Dangerous potential for this app! Beware! Scammers are using these apps to get you to screen cast to their devices and if your I lucky to open an app that has sensitive info displayed, they will have that info and you will be a fraud victim. Be careful. I googled searching 4 Facebook support found this number and got connected to an Indian accented person running what he thought would be a easy victim. I was actually on the phone with the scammer. Who taught me how to download this app? So he could help me fix my PayPal account. That was supposedly fraudulent activity going in and out of it. I got his the scammer's email. He said my transaction was verified that I was to get an iPhone through my PayPal account and he downloaded the PDF account. I read it. I called the number to PayPal. Definitely used for scams ! Was told I have a $500 macfee subscription and called the number provided only to be answered with an Indian guy with bad connection. Told to download this app and I asked him why did I have to and he made some dumb excuse saying he had to download the pdf on my phone ! Didn't give permission but deleted the app asap but im still worried.

This is a scam!!! BE WARNED!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I thought I was speaking with Facebook Support after doing a Google search. I spoke with an Indian man named "David". I was convinced this was legit, only because I wasn't my best self due to my husband's emergency surgery. These people are SICK individuals. Please DO NOT fall for this.

This app is a scam I believe they hung up on me after getting all my details to Erase a fb profile. Although my profile was gone. They told me I had bank accounts open in Cali and other places. My credit is bad enough, I can't open a bank acct, so they were lying, trying to scare me. SCAM !!!!!

Do not use this if you're uncertain! The App might be good but it's dangerous! There is not such thing as Facebook support so don't fall for this scam!!! It's used by many Phishing Attackers!

I just being scammed! For the first time ever...I don't know if they took money or not because I called my bank to froze my account. I received an email something about a payment of a subscription of Macfee Secure. The person proceeded to show me how to download this app, and I, as a fool, did.

These people are flat out rip offs, I spent 45 minutes trying to cancel a subscription to this BS for which I never ordered, and they charged me $349.99 and then after them finally going to cancel it, instead they tried to charge an additional $299.99 my bank stopped the order...complete scam, do not order this its a scam

Very good app, aside from the fact that after you use it and then close the app or go idle with it in the background for long enough you just get a blank light gray screen in the app and have to uninstall the app, completely restart the phone, and reinstall the app to use the app again. Very annoying and I hope this gets fixed soon. Edit: Scratch that, the app no longer works for me at all. Just a blank light gray screen no matter how long I wait. And yes, I did give it permission.

The black screen goes away after about 1 second. The control needs work. What is the red cursor versus mouse pointer mode? Only the mouse pointer mode was reliable for me thus far. It's a big improvement but it seems to need some further usability updates. I discovered a bug after my short remote session I had trouble getting local access back to my system. I was finally able to disable unattended mode which fixed the problem. It almost seemed to still be connected. Please fix.
