdu is a subscription only app now all of a sudden it's saying sorry your subscription has expired 😔 so I'm looking elsewhere for my invoice maker. I thought this would be great, but I was wrong. Every button causes a pop up choose a plan. So aggravating!!

Very disappointed to see a $10 increase per month I have been using this app for my business for 4 years now I find it to be good but does have glitches at times I think $10 increase is ridiculous especially when other accounting software have better deals and cheaper monthly prices unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere as this is a huge increase. Wow what a wonderful reply very rude indeed thanks.

In attempting to send the email address recorded in Contacts was incorrect. Edited in contacts & the Resend did not pick up new email address, it had one letter incorrect. Input new email address manually & send / resend function will not allow me to edit old email address. Both come up in email send data. In other words the incorrect email address is still spinning around in cyberspace. The same applies to Messages. Also when downloading PDF fmat it is looking for WIfi, Why, it is a direct trf

I can no longer log in with my phone. It's not compatible with all my Google saved pass and I can't even reset it for my phone. It's getting useless. ....this is on 10/7/21, quite a while sine I wrote the below: . Only drawback that I've noticed so far is when sending invoices to customer it doesn't draw the contact info from the client information. I have to manually type in the customer's email address. Please add deposit or down payment option...Then it would be perfect and I could delete other billing app I have to use to request portion of bill. Thank you for the partial payment option. I thought I might possibly get a reply...didn't think anything would really be done about it! Thank you so much for the quick response and actually doing something about it. Maybe my expectations are too high! I would expect more timely responses in troubleshooting as well as better integration between phone app and website, online with pc. Otherwise, I would have rated much higher. Frustrated currently. Getting better support. One thing is pretty consistent is that the support always wants to blame the customer. There are better ways to communicate! Thank you.

Updating my experience; after renewing my subscription which means to renew all services I was told that my client list does not renew. I asked for an explanation and they told me to buy the highest subscription a month after I renewed. Makes no sense to me if I just renewed services. Received a full refund because they couldn't resolve the issue correctly im using invoice simple now.

Very easy to use. I like the ease the app provides by entering the information and the system formats and calculates everything for you. It also saves me time with access to my account on the go, because I can estimate a project on the spot and email the client instantaneously so they can have an idea of what there expense will be. I like that I can also add things like taxes, discounts and measurements.

I don't know what would improve this app yet. After 8 transactions I was satisfied enough to purchase the premium. I have not tried the online store feature yet, but overall this app has helped to make quotes and invoicing much easier than the way I used to do it. So far my customers have responded with positive feedback, and the free trial period was plenty of time for me to figure out whether to move forward. You'll need to use this app on real jobs to know if you like it, in my opinion.

Rating was a 5, now a 2. Shows my store as offline and, so far, I've been waiting almost SIX HOURS for a resolution this issue. My subscription is paid and I sent proof. Still no response. Like every other business owner, I don't have time for this. I'm also not going to continue paying for a subscription when issues like this come up. Get this fixed and my rating will change. If it's not fixed before my next payment is due, I'm going to have to find something else for my business...

Didn't give it 5 stars only because it has certain limitations regarding inputting addresses. If you don't have a complete address you're somewhat inhibited and most of the addreses used are emails. Thst and the inability to link directly to many payment options (PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, etc.). Other than that, very easy to use and the small associated cost is manageable. Looking towards the improvements.

I just got the app, so fairly new. It works excellent, easily create a formal estimate or invoice. You can add custom features, like a company logo. You can also email or text the documents directly from the app. It works and it appears to be totally free. The only negative thing i can think of is last week when i stubbed my toe. The app didn't cause it though.

So far we are pretty impressed with app. Great price User friendly. My only down side is on the invoices when a customer has given a deposit I reflect it on the invoice and the total price still shows original amount at bottom right. We have had customers get confused. Where total is it should have another line with new total automatically adjusted not just listed. As we all know customers just look at numbers they don't calculate the difference. The invoice should do that automatically.

I haven't subscribed yet, but I just sent a couple of estimates, and it was REALLY easy; the app is super user friendly, and filling out the forms is quick and efficient. The last service I tried has NOTHING on this; I will DEFINITELY be switching over!!
